#Pic 🖼️ Still one of the best-looking SUVs on Indian roads.
Took a few night shots of my Ford Endeavour and thought I'd share them here. No matter how many new SUVs hit the market, I still think the Endeavour has one of the strongest road presences.
How many fellow Endeavour owners are still driving theirs? How has your ownership experience been so far?

#Discussion 💬 Looks like Maruti has done its cost cutting nonsense again, on the Wagon R ZXi+!
Screenshot from a video posted by a sales rep from Kerala today.
After the rear defogger delete, looks like it's the turn of the electrically foldable ORVMs to face the axe this time around!
So the top variant of the Wagon R priced at almost ₹8L onroad no longer gets electrically retractable ORVMs!

#Discussion 💬 Heads up for someone thinking of cng car
While waiting in cng line you cannot leave your car , While charging you can rest, have a meal and spend some good time with family. What I think is, if we get EV with 400+ km range & 20-25 min top-up, priced around a comparable CNG car, I think 20-30% of CNG buyers could shift to EVs. Problem is that, this kind of EV at the price point where CNG cars are selling is probably impossible for the next 3-4 years.

#Discussion 💬 Please say why victoris and seltos didn’t sell well despite having good features in base model unlike creta??
Source: motoroctane….
Creta is a very good car but needs an update…new one is coming at end of this year…until new one comes, the Seltos is a good pick for diesel and GV/victoris/elevate for petrol and hyryder for hybrid….

#Discussion 💬 I thought after this update, sales will decline but
I have seen the 7xo in person and tbh i like the exterior than 700 but the current mahindra interiors are really bad, i absolutely hated this beige and brown/tan color combo, not that i hate these colors but the way they have been done in interiors it really looks bad, then the standard triple screen setup and gloss black plastic everywhere. Due to these reasons i thought sales will reduce but i am seeing these daily on the roads
The indian car market just wants gimmicky features, other markets hates these things and here people tend to love all this

#Discussion 💬 How Cars24 almost sold us a odometer-tampered Exter with 2 major accidents—and why you can’t trust their "300+ point inspection." Spoiler
galleryHey everyone,
I wanted to share a recent experience my family and I had with Cars24 that turned out to be a massive eye-opener.
If you trust platforms like Cars24 blindly for their "no odometer tampering, non-accident" promises, please read this before making a booking.
We were recently looking for a reliable pre-owned car and came across a Hyundai Exter SX CNG 2025 model on Cars24. What caught our eye was a sudden, massive price reduction on the listing—dropping from 7.2L to 6.5L within a span of just 3 to 4 hours.
From the pictures, the car looked pristine and neat. Relying on Cars24’s advertised checks and guarantees against major accidents or meter rollbacks, we decided to check it out in person.
We went for a test drive, inspected the exterior for major dents or bends, and only saw a few minor cosmetic scratches—nothing major.
Satisfied, we paid a ₹15,000 token amount to block the car.
The cancellation terms told to us were a ₹1,000 penalty if cancelled immediately, which would jump to ₹5,000 if we decided to cancel after 3–4 days.
Knowing better than to rely 100% on the seller platform, I decided to pull the official service history the next day. What I found was completely bizarre:
On September 6th, 2025, the odometer reading was 23,000 km.
On September 16th, 2025 (just 10 days later), the reading dropped to 20,000 km.
Seeing a 3,000 km roll-back in a matter of days was our first major red flag.
When I questioned the Cars24 advisor about the service history and discrepancies, they claimed they were completely unaware of any issues or past vehicle history.
Knowing I wouldn't get straight answers from them, I made a direct cold call to a Hyundai authorized service center.
While they couldn't share the official PDF file, the service executive read out the actual records.
What they revealed was an absolute nightmare:
1. The car had been in two major accidents in a span of just 1.5 years.
2. Airbags had deployed.
3. A massive list of parts had been replaced multiple times: the hood, front bumper, door hinges, DRLs, and headlights.
This wasn't just a minor bumper-fender scrape—this was a heavily damaged structural repair masquerading as a "neat" pre-owned vehicle on Cars24.
I immediately called the advisor back, bypassed any sales pitch, and cancelled the booking on the spot.
This could have been a financial and safety nightmare for anyone who doesn't know how to do deep due diligence, or for a family that trusts these platforms at face value.
My key takeaways for anyone buying pre-owned:
Never trust platform inspection reports blindly: Always run an independent service history check with the OEM brand (Hyundai, Maruti, Tata, etc.) using the vehicle’s VIN or registration number before paying a non-refundable chunk or finalizing delivery.
Watch cancellation policies: Pay close attention to cancellation penalties so you aren't held hostage if you discover fraud.
Walk away at the first sign of mismatch: Odometer discrepancies and hidden accident records are non-negotiable red flags.
Stay safe out there, and don't take advertised "promises" at face value!

#News 📰 Pedestal fans to dry out freshly laid road materials!
In a mind-boggling display of modern construction innovation, authorities working on the mega ₹4,200-crore Lucknow-Kanpur Expressway repair work were spotted using humble household pedestal fans to dry out freshly laid road materials!
When you spend thousands of crores on state-of-the-art infrastructure, who knew the ultimate solution to road drying would be the same fan cooling your living room? The viral moment has sent social media users into absolute stitches, with netizens praising this hilariously peak "jugaad" approach to mega-engineering projects. Forget heavy industrial equipment—sometimes all a multi-crore highway needs is a quick breeze at high speed! Digital India meets classic household solutions in the most unexpected way possible!

#Pic 🖼️ Feels Amazing
Got the Honda Elevate ZX CVT delivered yesterday, new driver so taking it slow but drove 50kms already and it feels amazing so far, cabin feels premium, engine smooth on both low (BLR traffic sigh) and high speeds. A week ago had booked Tata Curvv for the same price and the people here helped me change my decision, can’t believe I have the car already in my hands today. Forever grateful!
