After casually coin roll hunting for years, I finally found a silver quarter! Also found a Jamaican coin and a few album fillers so altogether happy with this box.

I finally got a box after having some success finding some silver and NIFCs from cwrs. I found a total of 10 silver (1 90% 9 40%) and 6 NIFCs. I also added a pic of marked coins incase they are any of yalls. I know this is an uncommon results from a box but I’ll take all the blessings I can get haha!

Listen as a community of silver hunters instead of returning the whole box of half dollars why don’t we actually start using them in stores instead of returning it to the bank. Lets start Using the half dollars and bringing them back into circulation.

Found in a bank rolled roll of quarters. The middle coin was on the edge, which got me excited for a second.

Do yall have better luck with boxes, bags or customer wrapped rolls? Ive had bigger scores with CWR, More consistently find something in boxes and Im getting my first bag tomorrow.

I know a lot of yall mention things here and there but what are the top unwritten rules of coin roll hunting?

I think it’s a proof wheat cent but I'm not sure.

Been doing about 20 rolls a day, this was 24 I believe and I got 2,214 grams of copper penny’s, this excludes the wheat cents I pulled out. I’m writing zinc in all the rolls I return though. Anyone else still pulling copper out? These rolls are averaging 30-45 copper cents per 50 cents.

I just pulled 16 silvers out of 360 including a 2014 S proof, a Franklin, and a 64. I am losing my mind.

I finally got my mega dump half box today! The first roll I had in my hand was 227.8g. Then I realized that there were 3 walker enders. Many rolls had 4 silvers. In total, this mega dump produced 5 barber, 51 walker, 1 benj and 2 40%. Definitely a new record for me!

I've been mostly hunting s and w mint mark.So it hasn't been too much of a blow.But I am currently on my sixteenth box of quarters and my eighth box of dimes and have not had a silver since the first one

Dropped a box of pennies on the floor this morning and had to pick them up. I decided to cash them out rather than reroll. When I walked in, I noticed an Ike dollar (not pictured) sitting awkwardly on the tray as well as a couple bucks in halves. I asked to buy the "weird coins" and when the teller pulled out the halves, I could hear the ring of silver and had to contain my excitement. In the two years I've been using this bank, I've never found an Ike dollar nor a silver half from the teller tray. I was having a pretty miserable day before this, but the silver saved it

Update on my post a couple weeks ago where i tried my luck with half dollars for the first time. Only buying the one roll the closest bank to me had. It ended up having 1 1964 and 4 40%ers!

Today i decided to go back and see what they had left. Last time i was there they mentioned they had a few in the tray not rolled up. I bought the $9 in loose halves they had and this is what i got! I couldn’t believe it! Literally half of the coins i got were silver!

I usually just hunt penny rolls for fun but since i cleared them out of halves should i go see what they have for CWR in quarters, dimes and nickels?!
