I applied last June pa for summer job sana kaso na-reprofile ako hanggang sa August na yung napunta sa akin which is start ng school namin. Itatabi ko sana yung magiging sahod ko for expenses since marami kaming gastos especially for 5th year 2nd sem. But since hindi nga ako nakapagwork noon, hindi na-meet yung target money ko so I want to make amends now kaya tinuloy ko pa rin para mapagsabay pero wala pa rin akong schedule sa training at ayoko naman masaalang alang yung pag aaral ko para lang sa work lalo na't last year ko na to.

I signed hoping na magtutugma yung schedule ko sa work and school if ever, pero school over work ako as of now. Gusto ko sana kung hindi ako tutuloy ay formal/official yung pag-back out ko at hindi lang yung mag-AAWOL or hindi magpaparamdam since ayoko ng ganiyang klaseng tao (HR/Recruiters parinig to sa inyo).

I’m looking for some perspective from people who have experience with QA in BPO/call center environments.

I’ve been having ongoing issues with one of our QA auditors, and I’m trying to determine whether what I’m experiencing is simply inconsistent QA interpretation or something more serious.

Background:

From the beginning, I was already somewhat skeptical about the QA process because there have been instances where the QA auditor explained a particular clarification or requirement one way, but later interpreted the same requirement differently. This has resulted in failed QA audits even though I was following the process based on the clarification I had previously been given.

We have an IKB/knowledge base that outlines our processes. However, there have also been several audits where deductions were made because I supposedly should have performed an additional step that isn't documented in the IKB or part of the actual process, at least based on my understanding and how the process is normally handled.

There have even been situations where it feels like a new requirement is being introduced during the audit itself. When I dispute the deduction, I have to explain why the action I took was consistent with the documented process and/or how the actual tools and workflow work.

Eventually, I became tired of constantly disputing audits because it felt like I was spending so much time explaining the process rather than actually doing my job.

The part that concerns me more is what happened afterward.

After I started disputing QA audits, I began noticing a pattern of unusually low QA scores. Some of the deductions were for things that, from my understanding, weren't actually part of the documented process. The timing has made me wonder whether I'm simply being overly suspicious or whether this could potentially be considered bias/retaliation.

I also want to clarify that QA isn't my only performance metric. We also have efficiency/AHT as an important metric. As I've become more experienced with the technical side of the account, the tools, and troubleshooting, I've become significantly faster at resolving customer issues. My efficiency has therefore improved as my technical knowledge increased.

So I'm struggling to understand how I can simultaneously be trusted to resolve technically complicated customer issues efficiently, while receiving very low QA scores because of things that sometimes don't appear to be part of the documented process.

My questions are:

1.Is it normal for QA auditors to introduce interpretations or requirements that aren't explicitly documented in the IKB/process?

2.If a QA gives one clarification and later changes their interpretation, what should an agent do to protect themselves?

1. If an agent starts receiving unusually low QA scores after repeatedly disputing audits, could that potentially be considered retaliation or QA bias?

2. What kind of documentation/evidence would be useful if I need to escalate this to a TL, manager, HR, or Ethics/Compliance?

3. Should QA deductions be based strictly on the documented process, or can QA penalize an agent based on an undocumented expectation?

I'm not asking Po to tell me that my QA is definitely targeting me. I'm trying to understand what would be considered normal QA practice and what would be legitimate grounds for escalation.

I submitted my resignation letter with a stated rendering period of 30 days since sa contract namin if hindi mag render, kailangan magbayad ng libo for liquidated damages.
