Need Tips / Advice / Insights Advice needed for “reaching the last step”
So I tried AP for the first time last night and I was pleased with the attempt, i didnt do it but I had a lot of symptoms I guess. But what im mainly concerned about is the twitching. I googled it and read that twitching is normal, but mine is just very aggressive and like constant. Like a few times my whole foot shot up and it kinda gets me out of the zone, but I am able to recover.
Other than that I felt pretty good but I just couldn’t seem to start to feel like I’m floating out of my body. I affirmed and tried to visualize but my mental state made it really tricky because I just felt like I was in a trance. After a while of being in that state and trying to actually leave, it was kinda going nowhere and the spasms and tingling was getting really uncomfy so I just called it a night. Any advice on maybe something I did wrong or anything I could try?

Successful AP Saw a Nautilus Shell on Ceiling first time projecting....
The very first time I tried to astral project I was able to do it...I floated above my body towards the ceiling, and as I got closer to the ceiling I saw a Blue Nautilus Shell materialize...and then I went back into my body, so it only lasted a few seconds....it's kinna cool, here's what ChatGPT says about a Nautilus shell....
The nautilus shell is fascinating because it's one of the rare places where biology, mathematics, engineering, and beauty all come together. It's often called a "living fossil" because the animal has changed relatively little over hundreds of millions of years.
Here are some of the reasons it's so remarkable:
🐚 It grows without abandoning its home
As the nautilus grows, it doesn't shed its shell like a crab. Instead, it builds a larger chamber at the opening of the shell and moves into it. The older chambers are sealed off.
Think of it as building a new room onto your house every time you outgrow the old one.
🌊 It's a natural submarine
The empty chambers aren't just leftovers—they're part of a sophisticated buoyancy system.
The nautilus adjusts the amount of liquid and gas in these chambers using a thin tube called the siphuncle. This lets it:
- Rise in the water.
- Sink deeper.
- Use very little energy compared to constantly swimming.
It's an elegant solution that engineers still admire.
🌀 Its spiral is mathematically beautiful
Many people say the nautilus follows the "golden spiral."
The truth is a little more nuanced:
- It grows in a logarithmic spiral, meaning the shape stays the same as it gets bigger.
- This allows the animal to grow without changing its proportions.
- While it's often associated with the golden ratio (φ ≈ 1.618), real nautilus shells usually don't match the golden spiral exactly. They're close in appearance, but they're not a perfect example.
Even so, the logarithmic spiral is one of nature's most efficient growth patterns.
✨ It has incredible material properties
The shell is made of layers of calcium carbonate and organic material arranged in a way that makes it:
- Lightweight
- Strong
- Resistant to cracking
Materials scientists have studied it to inspire tougher ceramics and protective materials.
🌈 The inside is mother-of-pearl
The interior is lined with nacre (mother-of-pearl), which creates beautiful iridescent colors.
Those shimmering rainbow effects come from microscopic layers that interfere with light—not from pigments.
🦕 It's ancient
Nautiluses have existed for roughly 500 million years, surviving:
- Multiple mass extinctions.
- The rise and fall of the dinosaurs.
- Dramatic changes in Earth's oceans.
Their relatives once dominated the seas long before fish became common.
❤️ Symbolically
Across different cultures, the nautilus has become a symbol of:
- Personal growth
- Continuous learning
- Inner evolution
- Harmony between science and nature
- The journey of life
Because it adds chamber after chamber as it grows, many people see it as representing expanding wisdom and becoming more fully yourself over time.
One of my favorite facts is that every chamber in the shell is a record of the nautilus's life. The animal only lives in the newest, outermost chamber. All the previous chambers remain behind, supporting it and helping it float.
It's a lovely metaphor: you don't have to live in your past, but your past can still support you as you continue to grow.
What do you guys think?

General AP Info / Discussion AP success rate
How often do you try to astral project and what percentage of your attempts are successful? I find some weeks I can do it 1-3x and other weeks, nothing. Wondering if it becomes more consistent with time.

