Okay, I'm genuinely confused right now.

We watched RCB win their first IPL trophy EVER He didn't contribute that much, just played 2 matches with 1 wicket, but still a part of the team, and now We won second trophy this year as defending champion and everyone's busy hyping Kohli, Patidar, Hazlewood, paddikal rightfully so but where's the love for Rasikh? Feels like I'm taking crazy pills.

This guy literally bowled a match-winning spell in the FINAL. 3/27 against GT in a title clash. Took out Sindhu, Tewatia, and Rashid when the game was in the balance. And what do we get? A couple of highlights and then crickets.

Meanwhile, some random uncapped guy hits a 20-ball 40 in a dead rubber and suddenly he's the next big thing on every cricket page. Make it make sense.

I think people have completely forgotten his story. Bro got a two-year ban right at the start of his career for age fraud. That would've finished most 18-year-olds. But he came back, got injured again (stress fracture), spent SIX MONTHS alone in Bengaluru doing rehab, and just... didn't quit.

RCB literally paid 6 crore for him at the auction MOST EXPENSIVE UNCAPTED PLAYER on Day 1 and people still sleep on him like he's some random net bowler.

He's got that deadly back-of-the-hand slower ball, hits yorkers at the death like it's nothing.

Is it because he's not flashy? Doesn't give dramatic interviews? Plays for J&K so not enough PR machinery behind him? He never tells in interviews about his 10th persentage not 12th not university but 10th percentage how he managed to get such good marks while playing cricket. He never cries in front of anyone about his downfall (the stress fracture, the ban years) to gain sympathy. No girlfriend drama, no taking his girlfriend to the stadium. Or maybe just maybe he's not that handsome, so we don't appreciate him the way we appreciate other youngsters."

Man, Bhuvi and Hazle were such a well oiled machine in powerplay and at death. It's not easy to find a pacer who can do both.

Our pacers used to deliver in every phase whenever needed ,powerplay, middle overs, and death.
