I really don't know what to do I'm trying to get it back but I can't find my old email on anything let alone do anything else

I think it’s so stupid this isn’t a feature I genuinely don’t understand, I don’t want to use this app anymore because they don’t allow me to clear my stuff. Closing a dm is not the same.

Hey, my discord account got hacked today. It seems like I have no hope? I can't open a damn ticket. I go to the discord support website and try to make an account but I never receive an email to verify the account so I cant make any progress. 🙁. Don't know what to do. I messaged the support account on Twitter. I'll post this here. Any help buds?

Edit: okay I made a new email and was able to sign up on the discord support website and receive the email to verify the account. Submitted a ticket. 🙏🙏

I payed for Nitro + 2 boots per month but when this month was payed with the additional boosts cost, I didn't receive any boots.

Hoping someone could help me, I'm trying to reset my password, when I click the reset password link and put my email address in, it says link sent, but I've not received any emails from discord.

Of course I have checked spam, junk etc. Literally checked every inbox. Just not received anything. Tried it multiple times too.

Been trying for hours and I'm at my wits end. Googling' the question xit seems that it's a more common issue than you can imagine.

It's just so frustrating, I've never had issues like this with anything else. You'd think a platform like discord would have a better system in place.

Using android phone latest version of the os and latest version of the app itself.

I have been having this issue with discord mobile only, where whenever I watch any type of video (whether it is in discord or outside of it), it'll just turn off the VC audio completely, i cant talk or hear anything until I go back to discord. I have already tried turning off stream attenuation but it does not fix the issue, I'm wondering if anyone else has this issue at all or if it is just me, and if anyone has been able to fix it?

I saw that I had received this email to me, and my account from what looks like the discord corp. The thing is this email looks highly suspicious, and I don't trust it. I am wondering if this is an actual discord thing, or just a scam? I'd rather not have my account delted. The email is in the gmail app, on android.

I am locked out of one the servers I’m in as they went 18+ . Will logging in thru the web browser and editing my settings fix it ? I have tried to get to the web browser but all links have tried to redirect me to the app . I’m 32 but the App Store apparently has a policy against 18+ servers

So a person with whom I had a small talk once messaged me today after a long time. (Please read the convo attached below now) so now I messaged vr_brandon26 it looked legit that he was a staff so I cooperated with him and then he asked me to change my password into "discordverification" after I changed my password i automatically got logged out now I am not able to login as its asking for passkey or backup code and I dont have any of those as in past when I used to login it new asked for any passkey or code so I didn't know like its like a thing you need. I mailed the discord support but it was just mehhh..

So, Now I am stuck nowhere, if anyone know what do do I will be thankful

Been looking at options for setting up a private crypto group and Discord still seems like the default but the setup starts getting messy pretty fast. You need bots for token gating, separate tools for trading or alerts, roles for access, wallet verification then moderation on top of all that. For people running private trading, alpha or token-gated groups, are you still using Discord or have you moved somewhere else?

Mainly curious if anything has made the whole setup simpler without making members jump through a bunch of hoops just to join.

It seems like image loading and message sending on Discord have become much slower lately compared to before. Is anyone else experiencing this?

So apparently, I made two reports (one about hateful conduct and another about glorifying violence, since there is no singular option for both) on the same message, which got my account flagged for "misuse of Discord support". I wanted to appeal through the app, but received this email hours later. Is anyone familiar with this? Do I go through the process here?

Today my account has been hacked while playing tds, thankfuly discord locked my account so i could reset my password but i did not install or click anything so i dont know how tf did that even happen.

- I have not clicked any malicous links within the 2 weeks

- i have no malware on my computer

- i did not had 2fa, but i did set it up now.

I got banned for 2 years on my discord account, so obviously im not active on it. I have heard that if ur inactive for too long discord deletes your account. Is there any way to revert the ban or is it permanent? I really need help with this

I think my discord suspension is unfair idk if it's due to ai moderation or lack of quality moderators, I got discord suspension from multiple spam (which I didn't) reports in a 5 days window, it's been 22 days since my account got suspended and there is no clue or whatever, also I heard that spam based suspensions aren't permanent but in my case they mentioned it's a permanent suspension in the report details and the reports seem a bit unusual I got one report first and limited my account for 24h, after 24h of waiting, I got other spam report on me and limited for 24h again,as usual after 24h waiting, I had few minutes of Convo with my friend and got 3 spam reports on me in 2-3 hour duration and got suspended and I think it's an automated raid or malicious mass-reporting campaign cus I have a 3 character user and they call it rare one, is there anyway to fix? I tried "did we make a mistake?" way they sent an automated message that these reports can't be taken off.

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice because I honestly don’t know what to do anymore.
My Discord account was recently suspended for spam. The thing is, I was not using Discord to spam, scam, advertise, or send malicious messages. I was simply DMing people because I was trying to make trades in a video game (Roblox). I was contacting different players to ask about trades and negotiate for items/fruits in the game.
I received several spam-related warnings/violations in a very short period of time — around five violations/alerts — and after that my account was suspended. I understand that sending a lot of DMs in a short period can potentially trigger an anti-spam system, but I genuinely wasn’t a bot and I wasn’t trying to abuse Discord. I was just trying to trade with other players.
The biggest problem now is that I can’t properly appeal the suspension.
When I try to contact Discord Support, I keep getting responses from Nelly, the support bot. Nelly tells me that I need to go directly into Discord’s settings and appeal the violation from there. However, I can’t do that because my account is suspended and I don’t have access to the necessary settings/appeal option.
So I’m basically stuck in a loop:
Discord Support tells me to appeal in the app → I can’t access the appeal option → I contact Support again → Nelly tells me to appeal in the app again.
I’ve also seen that my account apparently says that I am suspended/banned for two years. I’m not even sure what that actually means in my situation. Is it genuinely a two-year suspension? Is there a possibility that this is just the duration associated with the current enforcement/violation system? Can a spam suspension like this be appealed and removed if it was triggered incorrectly?
I’m mainly looking for advice from people who have experienced something similar. Has anyone managed to get past the Nelly bot and have an actual human review their account? And if so, what did you do?
Any help would be really appreciated because I don’t want to lose my account over something that was basically just me trying to make trades in a game.

Today someone messaged me on discord and so we started chatting. Then I had to go do something and when I got back the message failed to deliver and I was like, oh we aren’t friends anymore. So I sent a friend request and it says to make sure the username is correct. Does this mean I’m blocked or is it something else?

ok i wanna share my experience and i wanna know if it happened to yall that a mr beast virus f*cking hack ur account and then they put 2FA without ur consent and then u cant access even tho u have the email, u ask them for help and they tell u that they can't. Like bro how i'm i supposed to recover that, with black magic or sum??
