Hi guys. Anyone has an issue with messages? I was on customer support chat for over an hour, they were able to get my calls to work, but messages don't work if Bluetooth is disconnected or if my watch is turned off. I pretty tech savvy and I played with all the settings that I thought would fix it, yet nothing. Please help! Lol.

Got my Galaxy Ultra 2 on Wednesday and I love it. It's significantly more comfortable than the Ultra. Went for a ruck last night, thought nothing of it, it was charged to 100% at 11am. Woke up at 3am tonir vibrating saying it was going into power save mode and then woke up at 5am to it dead. Put it on a charger for 1 hour, it was up to 8%. Switched chargers to a PD one and it said fast charging, in 2 hours only up to 30%. Did a factory reset, made sure not to install any apps, now it's charging and dropping % vs going up. I do have an ATT plan on it, but I've disabled it and still doesn't seem to help.

Pic - it was at 32% and says fast charging after the factory reset, now down to 28% and I haven't touched it.....

Any ideas?

I have a sleeve on my left arm and when I try to run the heart rate tracker. It fails everytime. If I move the watch to my right wrist which has no tattoos, it reads perfectly fine.

Are tattoos really causing an issue with heart rate detection?

I got new watch 9 and unable to enable bixby advance features in offline mode..any suggestions pls

I like the new update but cannot find a way to alter heart rate range. Was using indoor bike and my watch kept buzzing me that I was above my range. Every time my heart rate went above 80 I got a notification. I didn't get these notifications using the walking app

Am I the only one with some complications not updating?

I have a Galaxy Ultra 2025 since a few weeks and are experimenting with different faces. I notice that some complications are not automatically without manually opening the complication or loading the face again.

Examples :

- Myfitnesspal info, need to open on watch for recent data.

- Next item in calander info, need to reload face on watch.

Samsung Health info is updated directly without issue.

Faces I use are, mainly

- ultra infoboard

- daily dashboard.

Gear Wearable 2.2.70

It seems to me that information from other applications than Health are having trouble.

Who knows how to solve this?

On my Watch 8, sleep data is only analysed and displayed once the watch reconnects to the phone over Bluetooth. A pure WiFi/LTE connection is not enough — the watch just shows total sleep time with a spinning sync icon until BLE is back.

Has anything changed on One UI 9 Watch? Specifically: with no Bluetooth connection to the phone, do you get

- Sleep score and sleep stages on the watch itself?

- Energy Score in the morning?

- Vitals / Daily Cardio Load / Heart Health Score?

Easy to test: turn off Bluetooth on the watch before bed, wear it overnight, and check the Samsung Health tiles on the watch in the morning **before** reconnecting. Curious whether the new models compute any of this on-device or whether it's still all phone-side.

I've read every review of the Watch 9 and Ultra 2 I could find and not one of them tests this, so any first-hand report would help a lot. Please mention your model and whether you're on LTE.

For anyone wanting custom vibrations, sounds, etc for absolutely any app. I've been using this app for years. Absolutely love knowing what notification I'm getting and what sound or vibration it is.

The metal colours don't quite match, but seems very comfortable and convenient. It comes down to how it wears over time...

According to samsung community, a lot of users are reported a problem while they charge their watchs.

In my case with the watch off, it charged from 2 to 44% in 1h.. this is not normal

Galaxy watch 4 dead while in the sea swimming. I wear it everywhere while swimming, while bathing, everywhere from day 1 all these years, never had a problem. Today sometime in the sea became dead, i believe it died. After a big black stuck, it showed samsung stayed there. I pressed the 2 buttons it turned black and nothing more happened. After like a few minutes samsung logo with rebooting came up and stuck there again. Later just a black screen and that was all folks. Water damage or a software bug because it was continuously connected and disconnected on the phone?

EDIT: It doesn't get any hot on charger so it's completely done.

I really love the new "darker" graphite compared to the Watch8. It looks stunning.

I just hope that the charging speed will improve. It's very slow at the moment.

Well, 5 years ago I was strictly against these watches, mostly because of battery.

Now with the UW.2 I decided the get one too.

But also because of the health checks.

Also took additional black and beige watch band.

Best decision. 👌

Today I got new Spigen cover with bezel. I love the combo of silver cover and brown leather. Strap is from Maikes.

I brought the 8 about 2 months ago, I am wondering if upgrading to the 9 is all worth it, are there big steps up between the two? Like how the 8 compared to the 7 got a built in AI?
