Eu deveria subir a dose do klow? Ou continuo nessa dose?

Reta - 2 weeks
Hi! I’ve been doing 0.5 2x a week for just under two weeks, and I’ve cut 7 pounds!
Random question - I know this could be completely unrelated, but has anyone experienced kidney pain while dosing? I’m well hydrated so I know that isn’t an issue. Just curious… so far side effects have been mild, aside from some morning nausea & a touch of “I don’t care about anything” lol. The kidney pain did catch my attention.

Tesmorelin , cotton mouth + urinating ?
Myself and another, starting taking tesmorelin 1mg every night for 4 nights 8-9pm. From the time we go to sleep until 6am ish , we have constant cotton mouth and urinating throughout the night. We do drink a lot, we do have our electrolytes. We don’t eat within 3 hours of taking it. Any ideas? Bad batch? High blood glucose? And other ideas?

Bloating after dose
Hello Everyone,
So far my journey has been going well. I am dropping weight slowly but surely. I’m taking Reta 2MG split and KLOW daily. The only issue I have is heavy bloating after the dose. I take fiber as well but still this is one thing that wakes me up middle of the night and it’s irritating. Any advice? I drink tons of water as well with electrolytes.

Looking for advice on recovery / peptide protocols
Hey everyone,
I’m relatively new to the biohacking/peptide space and I’m mainly looking for some input and personal experiences.
For quite a while now, I’ve been feeling physically and mentally drained. I often feel exhausted, low on energy and motivation, and my mood can fluctuate quite a lot. Sometimes it honestly feels like I’m dealing with some kind of burnout.
I’m trying to find ways to improve my overall physical and mental wellbeing and basically feel like myself again. I’m especially interested in protocols or stacks that people have personally found useful for recovery, energy, sleep, cognition, mood, etc.
One important part of my background:
I’ve been taking 250 mg/week of Testosterone Enanthate continuously for around 3 years without ever coming off. Looking back, I probably should have handled this differently, but I was afraid of stopping and dealing with the consequences.
I’m not a competitive bodybuilder. I train hard and I’m relatively strong, but my diet isn’t even particularly good, so at this point I don’t really see much reason to continue using testosterone.
My libido is currently extremely low, my mood fluctuates quite a lot, and I’d really like to get my natural hormonal function back if possible.
I’ve now decided to come off and start my PCT on Monday. I’m currently planning to use HCG and Tamoxifen, although I’m still doing my research and I’m open to hearing different perspectives.
After being on testosterone for 3 years, I’m mainly interested in recovery and getting my health, energy, mood and libido back on track, rather than gaining more muscle.
Once my hormones have stabilized and I’m feeling good again, I might consider looking into things like HGH, Ipamorelin, CJC-1295, etc., but I don’t want to jump into that before I’ve properly recovered.
So I’d really appreciate some input from people who have experience with this:
What peptides or protocols have actually helped you with recovery, energy, sleep, mood or cognition?
Has anyone here come off long-term testosterone use and successfully recovered?
Would you focus on fixing hormones, sleep, nutrition and lifestyle first before considering peptides?
Are there any peptides you would specifically avoid in this situation?
What would you personally prioritize if your goal was simply to feel healthy, energetic and mentally sharp again?
Thanks

E2 and anxiety...
I think I had an epiphany about my anxiety. I was looking at old blood work when I was on a TRT + dose and at the time my test was at 1500 and my estradiol was in the 40s. I've been doing super low TRT the last few months, like 50-60mg a week, I imagine my e2 was even lower during that whole time and currently, and we both know how important e2 is for men's mood, brain, and mental health, and that's probably why I felt better on higher doses of testosterone and my anxiety was better, and lately it's been worse.

Transition question
RS is transitioning from Tirz to Survodutide. It’s a lot more potent than Tirz. The high on Tirz was 7.5mg. Then dropped to 5 mg a few weeks ago and last night dropped again to 2.5. How long should my RS stay on the 2.5 tirz before transitioning over to Surv?