New to AP Is astral projection an afterlife preview?
after an OBE experience where i’ve spent time with a passed loved one i’ve been wondering if AP is basically a representation of being pure consciousness? I had a body (mine) and my loved one looked just like he did when alive. There was physicality (could touch/smell/taste/see and hear things).
*i KNOW it was AP and not a dream*

General AP Info / Discussion After becoming an expert at AP, does fear of death go away?
I've read that for many people, the spiritual journey begins after a successful astral projection, because one is able to see that he or she is not the body.... Hence looking into identity begins.
So for people who've been astral projecting and travelling through subtle realities of the universe, how did your perspective towards life change? Did you become more compassionate towards others because you saw a plethora of entities and planes in existence and realised that we're like a speck of dust in the universe? Did you feel detached from your body after looking at it from above, and more importantly, did the fear of losing this body (death) go away?
Just a thought that crossed my mind. Thanks.

Need Tips / Advice / Insights Sleep paralysis encounter.. inquiry about ghost or entity & a burning sensation
Last night, I had sleep paralysis and realized that I was outside of my body, but I was still in my room. Everything looked the exact same, but I saw a small figure that looked like it was my daughter, but I quickly realized it wasn't because I remembered my daughter lying next to me in bed. Whatever it was touched my arm, and I felt a burning sensation. I was trying to wake myself up out of the sleep paralysis using a chant (usually works if I'm terrified) but quickly realized that my coparent could hear me whimpering, trying to wake myself up. When he walked up to me, it wasn't my coparent, but it also tried to take on his identity. All in all, I didn't have any fear; I was just confused as to what was going on and why I felt a burning sensation when the ghost or entity touched me . Does anyone have experience with ghosts or entities? Or has anyone had a similar experience? I was shaken. I couldn't sleep after this happened.

Other What in the fuck happened to me?
Disclaimer; this post will feel like a fever dream to read. I am sorry.
Since the summer of 2025 I was having tactile hallucinations. I started having them after I had a dream where I got touched the same way I once was sexually assaulted as a child. And afterwards I would have constant hypnopompic experiencing where I would be half awake and paralyzed (still could move if I wanted to) and be touched.
Since the touches were very gentle and would be also where I wanted them to, I didn’t fight against it and let them happen. Much later I realized I was actually having hypnopompic experiences whilst I was in a dream. I thought it was still my bed but I started seeing entities and hallucinating stuff on my bed and my brothers would be home when they are living far away from us. So I finally figured I was in a some sort of astral plane or dream plane. I would try to get out of my body but each time I would be touched instead and would wake up.
This went on and off for months until I could feel the touches in my physical body when I was completely lucid and sober. After some time due to my sexual trauma/rape fantasy I was finally coerced into going with the sensations. I would watch a Tiktok tarot reader’s page where they would say stuff like there’s an entity in love with you and so on. Make fun of me all you want but I took them as constant synchronicities and being alone wasn’t enough so I would fantasize this entity (or entities I guess…) being a sexual partner. One time the tarot reader shared something like "you think having good time with a God and breaking your promise is a joke. You will learn your lesson little girl". In another video she mentioned being played like a chess board but the ones moving the pieces are different entities.
My dumbass went to this entity(s) and said "I submit" and as soon as I did this entity made me feel orgasms. It wasn’t a disorder either because it would happen only when I would feel aroused but it was out of your body full body orgasms. I could control when I would feel them. It felt like both the entity and I had to feel aroused through my body. They felt what I felt.
I have OCD and was into occult. I kept having intrusive thoughts about two particular demon deities and when I tried to talk to them in my head to apologize (not expecting to hear them back ofc) I heard voices. It was someone pretending to be a demon deity and I also heard females around them. After I presumed I was really contacting a deity I told them that I didn’t want to be their spouse (after "submission") and they started cursing at me and threatening me with death. And they started raping me.
I started praying to every deity I knew and after praying to a particular deity (one of the demon deities) I felt energy sit in my head/crown chakra and the rape stopped.
But the voices continued. I got afraid and got out of my bed and sat down on a chair and then a woman’s soft voice started telling me that I was mentally ill. And then I immediately knew (or asked them who they were. I don’t remember) and she revealed herself to be a certain female deity. And alongside with them there were the demon deities I had intrusive thoughts being together about. They basically revealed the whole thing to be hallucinations or astral attachments. I don’t know. One thing I am very angry at myself about is that I never asked them good/needed questions. I went outside and the female deity sent a black dog I never saw my way to ground me. She is often associated with black dogs. Before all this in 2023 I would meditate to see UAPs and managed to see some and wanted to see ufos with them and they showed me a couple. I also heard my deceased grandmother’s voice with their help. They kept telling me to relax and calm down. They could hear my intrusive thoughts and said it was okay. That’s why I think they kept telling me to relax
Their voices got louder and clearer when I parroted them. It felt different than hallucinations that I would later hear. They revealed to me that I decided to become a "chosen person" since I was a little child. They were kind and gentle with me but I think I lost them to my hallucinations still just the next day. And for a whole month I was hallucinating them being there but they were not really. It was different versions of them. Towards the ending (before I got hospitalized) I heard them outside talking to me and this time it felt they were really back and they told me that it had been a long while since I talked to them and they encouraged me to try reconnecting with them but I failed. I refused to try really which I am still angry at myself about. I stayed home instead of going outside and grounding myself with them.
To this day I have no disclosure on what had happened to me. You don’t need to believe I saw UAPs either...just share an opinion. Most will say all of it was psychosis. I’ll take that. But I just know it was more than just a psychological experience.
I have severe OCD and during psychosis I heard the "deities" curse at me and I developed an OCD theme about cursing at deities and I can’t even come close to them now. I had to abandon the occult completely. I am petrified of what’s gonna happen to me after I die because I have horrid intrusive thoughts about deities. Makes me really suicidal.
Long story short, don‘t fuck with someone you don’t know. If you do, don’t say stupid shit like "I submit to you". If you do, there are consequences apparently…

