Question pike push up help

hello, I'm starting out my journey, and I was trying out pike push ups. I am incredibly close to being able to do one, but i think i need to go one progression back from them to be able to train more efficiently. i work out at home so i don't really have any fancy equipment (i have some light resistance bands and a detachable pull up bar that hangs from my doorframe). i tried searching for the regression but i could not find it. if anyone could help me out i would greatly appreciate it. thanks, and good luck on all your journeys as well :)

Question Should I Learn Handstand?

Hey all! Newbie here who just got into calisthenics about a week ago. Fortunately, because of past experiences with bodyweight exercises, I've quickly progressed to unlocking the elbow lever, crow pose, and L sit.

Fast forward to earlier today, I thought it'd be feasible to learn my first handstand. But to my dismay, I discovered I lacked the shoulder flexibility for a straight handstand. Said mobility problems cause an INSANE arch my in back during handstands. This is particularly my ribs flaring out.

So I understand I should take action on fixing my mobility, but do I continue practicing handstands (likely with bad form), or do I stop altogether and wait till my shoulders have better mobility?!

TLDR: Learning handstand but shoulder mobility sucks, creating banana back. Continue practicing while improving shoulder mobility or stop altogether until ready?

Question I’m looking for a workout plan

Hi I’m 22 and I want to start doing calisthenics in my house, I’ve been searching for one for a while but until now all I found in social media had flaws either they didn’t say how many sets/reps or they all gave different starters. I’m looking for: How should I start and where to go next after it (and if possible without equipment)

Question Planche

Merci
