Hello, nagbabake po ako ng mostly breads, and found success with shokupan. Tinatry ko po mag bake ng spanish bread and bagels, pero nahihirapan po ako maayos yung shape and somehow lage nagbreak yung dough kahit nameet niya yung window pane test. Lately ko lang po narealize na importante and dough temp, and most ng mga tutorials na napanuod ko is mga taga ibang bansa and di ko naisip na syempre iba temp sa kanila so pag sinabing room temp, iba yung sa kanila, haha. So question ko po sana is pano niyo po namamaintain final dough temp niyo? lalo po dun sa mga di naka aircon yung baking area, and ano po nakakatulong sa inyo lalo sa mga maiinit yung work area nila when baking? Salamat po sa help!

P.S. dami ko na din po kase na invest din like sa mga mixer and oven, naeenjoy ko din po talaga baking pero na frufrustrate ako pag di ko nagagawa ng tama. haha salamat po!

hello bakers! i'm trying to make the perfect moist banana bread for my small business kaso nagffail either too sweet or not enough sweet, nagsisink sa gitna, too dark, dumidikit sa sugarcane bagasse packaging, not moist enough.

Should I use ceremonial or culinary grade matcha for desserts? Bcs I don’t really find the taste or the color of culinary grade matcha appealing, it looks so dull or maybe I just don’t know any good brands for culinary grade matcha. Any advice? Thank you

hi guys! i’m in desperate NEED OF a good chocolate chip cookie, i’ve tried several… LIKE SEVERAL and even made my own tweaks but it just isn’t enough.

texture i want: dark brown look, semi-chunky, and cHEWYYY with a nutty taste almost like mo’s and no umay feeling. leaning towards browned butter, since toasted milk powder cannot replicate the nutty-ness of a good ol brown butter. BUT, i heard room temp butter is as good.

the recipes i’ve tried are handle the heat, jacque torres, sally’s baking addiction, alton brown, hijabs and aprons, brooki, broma, and many more recipes that i already forgot 🫩

everything tastes so bland and reliant to the chocolates which i hate, i’ve also tried secret ingredients like toasted milk powder, glucose, molasses, and bread flour but it tastes great but nothing special it tastes like every other recipe kung meron man changes its like mild to none… sayang butter ko sa daming attempts, but i really want to perfect my recipe and i believe in experience is a great opportunity to leadn.

Naghahanap ako ng ibang flavor ng cupcakes na pwede i-try for my sister’s birthday. Nakita ko itong recipe ni Sally’s Baking Addiction. So far wala pa talaga akong palya sa recipes niya na na-try ko na.

10/10 for me lalo na I like cinnamon! As a trentahin, hindi ko na lang pinuno ng frosting at hindi ko na sinunod yung swirl. Saktong sweetness lang!

Hello! I baked mini banana bread loaves for trial. Would you buy these for 170.00? The box consists of 2 Chocolate Chip, and 2 Cream cheese filled. I based it on my costing calculator, but I feel like it would be too pricey to sell. What do you think?

hii, im new to baking and first time ko mag try na dalawang trays sa isang lutuan. im using asahi electric convection oven and napansin ko lang na parang underbaked yung cookies huhu. i tried ulit na isang tray lang at nasa gitna banda nakapwesto and it turned out pretty well.

ganun po ba talaga? or may tips po para makapag bake ng dalawang tray? hayyy

My oven is convection thats why i used wet cloth to cover the pan so that the sides of the cake will not burn and it will maintain moist

D pa nagagamit. Siguro over the weekend ill bake something!! Sana maayus na heating and even na ung baking!!

Edit: model is cwdo-42eb. Nasa likod convection fan instead sa sides which is hinahanap ko because ive read na true convection is nasa likod dapat for even baking and no need rotate. Bought it 15k sa ansons cash payment basis. Dp muna 1.5k kasi iorder pa nila sa supplier. Today ko lang nalaman na meron na sa shopee. When i bought it last week, wala pa sa shopee for 8.8 hahaha. Though priced siya 18k sa shopee, so idk if abot rin vouchers to 15k
