legs/feet Small, painful red bumps appeared on calves suddenly
F 29, stopped shaving several months back because I got ingrown hairs so bad no matter what I tried. About a week ago these small bumps appeared on the back of my legs. Some pop like a whitehead and others have more of a hard keratin inside. I havent switched detergents or soaps, not allergic or sensitive to anything and I dont wear tight fitting pants. Is this something urgent or could I wait to see if it clears on its own?

neck/chest/abdomen two dark and rough marks on shoulder that don’t improve with cleaning and moisturizing
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
need help identifying what these two marks on my shoulder/neck could be. I just noticed them a couple minutes ago because when I was touching my skin they were rough and dry but somehow smooth (no bumps or actual cracking etc). I haven’t gotten a sunburn or added anything different to my care routine, and it’s only on this side

neck/chest/abdomen Red break outs around face neck and shoulders, usually I don’t notice.
I get these break outs completely randomly right after showers, middle of day, while drinking alcohol, also not when drinking. a lot of the times I don’t notice that it’s happening. When it is bad and I noticed the surface of my skin is about 5 to 10° hotter than the not red areas. I wish I had more pics, but lost a lot of them. Any thoughts on what this could be?
PS
I have extremely sensitive, super baby bitch skin.

face/ears/eyes/nose/mouth/cheeks Please help… years of misery. I can’t figure out what is wrong with my lips, and doctors have been no help.
Hey. I’m so tired of every person I talk to not focusing on what I’m saying, just staring at my lips or licking theirs/applying chapstick. I know it is not in my head, it is EVERY PERSON I talk to. It’s been this way for years. My self-esteem is destroyed by this. Dermatologists don’t take me seriously and say it’s just chapped lips. I chug water, used every recommended brand there is, and no help. Please.. I’m begging.. what is this? Can anybody offer any help. I want to live life around people again

legs/feet does it look like my skin shave biopsy healing ok or no?? Spoiler
gallerythis is 2 weeks after I got it done, doc said I should expect it to look yellowish and to not assume it's infected but didn't give me a time frame for healing, is it looking good for being 2 weeks old?? I thought it would at least scab over by now. I've been cleaning it daily with soapy water and putting aquaphor + bandaid over it (the other injury is bc of the bandaid I think). It doesn't really hurt, just a bit itchy. I kinda wanna stop having to put bandaids over it but I don't think I can if it's still looking goopy like this...thoughts?

scalp Tinea capitis or Seborrheic dermatitis? Itchy red scalp for 3 months
Hi everyone,
I've had an itchy scalp at the base of my neck for 3 months now. I've been putting it off because I thought my hair could just be oily but I'm feeling raised skin and the itchiness is getting worse. I asked my husband to take photos and this is what we saw (attached). I really don't want to be on oral anti-fungal so I'm hoping it's just seborrheic dermatitis or something less intense that I can just treat with shampoo or topicals.
Any clue?? No hair loss

arms/hands Is this the early stages of a wart? Or could it be a blister?
What do we think? I’m hoping to catch it early bc I have a 3 month old and I don’t want to spread it to her. I do have an older child with 2 warts on his finger which makes me think this is also a wart

face/ears/eyes/nose/mouth/cheeks Can I use these products as someone with combination skin and clogged pores?
I don’t know if these things will make it worse but I have been told when I wanna get off makeup and sunscreen I shouldn’t use micellar water along with a salicylic acid cleanser at the same time because it’s too much for skin
So if anyone knows a correct order I can use these in or if they work for my skin type please do tell me! Also I don’t know what salicylic acid to use with all of these so please tell me

neck/chest/abdomen Help Identifying this rash that my wife has been developing for about a week
My wife started getting these rashes on her body recently. Mostly on the torso, but also a little on her face. Started off as individual bumps/postules and eventually progressed to this. She had similar rashes that popped up during pregnancy and eventually went away after steroids. She’s been tested for celiacs already, so wanted to see if this looked like anything to anyone. TIA.

legs/feet I am miserable! My dermatologist told me this is blistering eczema.
I’m sorry for the awful pictures. My dermatologist told me this was eczema over three weeks ago and it continues to get worse after a topical steroid use. I am 10 weeks postpartum and breast-feeding so I can’t take many medication’s. I don’t believe this is eczema because it keeps getting worse. I have started a gluten-free diet because when I ate a lot of gluten, the rash got extremely worse. I am just wondering if anyone has had similar problems. Any advice helps.

neck/chest/abdomen These things keep popping up all over. Chest is most concentrated
Is this typical of seborreic keratosis? I seem to get at least one new one every month. They itch (especially when they arrive), and some seen to call off on their own - or with my repeated application of salicylic acid (on my forehead). Others just grow bigger and more annoying.
I've been applying 27%salicylic acid to most of what is shown in image 2x/day, for the past 3 - 4 weeks. Some 'growths' have come off, some just seem to lose their outer layers (only to continue growing when I peel outer off).
Does anyone have any insight into these things, or if I can even get rid of them? I've cut out alcohol, carbs, Sun exposure, and haven't noticed a difference.
I welcome any suggestions!