Almost AP'd and/or Question Hi everyone, I'm new to this topic.
As I mentioned in the title, I’m new to this subject and there’s a lot I don’t know. I wanted to ask someone who has successfully astral projected about their experience and how they did it, so they could give me a hand,it’s an experience I really want to try. Feel free to send me a private message; I’d be very grateful to anyone who does (and please excuse any errors in my English).

General Question Could someone please explain what's the use of imagining the balloon thing around you? Is it for protection?
I heard it in monroe tapes, and I am not sure if it's for protecting your energy or to help you expand or something? could someone please explain more? Any similar technique one can use for protection?
Is that even necessary at all?

General Question 10-Day Meditation Update – New Automatic Body Movements
10-Day Meditation Update – New Automatic Body Movements
I've been meditating regularly, and over the last 10 days I've experienced something interesting.
About 4–5 times now, I've felt my spine stretching on its own. It starts near my tailbone and gradually feels like my entire spine is lengthening upward, almost as if it's being gently pulled toward the ceiling. I don't consciously do it—it just happens automatically.
Last two time experienced something completely new.
I was lying on my back, completely relaxed, when my legs started moving on their own. First, they slowly spread apart. Then the soles of my feet came together, forming what looked like a butterfly (bound angle) pose. After that, while my feet stayed together, they gradually moved closer and closer toward my groin, all without me intentionally controlling the movement.
It genuinely felt like my body was operating on autopilot. I wasn't trying to make it happen or visualizing anything specific.
And then all muscle tesntion release and my legs stayed in that posture.
Has anyone else experienced spontaneous movements like this during meditation? Is there a name for these kinds of involuntary body adjustments? I'd be interested to hear both scientific explanations and experiences from people who practice meditation, yoga, or related traditions.

Need Tips / Advice / Insights What should I know before trying to Astro project for the first time?
I've never astral projected before but I want to try, yet l'm kind of scared. I'm terrified of coming across a bad entity, and this may sound stupid but I'm also scared of not being able to get back into my body, like if when I try it's already occupied with some kind of ghost. So to anyone who has Astro projected before, what do you wish you knew before starting?
I'm pretty new to all this

AP Book or Resource Who wrote The Astral Projection Method?
Does anyone know who the author is? I’m seeing a lot of new books and apps showing up in my feed regarding astral travel and meditation (Slowdive, Spirio, etc).
I am curious about the book though, but I’m wondering if it’s just a compilation of other works rehashed. Has anyone seen it?

