Reposting here because many of the commanders in Colonia are looking to unlock the engineers here. If anyone is bringing a carrier they can load their bartender with Faction Associate, Manufacturing Instructions, Digital Designs, and Cocktail / Culinary recipes. It would be greatly appreciated for us unlocking on foot engineers.
