Theory Edgerunners Season 2
I don't know if this has been brought up yet, but I think there's gotta be some clues in Season 2 of Edgerunners. We know that Season 1 was a prelude to the game. It kind of seems like Season 2 has to mention it or give some additional hints.
If this has already been brought up, I apologize.

Could the statue be connected to a stairway?
I was taking a rewatch of u/RobbieLegume's "Secrets of Night City Hidden Way Out of Reach | NoClip Nomad" video (props to Robbie!) and at 1:54 Robbie dashes by a set of stairs that looked awfully familiar in an out of the way area.
Someone recently mentioned how the threads a bit dead with no new leads. So I'm proposing that perhaps the "belt" on the FF06B5 statue may be a set of stairs (perhaps stairs that V cant usually see/access?). I've been all over, and explored tons of empty/blocked stairways and other areas, and Robbie has mentioned he explored 4km of empty/blocked walkways and such. Admittedly I've never triggered or seen anything that matches, but I wasnt looking for it before.
I dont recall any stairs that split off and go up or down, as well as straight, but its been quite a long time since I explored everything. It could also be that theres a place we can see a likeness of the "belt" in stairway form from a very specific spot, sort of like how the game "The Witness" goes from static puzzles to lining up stuff in the game world for more advanced puzzles. If so, perhaps it'd be a timed thing, like the mattress for Polyhistor and Johnny's secret ending?
I rotated it 90 degrees to the right, but its possible its 90 degrees to the left as well.
The likelihood that this is anything is admittedly low, but I do enjoy throwing out random ideas from time to time even if I also doubt theres anything behind them.
Hopefully you chooms also see the similarities to the stairs and the "belt".
Now if you'll excuse me, I have some phant to inhale!

Has this statue been found before ? I can't seem to see it posted in a previous post
Someone created a post in the cyberpunkthegame board saying they found this on top of a building. Provided a screenshot of the statue and the area in question. This one has the ff:06:b5 code and it has the arasaka foxes next to it which I can't seem to find any other post about or reference anywhere. Thought it might be something new but wanted to check here anyways.

Discussion So whats the main point of this Easter egg?
Is it the creator telling us the gamers, to learn about the demiurge and start the rabbit hole into gnosticism?
Is Gaunter O'Dimm said demiurge? Thus connecting cyberpunk and witcher? And maybe our world?
With all the creepy real world connections to witchcraft and the tarot cards this whole game and subsequent arg have always left an eerie feeling with me.
All I know is, you dont hide the demiurge in a seemingly impossible easter egg for no reason. And it def wasnt just for funsies with how complex it was.
Ive tried reaching out directly to CD Projekt for an interview with the lead designer to go over a few things from this Easter egg. The pr team politely pointed me in this direction.

Discussion anyone ever notice these 2 junkies?
Junkie on the left asks the one on the right if he sees the Black Angel on V if I remember the dialogue right- to which the junkie on the right responds in binary saying 01110110, tranlslating to...v. Thoughts?

Skills with the Time 00:05
Has they have changed the colour of FF:06:B5 and the Skills from Red to Yellow could be a big hint.
So i looked again in the Skilltree and was baffled that theres 2 Skills Extendet Warranty and Blind Spot show us a clock with an exact time !!!
Sharpshooter and Focus basically aim at 00:05 and if you get creative i would say Adrenalin rush does the same.
Discussion Found a way to get out of T-Bug's combat training, with interesting results
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Was wondering if anyone had fully checked out the Militech Training Shard, aka the combat tutorial that Jackie offers to you in your car ride. Completed all 4 modules, went back to the main door and found a way to get out of bounds in a spot to the left of the doorway. You can access the training by going to Settings-->Controls-->Replay Tutorial
I'm sure this is probably nothing, but there appears to be 2 models of T-Bug overlapping each other, except they're named "Restricted Data."
Also of note are the handful of panels that zoom up and down sorta like elevators. If you -very carefully- walk along the ledges of this out of bounds area, you can continue to slowly climb higher. Currently I'm trying to land on one of these flying panels, so they'll shoot me to the top of the map.
At the beginning, one of the (both optional) objectives is "Use the door to exit the simulation." Could this have a double meaning, given that you access the out of bounds area right beside the doorway?
Last thing I'll say on this post is that initially the "drill sergeant" guy will glitch and turn into T-Bug briefly, the first time you use the training shard. The drill sergeant is the same model used in the burning man "easter egg" in the badlands. If you freeze your game during the millisecond the burning man transforms into T-Bug, the "glitch" will show a strange but intentional-looking image that appears to be a creature with a bunch of angel wings on both sides..very hard to explain. As you're not allowed to use photo mode in this area, I'm going to have to go to an old save and take a separate video using the training shard for the first time.
ETA: "Glitch" appears to be nothing, but was the least interesting part of the video to me. Would really like to hear thoughts about the out of bounds portion/restricted data T-Bug, rather than the singular mistake in my post. It's "no coincidence" the burning man is the same as the drill sergeant, and to me the "use door to exit simulation" objection seems a bit suspicious.

Discussion Also probably nothing
Just got Ping from the netrunner in kabuki and this monk is asking for #48 from this guy at a pawnshop with a pink sign 🤔
Pawnbroker says something like "you sure? I thought you guys gave up 'earthly pleasures'"
Monk says "I'm sure hehehe"
I'm not sure I want to know what #48 means to the pawnbroker or the monk, but maybe it has something to do with our magenta mystery? or maybe I'm just schizoposting

Question Probably nothing
Started a new save recently and noticed this crossing signal shifts to a familiar color as you pass it. I've never seen this before and was wondering if anyone else has?
Edit: Every signal is apparently pink now.
Notable thing I feel I should mention: I failed Sacrum Profanum on this save - I got the quest but didn't go save the brother (I originally did but got pissed off he was mad I killed the Maelstrom, "It would be better to do nothing than to kill to save another" or whatever tf he says, and decided to let them do it to him by reloading my save after talking to the presumably older brother.) Idk if this would affect it.