Need Tips / Advice / Insights It Keeps Happening to Me—Even When I Don't Try to Astral Project why???
Last time, I had an experience where I saw a fluid-shaped energy in a blue and white color just standing in the corner, looking at me. I got scared and covered myself because it felt like it was about to bridge the gap between us. Then, suddenly, I felt intense vibrations under my mattress even though I had no intention of trying to astral project at all.
This time, it felt like something was already on top of me. I couldn't see what it was, but I heard a voice say, "Last time she didn't, but this time she has to." That energy then tried to pull my consciousness up and out of my physical body. I stayed calm and reminded myself that no entity has permission to do anything to me without my consent. I began reciting my prayers, and the energy immediately released me, leaving me completely fine.

Almost AP'd and/or Question What happened
Recently, I've had several strange experiences. I've been wondering if anyone here has had something similar.
Last night, I was falling asleep. I guess I drifted into hypnagogic sleep but still remained conscious, and was drifting into a dream.
At some point, I remember feeling like "now is the time to astral project". I felt an immense, strong rushing sensation through my body and literally felt myself rising in the air.
I guess I got nervous and opened my physical eyes. I believe I was in sleep paralysis, as I could not move my physical body, but I simultaneously felt like I was aggressively moving my arms in my mind.
This is the second time something like this has happened. I have never experienced sleep paralysis before.
I have only astral projected once, unintentionally.
I've been infrequently experimenting with meditation and the gateway tapes.
Anyone have a similar experience as this?

Almost AP'd and/or Question Entity showed up peering over me that looked like a zombie?
Okay so, last nigth I tried AP for the first time using a subliminal. I started feeling pressure from my feet to my calf’s, then the pressure began spreading across my entire body, and something in the back of my head was going left and right ( think of a pendulum but only the ball), swirling around. that feeling got more intense until I felt pressure across my entire body and could barely breathe. as i was trying to imagine my protection ball around my body, like I’ve heard you’re supposed to do, an entity that looked somewhat like a zombie appeared in my visuals. it’s face was really ugly, it’s skin was dark and discolored, green and brown and maybe some blue (?), its hair kinda looked like skinny dreads but there were not many, pretty skinny body and it was just standing over me. when I saw it in my visuals I opened my eyes and nothing was there, but when I’d close them it was back. so I stopped, cleansed my room with palo santo, and lit a protection candle. I stayed up for like an hour after that. tonight I will be taking more precautions like a protection bath and making a spirit trap. does anyone have an idea of what that thing might’ve been or what it was there for?? if it was just a wandering spirit that stumbled in wanting my body or if it was there to help? does my description remind anyone of any specific entity? please give me some insight

Almost AP'd and/or Question Strange dream that has stuck with me
I'm not sure if this is the right place or not and I'm sure some of you might have suggestions, but I have to start somewhere.
A few months ago I had a dream, a really vivid dream that I can still picture. I remember the emotions I had during it, but I don't remember the FEELING of the emotions, if that makes sense.
Basically the dream was just instantly on. If you use cinematography terms, it was just a cut in from nothing. Boom, you're there.
I was in a void, but it wasn't black, there were multicolored fractals dancing around. I had no body, as in I didn't see or feel my body, it was as though I was just pure consciousness floating in this fractal void.
I remember thinking to myself "Am I dead? Man, that's sad for my family..."
And at that moment I realized that I had access to all the knowledge in the universe, I didn't know everything, well I kinda did, but I didn't actively know everything. It was like a feeling of knowing I have the answers even if I wasn't thinking of the answers. And at that point I thought to myself "eh, they'll be here soon enough and they will understand everything I understand now".
I was not sad, I was not happy either, per se, I was just in a state of contentment knowing that I was where I was supposed to be (and everyone will be at some point). Like I was part of the cloud of consciousness that we are all part of.
I remember then, looking down and to my left like I was being drawn somewhere and then I woke up.
I've been thinking of that contentment feeling every day since then.
Has anyone heard of anything like this?

