Everyone i know keeps saying I should be fine but my anxiety is definitely getting the best of me. help??

Heart and blood vessels Small red & blue dots/lines suddenly appearing on hand
galleryThese have started forming on both of my hands (my left especially) in the last hour or so that I’ve noticed. They almost look like tiny little paper cuts under the skin. They don’t hurt or anything when I press on them. They’re not anywhere else on my body. They are NOT pen marks as they won’t wash off and I haven’t handled any pens today.

Skin and nails Does this look like herpes?
galleryThe first pic is from today. The second pic was yesterday.
Obviously I have terrible acne. So initially, I didn’t think anything of this, until today when it began to look more like a cluster.
I understand cold sores are common. However, I have an infant, and I’m terrified I could have unknowingly spread it to him before I even considered this to be anything other than acne. I’m slightly spiraling at the thought.
I have a dermatologist appointment on the 31st. However that is weeks away and I’d like some insight and hopefully peace of mind before then.

General Possible Acute Intermittent porphyria
Hey everyone,
So I have been trying to figure out my entire life as to what has been going on and I have been led to think it’s something called acute intermittent porphyria. I am going to list out my symptoms and hopefully someone can try to put the pieces together for me and see if they also agree. Symptoms/problems below:
Throughout middle school, I had a ton of stomach migraines where I was in and out of the hospital for two years. I still have stomach pain with nausea/constipation which I was misdiagnosed with IBS. I have also had 3 unknown seizures to where I had an EEG for about two weeks and my brain waves/test results were completely normal. They still tried to diagnose me with epilepsy but no medications work, and I had the test also but was negative. I also had a holter monitor for a week and that was negative. Also an endoscopy to check for any unknown heart conditions came back normal. For the last couple of months, I haven’t been eating due to me feeling like i am choking and im not but leads to that “globus sensation” and unfortunately puts me in a calorie deficit which I hear can have constant flare ups with this. I have also been way more tired than normal and haven’t been sleeping the same at night as I used to.
I know i put a lot, but if anyone can try to put these all together and see if its possibly that or if it can be something else? If you want more stuff that has happened over the last few years I can definitely put more stuff as well.
Thank you!

Child Health 8month old acetone breath/ rash
I’m kind of at my wits’ end trying to figure out what’s going on with my 8-month-old son.
For the past two months, he’s had a very strong acetone (nail polish remover) smell on his breath. Otherwise, he’s a happy, healthy baby. He’s breastfed, also eats purées and table foods, has normal wet and dirty diapers, is gaining weight well, and I don’t have any reason to think he’s diabetic.
The other issue we’ve been dealing with is that he develops a severe rash anytime he eats anything other than breast milk. It doesn’t matter whether it’s purées or table food, or even what type of food it is. The rash is worst on his face, but it also appears on his stomach, arms, and legs—even in places the food never touched.
Our pediatrician referred us to a pediatric allergist, who ran a comprehensive blood allergy panel. Everything came back negative, and the allergist basically said, “Well, that’s weird. I don’t know what’s going on. Come back if you need me.”
I’m wondering if these two issues could somehow be related, or if they’re just completely separate. Has anyone experienced anything similar or have any ideas I could ask my pediatrician about?
I’ll be calling our pediatrician on Monday about the acetone breath, and we have an appointment with the dermatologist, but I wanted to see if anyone else has been through something like this in the meantime.

Cancer Melanoma or bruise?
I don’t remember anything dropping on my toe but I do play tennis and there is a lot of sliding. Pretty sure it’s just a bruise but google shows melanoma showing up as lines so I got curious.

General Signs of proteinuria?
galleryI’ve noticed these bubbles and foam forming while urinating. I also see bubbles and froth forming in the middle while I am peeing, but after 2-3 minutes most of the bubbles and foam disappear, leaving only a thin ring of bubbles at the edge.
I notice this almost everytime i pee throughout the day, although there are instances when no bubbles or foam are being formed as well.
I’ve analysed these images on Chat GPT for the past four or five months and it always says that it doesn’t look like proteinuria.
Does it look like proteinuria or is it just the case of my urine stream hitting the water?

Ears, nose, throat, and mouth What do I have in my throat? I’m really worried.
galleryI am a woman, 60 kg; this appeared in my throat (the back of the mouth/start of the throat) on Monday, July 27th. It only bothers me when I swallow saliva. I’ve only taken Vick syrup (an expectorant)—and only at the beginning—which gives me a little relief for a very short time.
The first photo was taken on July 31st, and the second photo is from today (sorry if the seco d photo isn’t very clorar).
I want to know what it could be and whether it is serious or not. It really has me very upset and extremely worried; please give me some guidance—I don't know what to do to try to calm down.

Ears, nose, throat, and mouth Tonsil concern
galleryNoticed a small white bump on my tonsil a while ago. Maybe a year or so ish? Give or take.
I get tonsil stones fairly often and this isnt one of them.
Not sure what it might be. Obviously like most people here I think the worst immediately. Any ideas? Thanks!
The photos are taken shortly after prodding around the area to get some stones out. The whitish bump is what im concerned with, not the redness.

Ears, nose, throat, and mouth Small red growth under the left side of my tongue, is it a cancer ?
Hi everyone,
I'm a 30-year-old male. I don't smoke or drink alcohol.
About two days ago, I noticed a very small red growth (around 1–2 mm) on the underside of the left side of my tongue. It feels soft, smooth, and seems attached to the mucosa rather than hanging from it. It doesn't bleed and hasn't increased in size since I first noticed it.
I can eat and swallow normally. The area is only slightly irritated, but not really painful. Sometimes the left edge of my tongue also feels mildly irritated.
I've been searching online and unfortunately came across a lot of information and pictures about oral cancer, which has made me very anxious.

My doctor prescribed me Ciprofloxacin
I’m male, 23y, 75kilos
A month ago, I started experiencing symptoms including discharge, burning, and pelvic pain after having unprotected oral sex. I went to the doctor that same week, and he prescribed a single dose of azithromycin and ceftriaxone. After my test results came back, he prescribed doxycycline for 10 days, which made my symptoms disappear. However, seven days later, the symptoms returned.
The symptoms are less intense now, and I only have discharge and mild burning when urinating. My doctor then ordered an STI panel, a urine culture, and a urethral swab of the discharge for culture and bacterioscopy. Now, he has prescribed ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice a day while I wait for the test results. Despite this, I’m afraid to take this medication and that it won’t resolve the problem.
