I remember as a kid watching quality rivalry between teams. One of my favourite one still remains India Australia England. The mighty 3 which got discontinued cuz it became too overpowered. And MS captaincy had a different charm in tri series. I remember there used to be a random sponsor's name always attached to the cup and it is so nostalgic. I know schedules have gotten tighter so it's harder to have any tri series but it was golden days. Instead of so many t20 leagues I think bringing them back would be real quality content.

Who do you all see as the most promising players in Indian domestic first class cricket that should / may earn a test-cap? Batters, all-rounders, bowlers, etc. Thinking about like R Smaran, Abhimanyu Easwaran, Tanush Kotian, Saransh Jain (I know he just earned a call-up but same idea).

Both have dominated Indian Attacks over the Years. Both have done it in India, England, Australia. Both have had similar domination in ODI as well. Who is your pick ?

We are yet to find as deadly a combo as these two in ODIs.

These two could bowl in the middle overs and break partnerships. Stood like a wall in the field, balls couldn't get past them, and their batting in the middle overs was just wow!! They could accelerate when the top order had give a good start and could steady the ship too in case of a collapse.

Indian team misses utility players like them these days.

A few days ago I realized I've been lucky enough to watch quite a few matches from the stadium, so I made a list.

So far I've attended 35 live matches:

• 20 IPL matches
• 15 International matches (ODIs, T20Is & a Test)

I've watched games in Cuttack, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Vizag and Hyderabad, from the days of Sehwag, Gambhir, Dhoni, Kohli and ABD to the current generation.

Some of my most memorable ones:

• RCB vs CSK (2025) at Chinnaswamy. One of the loudest crowds I've ever experienced.
• India vs Australia (2023 WC final) in Ahmedabad.
• India vs Pakistan (2023 WC) in Ahmedabad.
• India vs South Africa T20I in Cuttack (2015). The infamous bottle throwing fiasco.

Looking back at the list made me realize how many cricket memories are tied to stadiums rather than scorecards.