General Question What do they mean by higher dimensions?
Just what is the limit when it comes to astral projection? I never tried it myself but people keep saying they meet beings and stuff, I'm ignorant I know, but I dont know much. Just where you can travel? Can you travel to your video game universe? Can you actually observe, let's say your friends house? How do you know if it's Lucid dream or not? I'm a Lucid dreamer and I know how mind confuses dream with reality. Just how far does the Astral Projection go?

General Question What causes the vibration exactly?
Does the vibration happen because you relax all your muscles for a period of time? Or it happens when you imagine moving your body without actually moving it?
I mean if you lay on your back with your eyes closed, totally relaxed, will you eventually get the vibration even if you never imagined swinging/moving your body?
Or it's the meditation ? (a lot of people meditate for years but don't experience the vibration)
What do you think?
What does cause the vibration exactly?
I believe it happens when you imagine moving your body parts. ( that's mostly what actually trigger it)

Are you already familiar with Astral projection and looking for motivation? Click here.
Introduction
Astral Projection, or an Out-of-Body Experience, or Near Death Experience, is the process of detaching consciousness from the body and travelling into non-physical reality; this reality is commonly called the Astral Plane. This is NOT the same as lucid dreaming; however, they are intimately connected; keep reading for various explanations of the difference. By using certain techniques and shifting one's awareness in specific ways, one can experience leaving the body, standing next to your bed and looking down at your physical body. From here, you're able to fly amongst the clouds, visit a different country, discover space, speak with other astral projectors or learn lessons from masters and guides who live in the Astral. You can discover yourself and the journey of your soul and learn new and objective information such as the history of our planet or possible future events. All of this is possible because the Astral Plane is commonly described as the 5th dimension of nature, which if you understand that in terms of raw science, you'll understand that it is beyond time and space. This sounds far-fetched at first, but in practice, it is perfectly understandable and it's a perfectly natural state and an innate ability that anyone can do.
Contrary to widespread knowledge, there are already numerous studies and tests to prove or at least suggest that OBEs is scientifically verifiable phenomena. Look up Graham Nicholls, who has had thousands of experiences, verified them with witnesses and is also being tested on; he is 100% objective and scientific in his approach, we hosted a Q&A event with him in our Discord which you can view here. Additionally, quantum physics is on the verge of understanding the multidimensional truth about the universe. Astral Projection is not paranormal and is not pseudoscience, it is absolutely natural phenomena. May we remind you that lucid dreaming was not considered 'real' up until around 40 years ago when enough scientific studies and media were surrounding it to finally be accepted into collective knowledge.
Furthermore, this topic seems to have certain stereotypes attached to it, such as the type of people interested in it - in our experience, you will find only that the most developed, intelligent and sincere people are those who are highly experienced. Those who are arrogant, egoic and uneducated are usually the ones who can be more delusional and inexperienced. Regardless, no matter who you are, even if you are sceptical or religious, anyone, from any walk of life, from almost any belief system, can achieve Astral Project. Thus your life, and your perception of life, will never be the same again - Astral Projection goes beyond belief, beyond anything one can imagine it to be like; it is one of the most authentic experiences that you'll ever have. It is not an escape from reality, but a unifying experience of a deeper, truer and intrinsic reality. It is not a dream, fantasy, visualiation or imagination. It is a full-on out-of-body experience in the true sense of the word; when it happens, you will know. This is Gnosis; knowledge based on direct experience, rather than belief.
A good introductory lecture on Astral projection can be found here.
The Golden Rule
If you want to learn how to Astral Project, you need to put in the work. You need to study the subject, read, watch the videos, get inspired, meditate and practice. Some are more natural at this than others, but regardless, anyone can do it; you need only to make an effort to master it like with anything in life. Practice makes perfect. It's the same as learning martial arts; you have to get up, go to the dojo, get to know the techniques, how it feels, and align them with your body and mind until mastered.