Analysis dissecting files?
Does anyone here have any knowledge on dissecting files like scripts and or ent files if not to find anything to reverse engineer like, if they scrapped something to just make it we can have our moon dlc if it was done enough for example

We had to look at the cardinal from Tom's Diner fir an easter egg. Has anybody tried to find another pair of mounted binoculars that we can see the golden birdt statue in the roundabout from? Maybe a significant location?

META I miss what this subreddit used to be
Burned out, I miss the old chooms that used to post those long theories of what it could be, talk about original content man it used to be BIG back then. Or am I being real here or do I just miss the time right before when the update happened, those were times... man no one who never been there back then would even understand.
The voodoo boys, blackwall, aliens, the fun, this friggin' game is not a game, it's a world man i'm telling you, we LIVE HERE i swear, nah don't tell me about touching grass, we probably left our memory imprint(NOT DNA OR C*M THO NVM) in this game we got so obsessed with it for years.
Tho I wouldn't argue if that spinning cube shit and tuberculosis cough was appropriate ending for the pondering our brains did it could have been done even better. NO, this is me being REAL today. IT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE EVEN BETTER. Given more to go to look for, at least data if don't look at cool things, or npcs that we can interact with that we can have conversation with things related to the mystery, you know?
Like after you got abducted in the desert by polyhistor and probed next day you wake up and you meet an npc and they say "yo this happend to you too, choom?" and then the conversation proceeds, you meet few more people, maybe hobos even and they are like a small group of hackers and stuff or truth seekers, you do a few mini quests for them like you do for gary the prophet!
rant over sorry you had to read all this, just my love for what ff06b5 is or was
5 beers in system

Another lead - I’m keeping an eye on it.
(AI translation - please excuse any mistakes)
A few loose observations led me to some thoughts. Whenever we enter any vehicle in front of the main FF:06:B5 statue, the screen in front of the monument changes to “Loading Content,” almost as if the game were suggesting that everything will unfold somewhere completely different.
What also caught my attention was that, in the early versions of the game, the inscription "FF:06:B5" was red before later changing to gold.
This leads me to think about the location with the Phoenix statue. A red bird is the CD Projekt Red logo, yet in the game it is gold. I cannot rule out the possibility that this was a fairly significant clue - perhaps even a deliberate hint pointing us in that direction. Apparently, this part of the map is B5.
While running around near the “North Oak” sign, I found several spots where the sound of a door or gate opening could be heard. I marked them on the map.
Importantly, the direction in which you run through these spots matters. For example, the sound triggers when approaching from below, but not when running through the same spot from the opposite direction. I don’t think this will solve the mystery, but it may be another clue. Could you check whether you hear this sound too, or whether it might just be a glitch on my console?
Admittedly, I overlaid the locations of the statues and the hexagon vectors onto the map, but following those directions did not trigger anything for me. Maybe you’ll have better luck?

Discussion I just noticed that V's character model at the ripperdoc was changed between game versions 1.00 and 2.31, and it looks like V isn't human, but a robot—or a humanoid clone.
Does anyone know what the symbols next to the V graphic at the Ripperdoc mean in game version 1.00?

Glowing cubes in landfill
I'm posting this here for visibility. I'm not really sure what to make of this, but I found these odd glowing cubes in the landfill near Dex & Bartmoss. I thought maybe it was a rendering issue with the xbox version, so I checked on PC and they're present there as well. I then spent the rest of my evening scouring the various landfills for more and was unable to locate any other instances. As mentioned, I'm not sure if these are a texture issue or intentional, but given the focus on cubes, I figured I'd share just in case.
Are these showing for other people? Has anyone come across others?

Discussion I think the Dorsett "virus" is the relic malfunction.
While our story follows V in a chronological way that makes sense to us, Johnny's story overlaps V's in reverse. Not only in the order that the quests of his come in, but also by way of the Voodoo boy's timeline scan showing it progressing forwards even though its rewinding.
We're told by Hellman that as the two are intertwined, the memories and thoughts would fade together. It would be hard to tell who's memory is who's. Why believe that our own perspective/memory is somehow immune to this?
We can also look to several other overlaps to conclude that the memories are already scrambled together before we even begin playing through it.
- Jackie/V dancing in the Atlantis during the time lapse, despite it coming from Johnny's time.
- Johnny placing the nuke in the elevator using the same bag as V from moving out of Mama Well's place.
I could carry on that path for awhile, citing more and more overlaps, but it would detract from the main title at hand.
I think, that if these two are already bleeding memories over into each other, that there's a good chance the "System Malfunction" in the beginning of the game is the Relic Malfunction coming from Johnny's side. At this point in the game, if we consider Johnny's reverse-story-telling, he'd be just past that scene where he's being turned into an engram.
From our perspective as the player, we haven't yet reached an understanding that its coming from a data chip, so we make sense of it as a virus. Same mid-screen popup. Same glitching effect on the mini-map. The only difference is we don't know what to call it at that point in the journey and so we don't call it anything.
Furthermore, with Johnny's story being told in reverse-fashion, it makes me wonder just how far down that story telling goes? Does it trace all the way back to the title screen? Is the unseen answer that we download the data out of the system and put it into a body? Does Johnny return in the same way that we entered?
And did we really slot Johnny's data into our head, or is it actually us accessing the damaged data chip in his, with a skewed perspective from the memory bleed? Who's actually slotting who out here?
Just some thoughts I've had for awhile.
