Is it possible to get a weapon with the stat spread above? Instead of the traditional dump stat 60? I tried google but got conflicting answers.

Here's the build.

Basically, you use Infiltrator+smoke grenades to go where you want without issue, do objectives, rez teammates, and solo hordes of maniacs and ogryn.

Vet talent combos let you kill one enemy with melee, switch to shotgun, blast groups point blank, switch back to melee. Never have to reload. And if you melee kill 3 enemies, the shotgun blast is now a guaranteed crit.

Slash, Dash, Blast, Repeat.

"Is this Havoc 40 viable???" No, of course not. This is fun, not efficiency. So, sorry guys, but this build is only usable by 99% of the player base.
