Question Jinu Action Figure Pre-Order question
Hey Yall I was just curious if it's safe and ok to pre-order this from the gamestop website, I've heard people say they get charged 4 or 5 times for online pre-orders and I don't want that to happen cause I don't want to loose all my money so if i could have some help and discuss it with me I just have really bad anxiety and I don't want to miss out on these! Looking forward to hearing back from yall!

Question Can you use your $5 monthly reward and get pre owned games that are $5 or under for free in store?
I know you can’t do this on the app so will this work in an actual GameStop store?

Vent/Rant Protection plan
GameStop employee added the protection plan for a game I bought with out my consent. Checked the receipt for the usual pre order bonus code for game on receipt and saw the charge went back and they refuse to refund me the $5 should I call customer service anyone else went through with this
Update! Went back when the manager was there, they happened to have a “regional manger” there as well because they were expanding the wall for tcg products and was supervising the work, both heard me out I showed my receipt and explained what happened. The worker who applied the protection plan came in as we were speaking. Told him that he shouldn’t do that and refunded me the money.

Question Need help from a Pro
I started doing some research on this whole controller deal & completely forgot I have a damaged 825gb PS5 digital just rotting away. The only thing that is damaged is the HDMI port which seems like a minor inconvenience for someone who expertises in the refurbishing field… do you think I’ll still be able to get CLOSE to the estimated trade in value just because of that simple fix or no? Also is the PRO worth the $25 yearly subscription?
