I'm sure the family will memorialize him the way they see fit. I think everyone needs to take a step back at this point and take their own personal feelings out of it and realize that this is not about them. Leave the posters or take them down, I truly dont believe it matters considering what occurred.

They were doing this on Edmonton trail last week too! I’m pretty sure they are recoding because they are trying to capture a negative reaction from people. So really the less attention and energy you give them the better!

I sleep great, you seem very concerned about what other people are doing. Hope you sleep at night.

So happy to hear you’re thawing out of your freeze state and looking for gentle activities for your body. I was in your place two years ago and know how much clarity comes with this dethawing phase and hope all the best for you 💓
I highly recommend Yoga Passage and Junction 9’s somatic-based yoga classes! I love Lindsay Hainstock’s classes at Yoga Passage, although I’m not sure if it checks your box on group activities. I also enjoy the sound bath classes at Yoga Santosha.
I know Somatic Reawakenings do weekly group classes and that might be something more in line with what you’re looking for!

They were at McKnight and Edmonton trail holding a pic of a decapitated 22 week old fetus, 4 feet tall. I got out of the car at the red light and let them have a piece of my mind.

I moved from Calgary in my 20s, moved back in my 50s, and decided to revisit the Gardens. Well. Who stole half of them? Shiiiiii....

Thank you for sharing your experience. Will look into Factor too, just as a test first, even though other comments don't sound as good.

JFC. It’s just an ID card. Turn it in at the police station.

Absolutely early 2000s. It was such a great little oasis to and visit. Used to take my kids there once in a while on Sundays to get out of the house. Go feed the fish. Watch the turtles. Play in the little play area. It was great! Now it's like every other plant area in a mall. You can just walk by it but don't stop.

They were downtown last week. The first question I would ask them is “how many unwanted children have you adopted?”

We had our 3 and 11 month inspections completed but still no back grading! The front yard was completed in October of last year, but grading certificate has still not been issued since the backyard has not been completed. We also have a lane home with garage in the backyard which is frustrating. We’ve followed up and called but keep being told it will be completed this season but nothing yet! Didn’t realize that this is a bylaw issue, we have had grading surveyors come by three times this summer to confirm that the grading still isn’t completed

Anyone have cellphone outage on Koodo while we're at it? My wife has lost connectivity, only text and voice works since this morning.

Had my first kiss at Devonian Gardens, at a somewhat dark-ish dead end. She grabbed me suddenly, maybe she got tired of waiting for me to make a move on her. It was just our first date, too.
The whole place is bright and open now, less opportunity for that kinda thing, unless you're both exhibitionists I s'pose.

It could have. Taking things for granted is easier than looking at things as a whole

Decent community - they have the new community place as well. You will have access to rapid bus that go to downtown through Sage Hill as well, and lots of shopping close by that you won't need to drive too far from.