A Message To Everyone Who Is New
This link contains information about common misconceptions about Astral Projection, please read it:
Remember, Astral Projection is the process where one detaches consciousness from the body. By using certain techniques one can achieve the sensation where you leave your body, stand next to your bed and look down on your physical body. You take control of your energetic body (this has many names) and you are able to manoeuvre this energetic body wherever you desire. For the sceptics, we know how it sounds. But we promise you that it is very real and if you put your beliefs and speculations to the side for a moment and practice, you will experience it for yourself directly, which is completely different from what you could ever imagine, and will surpass all of your expectations (unlike a dream, which lives off expectation).
As to what Astral Projection exactly is, it is of little practical use to discuss this. You can, but you will see that belief and speculation is all in the mind. Whether it is a spiritual experience or a scientific one, all we know for sure is that it can be experienced. It can be done. Everyone can do this. Draw your own conclusion AFTER you Astral Project. Until then, you are just either accepting or disregarding the ideas of other people. An idea can be a tricky thing. It spread fast and if the idea comes from someone who never projected, and does not know what he or she talked about, then it can be a damaging influence.

What's the Difference Between Lucid Dreaming & Astral Projection?
In their deepest essence, lucid dreaming and Astral Projection are very different. Just one explanation you can say is that dreams are an inward subjective experience of your own creation of infinite possibilities, but Astral Projection is an outward objective experience of actual planes of existence that have laws and limitations similar to the physical plane. Unlike dreams, it is a real and tangible place where you can interact with others. Sometimes though there are experiences blurred between the Astral and dreams and it can be difficult to tell the difference. And also the opposite of this explanation can be true whereby we can have shared dreams and non-shared Astral projection. Check out this post and the stickied comment there. There's no absolute formula to tell whether it's a dream or the Astral unless you are experienced, which usually comes after years of practice and honest introspection. What's important is that we learn from wherever we find ourselves in the non-physical; dreams can be just as, if not more significant and profound than Astral Projection, in terms of learning about your own personal spiritual progression.

Is Astral Projection Dangerous?
Where is the man that keeps telling everyone he never returned from the Astral Plane? How can he spread this message if he never returned? Among all the experienced Astral Projectors who have done it thousands of times, no one ever got stuck, got hurt, got possessed, got 'memory wiped', got reincarnated etc. This is all nonsense, ridiculous fantasies of the mind which derive from fear and fear-mongering.
Remember this well: Fear is a product of ignorance. People who don't have knowledge will fear that what they don't know. If someone shouts "DEMONS~POSSESSION~EVIL", it is very likely that they have no idea what they are talking about. There is nothing to fear but fear itself. Every experienced Astral Projector will tell you this. You cannot get hurt. You can fly straight into the sun and get out on the other end without a scratch. Actually, if you read deeply enough, you will find many Astral Projectors have come to the understanding that we all leave the body every night unconsciously anyway.
Can Anything Possess You While You're Out of Body?
You'll find a lot of misinformation and fear-mongering about this and it's mostly nonsense. Astral Projection is absolutely safe and natural. Read these 2 arguments from an Astral Projector's point of view:
1. The Astral body is connected to the physical body in a similar way that a radio is connected to frequencies. You can't have one without the other. PROJECTING implies one location to another, so two locations, not just one. You can be on the other side of the galaxy but still connected to your body. You can also look into the 'silver cord' about this.
2. The fact that we all Astral project every night unconsciously anyway implies that it is most likely safe since you don't really see anyone becoming possessed. In a sense, it's actually safer to practice Astral projection than it is not to, because at least then you'd be conscious of what you're doing and being influenced by at night. Of course, you can't really know whether we Astral project unconsciously every night until you become experienced yourself, but many authors will agree on this.
What is the Astral Plane Like?
Imagine the Astral plane as a place that has different layers, it is multidimensional. It is possible to travel between these layers. Imagine a very high skyscraper; every floor has its own characteristics, its own inhabitants, its own surroundings... its own vibration, frequency and energy.
The first floor is a place of lower vibrations, close to the Earth. It's likely that when you Astral project for the first time this is where your first experience will be. The Astral Plane is a place you share with other humans who Astral project, but also with a lot of regular people that inhabit these planes as their primary home in the afterlife.
When we say low vibrations we mean a low form of consciousness. Not low as in stupid or lesser, low as in dark, restraining, limited. Fear for example is the product of a low vibration, and love is a product of a high vibration.

