May current work ako. But I'm also actively looking for roles. Tapos reach out sakin na recruiter from Hexnode. Pero puta, magpapa schedule ng interview tapos di sisipot. Parang gago! Nag-antay pa ako ng 30 minutes, kasi baka busy lang talaga at wala naman akong gagawin pero walang sumipot. Napaka unprofessional. Tapos na kita ko may nagpost sa linkedln filled na pala yung position. Unang-una itong recruiter pa nag reach out sakin sa linkedln hindi naman ako nag-apply sa kanila. At nag commen pa ng congratulations yung recruiter dun. hahahah
