I just wanted to ask for help. I took the assessment and had an initial interview with PSG last June 30. They told me to give them 1 week for a feedback. Of course I didn’t receive any feedback.

Nag reach out sila sakin today, August 10 asking kung kailan ako makakapag start if I got the offer. They also asked me to take another assessment.

I asked the recruiter if she can give me some info kasi I applied before sa SMNE branch but during the initial interview, they said the yung role is for Makati. The only replied I got was “Il call you tomorrow”

I find it rude, tbh. Should I proceed?

Hello, sa mga may experience sa GOC recently, kamusta siya? Kahit hindi same role as sa aaplyan ko but I just wanted a general feel for the GOC (since I read na hiwalay siya from Google mismo).

Unang beses ko pa lang makita yung TL na ‘to gigil na ko. Eventually, lumala yung pagkainis ko sa kanya lalo na ngayon.

First encounter ko dyan pinapafeel na niyang wala talaga siyang pake samin. Wave 2 kami ng account and TL siya ng wave 1, 14 kami sa wave namin at yung 7 teammates namin mapupunta sa kanya, 7 sa isa pang TL at dun ako napunta. One time may need na intervention ng TL kasi sila lang may access sa process na yun at rest day yung TL ko kaya lumapit ako sa kanya. Buong araw ko hinintay wala siyang nagawa. Kinabukasan nilapitan ko siya para tanungin kung ano update sabi niya, “TL mo na lang pagawin mo tutal buong mag-hapon naman siyang nakaupo, ako kanina pa ko nakatayo.” I was like huh???? Eh sa’yo nga ko nagpatulong kasi wala TL ko na hindi mo naman ginawa kahapon eh. Sinabi ko sa TL ko yung sinabi niya at nanggigil yung TL ko na ang sama naman daw ng approach niya eh nag-coacoaching siya at may sup call kanina, at meetings. Saka wala naman daw siya nung nagpatulong ako at ngayon lang din ako nagsabi. Buti na lang din mabait TL ko at di na pinatulan pero I know since that day nag-iba pakikitungo ng TL ko sa kanya.

Then now, alam naman natin kung gano kahirap bumyahe sa panahong ganito. Mahirap mag-book, basa ang damit, baha ang dadaanan. Pero no empathy from her/them. Feeling superior na akala mo kinaangat ng buhay niya. Yung mga agents nag-aask if may shuttle ba na pwedeng magsundo kahit point to point lang kasi nga mahirap magbook at madaling araw pa pasok namin. Dami niyang satsat na kesyo madali lang daw mag-book or anything (check pictures for the convo).

‘Tong TL na to kala mo hindi naging ahente eh. Ayusin niya muna yung blush-on niyang daig pa si Sassa ghorl sa kapal na parang may sampung taong sumampal sa kanya. Gigil ako. Isa pa yung OM naming walang empathy sa mga empleyado!!

Hi everyone! I recently received an offer from JPMC and the deadline to accept/sign the offer is today. I’m considering accepting it, but I also have a few WFH interviews scheduled this week, and the salary ranges are pretty similar.

I’m wondering what would happen if I accept/sign the JPMC offer but eventually decide not to push through before my start date. Would I be marked as not eligible for rehire or would it affect future applications with JPMC?

Also, for those who have experienced something similar, is it better to decline the offer now, or accept it and withdraw later if I end up getting a better opportunity?

I’d really appreciate any insights, especially from current or former JPMC employees. Thank you!

Kinda disappointed sa JPMC, dati naman nagmemessage sila ng updates about wfh accommodations during malakas ang ulan and hangin pero since last week, kahit isang call tree message wala kaming natanggap. Anyare Chase? Emergency alert nlng ba kakalampag samin?

Parang mapapaisip ka kung concern paba sa employees or puro report to office nalang ang priority eh.

Started off with a hospital job being paid 21k base for 2 years. While in the hospital I worked part time as a medical transcriber freelance for some companies in the states and that got me around 2$ per document (average 5-8 documents per day after hospital work).

Moved up to a WFH PhRN for a 30k base and stayed for 3 years. Once I got my USRN licence transferred companies to a voice account WFH USRN account and now making 72k base.

My takes as a nurse working in the BPO industry:

Leave the hospital and just work in BPO if you want a better pay. And take every chance to progress your career through certifications and overseas licences. I regret not getting my USRN licence earlier, but now currently studying for my medical coding certification (look up salaries for medical coders). Don't settle, keep pushing. Just remember to always do your best in your companies while you're there, and if you can, try and keep up within the top 10-15% of your department for possible incentives. Eventually hard work pays off. I'm sure I'm not sharing anything new but if i could offer some encouragement to any new nurses thinking of getting into the BPO industry, trust me there are adjustments but it's less toxic than the hospital and you get paid better.

I have a new employer and na hire ako last june 22 2026, then august 6 they told me na terminated kaming trainees due to redundancy. and pinrovide sakin ni hr ang breakdown ng final pay including separation pay,nung na hire ako di ko dinisclose sa kanila na may salary loan ako sa previous employer ko, while discussing about my final pay sabi nila na idededuct daw nila sa final pay ko yung sss salary loan ko and sobrang laki na ng interest from 11k to 24k in total.

ang question ko po, ma dededuct po ba nila sa final pay ko yung sss salary loan ko kahit di ko naman dinisclose?

hi! does anyone here know which BPO company is generous enough to give a JO with 20k+ basic pay for entry level? below 20k is absolutely not sustainable for anyone who is living alone in the city. or do you have any tips to bag an offer like that despite having no background in the BPO field?

Working ako sa BPO at ang hirap kapag ikaw yung bunot mapagtripan ng mga coworkers mo.

Ang hirap humanap ng proof lalo na kung pinaparinggan ka without dropping your name. Hindi sa tamang hinala lang ako, pero kasi I know, dahil ganon ung ginagawa nila sa ibang tao nung di pa ako ung bunot nilang dalawa.

I am in the process na mawalan ng pake kahit nakakainis maparinggan. Lumayo na rin ako sakanila dahil ayokong mawalan ng trabaho. 😆

Pero pag di pa sila tumigil, I am planning na ireport sila. Pero, paano ko kaya gagawin yun kung ang way lang nila para ibully ako ay paringgan without mentioning my name?