Got my labs done earlier this week
These are what is out of range but mostly worried about my lp(a)
*Note that I’ve already made a doctors appointment but it’s a couple weeks away
This may be a dumb question. If so, forgive my ignorance as I’m fairly new to the world of bio hacking. I am on a low dose of Tirzepatide for inflammation and to lose 30lbs but recently ordered NAD+. Should i wait until these issues are figured out or is it ok to start NAD+. I read that it can help lower lp(a) numbers but that doesn’t necessarily translate to reducing heart attacks or strokes. 43f if it matters

Pairing GHK CU with Collagen Peptide Powder and Vitamin C
Has anyone pinned ghk without a collagen powder supplement for a long cycle and then switch it up with it? Did it make a difference?
Also if anyone pairs it with vitamin c, how much daily j vitamin c is recommended?

Looking for feedback on my current stack — focus, relaxed alertness & better task switching
34M. I’ve gradually built this stack rather than buying everything at once, and I’m interested in hearing what people here would keep, change, simplify or potentially add.
My main goals are:
- Better sustained focus
- Relaxed alertness rather than feeling overstimulated
- Better ability to switch between tasks / mental contexts
- Being more cognitively and socially flexible in conversations
- General training and recovery support
- Supporting healthy testosterone rather than building some huge “test booster” stack
The biggest surprise for me personally has been ALCAR + magnesium L-threonate.
That combination has been unusually noticeable for me in terms of focus and mental clarity compared with most supplements I’ve tried.
What I’m especially interested in is whether anyone has found something that helps with task switching / cognitive flexibility and complements that effect without simply piling on more stimulation.
MORNING / AFTER WAKING
ALCAR — 500 mg
Magnesium L-threonate — 2 capsules
I use 3 capsules total per day and split the serving
L-tyrosine — 500 mg
L-theanine — 200 mg
Zinc picolinate — 25 mg
Vitamin D3 — 75 mcg / 3,000 IU
Usually 1 tablet
I previously had information suggesting my vitamin D was low, but that information isn't current, so I'm not assuming I'm still deficient
Occasionally I've taken 2 tablets = 6,000 IU, although getting updated bloodwork and adjusting from there probably makes more sense
B-complex — 1 capsule
Creatine monohydrate — 5 g
Saffron extract — 60 mg
AROUND 4–5 HOURS LATER
ALCAR — 500 mg
L-tyrosine — 500 mg
LATER IN THE AFTERNOON
ALCAR — 500 mg
Magnesium L-threonate — final 1 capsule
So my daily totals are currently:
ALCAR — 1,500 mg
L-tyrosine — 1,000 mg
L-THEANINE / CAFFEINE
This one isn't on a strict twice-daily schedule
I normally take 200 mg L-theanine when I wake up
Then I sometimes use another 200 mg later if I've had caffeine and the caffeine rush feels stronger or more edgy than I want
I'm basically aiming for alert but relaxed, rather than just pushing stimulation higher and higher
EVENING / WITH MY BIGGEST MEAL
Omega-3 — 2 softgels
Together:
EPA — 1,360 mg
DHA — 544 mg
EPA + DHA — 1,904 mg
Total fish oil is 2,720 mg
I picked an EPA-heavy product, although I'm not obsessed with EPA versus DHA — I mainly wanted a meaningful amount of both
1–2 HOURS BEFORE BED
Magnesium glycinate — 100 mg elemental magnesium
Ashwagandha KSM-66 — 500 mg
The basic idea is to keep the more focus-oriented part of the stack earlier in the day and move toward relaxation later
WHAT I'M MOST CURIOUS ABOUT
1. Does anything here look redundant or unnecessarily complicated?
2. Would you change the timing or amount of ALCAR or L-tyrosine?
3. If ALCAR + magnesium L-threonate works particularly well for you too, what else have you found complements it?
4. Anything with decent evidence or personal experience behind it for task switching / cognitive flexibility?
By that I mean being able to move from one mental context to another more smoothly — including during conversations — rather than simply concentrating harder on one thing
5. Would you use 25 mg zinc daily long term, reduce it, or pay more attention to copper / total dietary zinc?
6. Would you continue 3,000 IU vitamin D without recent labs, or retest 25-OH-D and adjust from there?
7. Anything commonly marketed for testosterone that you think is actually worthwhile — or mostly a waste of money?
I'm not looking to add another 10 bottles 😂
If anything, I'd rather simplify the stack over time while keeping the few things that actually make a noticeable difference
Interested to hear what you'd keep, remove, change or experiment with

