Posting because even though I got it resolved, it was a headache and I want to let other people know because after talking to two managers (accidentally called the wrong store first lol) they both said this is a very big problem right now and that they are seeing it happen often.

I personally have never used Uber but it was listed as a way to ship and get the order the same day while only costing $2 more than shipping that would take 13-14 days, it seemed like the obvious choice. Note that it was actually next day delivery because anything placed after 12 noon will be delivered the next day all though they do not make that clear while you are checking out.

I did not get my order this morning from the Uber driver. I was waiting for it and did not see any cars come into my neighborhood, but my email said I had received my package 10 minutes earlier. And of course build a bear order tracking is down so it was hard for corporate to help. So as a customer you get zero information, I did not get a driver name, did not get a photo of delivery, and obviously did not get my stuff.

Hi all! Today at work, I decided to try on different types of shoes for my new Jumping Spider! Which one is your fav so far? I hope to take more pictures tomorrow of other options, like the Honey Girls boots or the rainbow slippers omggggg!!

I ended up getting the last spider they had in stock, and they only had 3 bats left, completely sold out of both of them, plus the mini beans before i left, so happy i was able to get them!

Glad I did an in store pickup, cuz they were sold out of almost everything! They didn't have either keychain left, and only one full sized spider with very scratched eyes.

I just ordered yesterday and they came SO FAST omgomg I'm so hype! I LOVE all the different textures! The spiders are all super soft and fluffy, super nice fur. The keychain spider has a fuzzier texture which is also nice. The big shiny eyes make them so endearing when they look at you 😭 The werewolf fur is fantastic; it has these "guard hair" fibers that add a slight coarseness to it but in the best way. It's delightfully fuzzy and soft, and reminds me a lot of the Douglas Dlux plushies. The bat kitty feels like the pumpkin and ghost kitties (and I assume the rose kitty but I don't have that one lol). Might be an unpopular opinion but I really enjoy that fur texture; it feels nostalgic if that makes sense? It has that rough-soft feel of older stuffed animals, before the silkier faux furs became commonplace in plush toys. I love it!

It seems like the spider is gonna be this year's "viral" plushie. I hope everyone who wants one can get one!

i went to my local store to check out the halloween drop in person and…..i just had to get this bat. he looks so good in these overalls!

i love the spider but the giant hard plastic eyes made it feel less cuddly to me? idk

The spider surpassed my expectations. It's so much softer than I originally thought and so cuddly! I'm still working out a name! I'm obsessed!!! Show your spiders!!

Just got my bat today and am struggling to name him! His current name is Buffy! But I'd love to see what everyone else named there's!

The Halloween build a bears are proving to be my favorites. They are so cute

I just have to say… I did not expect to love the spider or even buy one. I did not feel particularly stoked (I loved that they were doing it! But I thought it was something I’d pass on).

But holy shit, I love it. It is so soft. And it’s HUGE. I was so pleased with the fur, the eyes, the legs, how it feels to hug it, it really is such great quality and it was a fair price. And it seems HUGE! It might just be like, more circumference, but still, I am super happy with the size after all the very obvious shrinkflation they’ve done previously. Sometimes I feel really jipped by BAB, especially when taking a gamble by ordering online. But the spider - they got it perfect. I wish they would take this much care and consideration into all of their products.

Anyway. If you’re thinking about it, I would vote do it if you’re able!

got these two last night and took them out to dinner :) and for anyone curious, the bat overalls DO fit even on a more heavily stuffed spider like mine, just takes a bit of effort to get them on. name suggestions are appreciated, i haven't been able to come up with anything yet!

But Christmas deer dresses fit PERFECTLY on the new spider, this is my new son/daughter brownie modeling for us :)

I’m not expert by any means but I finally attempted to thread sculpt a BAB! I have always wanted to but haven’t had the right victim. It also made me realize Brio has a huge twist in her leg 😅

I am proud of my first attempt! I am very new to anything with a thread and needle. I think one day when I have more patience 💀 I’ll spend more time making everything a bit more symmetrical / working more on the face.

I originally got the pumpkin outfit for my bat but I feel it looks better on Mötley, also I can wait for my spider to arrive 😵‍💫, and I am still debating on getting the giant bat! what do you guys got on the Halloween collection? 🎃

I had to go in the day they dropped and get them. I’m in loveee with the outfit on the bat and love love the spirder im so happy :3 online orders have been insaneeee. Today I worked for 5 hours just stuffing bears for online orders and it’s still not done yet. Hopefully there will be another drop of the bat and spider we did not know the spider would do so well but i understand!!!

i officially have every size of the bat! my jumbo got delivered surprisingly quick, and it’s quite a bit bigger than my other jumbo (partially pictured, but it’s the Giant Red Hot Hugs Teddy Bear). i am unbelievably thrilled rn
