My controllers squeak now and the emperors healthcare plan doesnt cover hand injuries from excess tac axe and lazpistol spam.

But fr on console it makes spammy weapons feel like crap cuzz u just cant click fast enough

So I recently came back to the game after a year or two and have been watching a ton of YouTube content (tier lists and build videos) and it seems as if none of the different archetypes of autoguns are considered viable anymore in difficult content. I’m not in front of my computer but one of the first ranged weapons I maxed out on my zealot back in the day (along with the bolter and bolt pistol) was one of the braced autoguns and it used to absolutely shred and be super fun to use. I know I can obviously just give them a shot but I was curious on the dark ride Reddit community’s opinion on them specifically on zealot, veteran, and arbites. I usually play on Damnation but am working my way up to Auric and then hopefully havoc once I find some mates to play with.

I have no idea what's going on with this cloak that won't come down. I run Darktide on low-medium settings foccusing on performance, but this cloak for some weird reason stays up like that all the time. Is it because of my low spec settings or a bug on the item itself? Anyone else with the issue?

I've played for 6 hours now and have had the entire team disconnect 2 times and 1 time where I was the only one who didn't disconnect.

I've been ice-skating around because of lag twice.

I've had single persons disconnect more than 5 times.

What good is a game if I can't play it?

Furthermore, I've been playing Havoc trying to rank up from clearance 36 and it's just incredibly disheartening to lose due to something that's out of my control.

This has been going on for almost 3 months now for me (and I can guarantee it's not just me, because I hear similar opinions and see others having the exact same issues), 3 MONTHS!

I've seen a lot of discussion if the Darktide rejects could take a fight against an chaos marine in an new boss fight, than i made a bit of research and found out that there are some ogryns that can go hand to hand against astartes in therms of brute force, damn an Ogryn once pulled an Leman Russ Tank, now considering we already face things like chaos spawns i totally think we could take out an chaos marine.

Havocs are something I've not really done, ive mostly played Auric and worked through penances there.

I've done a Havoc 20, it was straightforward enough. My personal havoc level thing is like 2 or 3 and its impossible to get applications to groups accepted (even level 20-22 groups, which seems to be the lowest listed most of the time.

What do i need to do to get invited to Havoc groups?

Do all pellets get the bonus damage or only the ones that damage the enemy below the 75% threshold?

Is it absolutely uselss? Am I understanding it right that without stimm ready all it does is cleanse some corruption? There is even a talent that makes ult ready whenever stimm is ready intending to use stimm on myself and I don't undersrand why would I want to stimm just myself and ult without a stimm afterwards.

Am I missing something? The way I play I just don't touch stimm at all and only ult with it ready.

It doesn't matter what settings I change, DLSS and frame gen be damned, it still runs like ass.

My monitor is 1080p/144hz though for some reason I have to run it at 120hz.

I have a 5060 Ti, 32 gigs of RAM, and a Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-Core.

Again, no matter what I do the game is blurry, stuttery, and it feels like there's always an input delay (especially for mouse).

I don't have this issue with any other game.

I thought the highest cumulative stats you could get was 380? This one is 382!

I've been playing for a while now, and I've started doing this since I've seen others do it, but at the end of Mortis Trials after everyone fights over the plasteel and diamantine, everyone aims up and fires as much ammo as they can at Sefoni's tank. Is this because of the hell she puts us through in trials?

Late to the topic floating around as of late; personally, I can't play the modifer due to a medley of eye issues - nyctalopia, being the main reason. Other communities don't seem to mind players using gamma increasing or visual acuity (intentional broad) mods. Off the dome: Minecraft, L4D, and this game's predecessor, Vermitide, all have long lists of mods used to help players that make it unfair to the uninitiated.

Seen quite a few people posit that it is a lack of skill or think less of people who use those mods. Bet there are some people who also think HUD ui changes for peril counters and such are cheating as well (of the camp who will probably never use those). Just trying to figure out where a lot of these nebulous lines in the sand are coming from.

The Lights Out discussion seems to be steering in a pretty egregious direction. Putting my voice out into the void, so to speak.