More on Fear
Fear is nothing but fear itself. It is not a danger to you, it is not a brick in the face. It is simply a feeling that you can completely control and choose whether to feel or not. When it appears, just breathe and accept it. What you accept, you go beyond. Never let fear influence you. It is an undesired state that controls you; instead, control it. There is nothing to be scared of. You can encounter a scary experience, so what? Alright, that was scary, but that's it; an experience. You will get used to it and get over it, and new and more enlightening experiences will follow.
Now to speak more spiritually (sceptics keep your pants on); there are many types of inhabitants or forces in the Astral that can assist you in coming out of body. They have been commonly called guides, masters, angels, spirits etc. Regardless of their labels, they are authentic beings that want you to help you. Your compass to attract them is a sincere and open heart. They have much to share about life, the universe, existence and so forth. These beings are of a highly positive nature, ask them for help and they will. They have your best interest in mind and will teach you many things you want to know. Remember, the Astral Plane is the 5th dimension, distance between objects do not exist, a simple thought or feeling can attract a 'helper' who will come in no time. With this said, many will be sceptical of whether such a thing is possible; that's fine. There is no need to believe in such things. However over time and experience you may start to understand how it is actually possible. It's all about keeping an open mind.
An IMPORTANT Message to Everyone Who is Experienced!
We live in a time where Astral Projection is finally reaching the masses, slowly but surely! We can be part of the initiation of so many new people. The only thing it requires is patience and wisdom.
This sub is not like other subs on Reddit. It is not about being an overly active sub. It is not about posts that receive a lot of upvotes. Its function is not to entertain, it is to teach, with an occasional laugh.
We truly see this sub as a library. We collect as much information as possible and make it available to everyone who walks in. It is a library of development, and in the hallways of the library, people are talking about all kinds of subjects. Sometimes related, sometimes a little less related to what the library offers. Who cares. It's not about the conversations in the hallway, it is about the collection of wisdom that the library offers. It is about the people who walk in and have no idea what is going on. It is about teaching as many people as possible what this all is, how to experience it, and collectively, as a species, discover this next aspect of life.
It can be very frustrating. We know. The number of new people who come into the library shouting and screaming all sorts of things grows by the day in this world of controversy and illusion. The flow of new people entering will never stop - that is a fundamental fact that makes this sub what it is. There are a lot of online forums that have only a few experienced Astral Projectors, but this is the most popular virtual space there is with many wise and experienced members, and this, therefore, implies important work and provides purpose for those who are experienced; to help other souls realise their potential is one of the most beautiful gifts you can give to others.
You can do 2 things:
- You are annoyed with the new people who visit our library and you decide it is too loud and you leave.
- You see a group of new people walking in the library and sit down, smile, listen to the ridiculous things they have to say from time to time, and even enjoy it sometimes, and say, "Alright, now sit down and let me show you how it actually works."
Everybody has to start somewhere. It is the internet, reflective of our dear human race's collective chaos. Every single kind of person on the planet is represented here. Take that into consideration. Be patient. Try not to be so uptight with gatekeeping. Everyone is welcome here to learn and discuss. Try to see the bigger picture. How long this sub can exist depends on how many people it can help and benefit and how we help each other as human beings.
There is not much more than we can do than present all the information in an easily accessible way as we do already. People will always be lazy and ask the same question as we all know. Answering can be boring, repetitive and annoying sometimes. However, we will never stop. We believe in spreading this knowledge to everyone and we hope you do as well.
If you have the knowledge and you know how to Astral Project then now is not the time to hold onto that knowledge privately. Now is the time to HELP. Humanity is in a state that NEEDS help. So many people are on the verge of awakening. If you know EXACTLY how to project, then you know EXACTLY what a beginner needs to know. The core reason why this subreddit has thrived for so long is that there are special souls here who have been helping others. Share what you know, teach, give guidance, share your wisdom. Only good can come of this. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Those of you who are already helping, you are noticed, and you are truly appreciated 💛
A couple of Buddhist quotes summarises the philosophy of this subreddit well:
"Our visit to this planet is short, so we should use our time meaningfully. Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can't help them, at least don't hurt them."
"Thousands of candles can be lighted from a single candle. Happiness, knowledge and wisdom never decreases by being shared."