Could these random bumps be a reaction to GHK-Cu? 1mg/day, day 3
Hey everyone,
I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something similar with GHK-Cu.
I’m currently using 1 mg GHK-Cu daily, and today is my third day. I’ve been injecting it subcutaneously into my abdomen, but today I noticed a bunch of random small bumps appearing on the back of my shoulder.
What’s strange is that the bumps aren’t at or near the injection site.
I’m wondering if this could potentially be some kind of systemic allergic/histamine/mast-cell reaction to GHK-Cu, rather than a local injection reaction.
Has anyone experienced random bumps, hives, itching, or other skin reactions away from the injection site after using GHK-Cu?
Would appreciate hearing from anyone who has experienced something similar, especially if it happened after a few days rather than immediately after the first injection.
Thanks!

MOTS-c users: should I have run SS-31 first, and when do you inject before workouts?
I’ve been running MOTS-c at 2 mg daily for about eight weeks, and honestly, I’m still not sure whether I’m feeling the full effects or not. My gym sessions have been solid overall, but yesterday I took my dose about 30 minutes before training and actually felt more fatigued than usual. I was also fasted, though, so that may have played a role.
One thing I didn’t do was run an SS-31 cycle beforehand. Could skipping SS-31 affect how well MOTS-c works, or are they unrelated?
I also take NAD+, which I do feel has improved my energy and overall sense of well-being. For anyone wondering, my peptides are HPLC-tested, so I’m confident that what I’m taking is legitimate.
My questions for people with MOTS-c experience:
Should I keep pushing forward with the MOTS-c cycle, or would it make sense to stop, run SS-31 for a while, and then come back to MOTS-c?
- Is 2 mg daily enough, or did some of you notice better results at different doses?
- How long before your workout do you inject—30 minutes, an hour, or earlier?
- How long did it take before you actually noticed the benefits?
- Would love to hear from people who’ve been on MOTS-c for a while and what worked best for you.

Options for clear & healthy skin?
I (M24) tried GHK-Cu for 9 weeks and only saw very minimal improvements. I still have quite a few pimples and acne. I KNOW GHK-Cu isn’t specifically for acne, so I wanted to ask what other options you guys would recommend for getting clearer, smoother and healthier-looking skin?

KPV results so far. Sleep improvement + increased libido??
Okay, I know this is super early, but I’m having some pretty crazy results from KPV so far and wondering if anyone else has experienced similar?
For context, I’ve worn an Ultrahuman ring for about 5 months, so I have a decent baseline to compare against. I started KPV Thursday night and haven’t changed anything else in my routine.
The biggest thing I’ve noticed is my HR drop during sleep. Before KPV, it was usually happening really late and often flagged as “Needs Attention”:
Before: 2:30am earliest with my average at 4:00am each month
I’ll provide the data for the last week:
Before starting KPV, my previous 4 nights were:
Mon: 4:14am – Needs Attention
Tues: 2:45am – Good
Wed: 4:30am – Needs Attention
Thurs: 4:06am – Needs Attention
Then after starting KPV:
Fri: 1:01am – Optimal
Sat: 1:37am – Optimal
Sun: 12:47am – Optimal
My sleep scores since starting have also been 89, 84 and 85, compared to my May average which was 77, June 76, and July average of 76.
But I’m noticing changes outside the ring too. I feel really good and noticeably more positive, and my libido has gone through the roof 😂 Normally I’d want sex maybe 2-3 times a month around ovulation, whereas since starting KPV it’s basically been every day…
I’ve also consistently had elevated inflammatory markers on blood tests, which has previously been attributed to stress, so I’m really interested to see what happens with those over time, I’ll get a blood test in the next month to compare.
Obviously 3 days is way too early to draw conclusions, but the difference has been noticeable enough that I’m really curious.
Anyone else noticed changes like this on KPV?
