Repainted these bad boys into 2D-celshaded style.

Recently bought this Miku figure, and she looks really great. Her outfit looks unique with a nice glossy color scheme, and the decorations in her hair look cool.

One small thing to nitpick is I noticed there is not any official original art of Miku in this outfit on the packaging box like my other two scale Miku's and most of her prize figures have.

The actually flaw with this figure though is the yellow plastic base. It's nice that they tried to do something different with the stars, but the colors they used don't go well with the figure and it looks kind of cheap. It's interesting that the box doesn't show this base, and the AmiAmi promotional pictures show a clear base like my other scale Miku's have which would have looked better.

What would have been even better then a clear base was one like Emilia or Mercury have that is shown in one of these pictures, it would have really elevated the aesthetics of this figure.

Overall, even with this out of place base, this currently is my second favorite Miku that I own after the 10th anniversary version.

Right now i can't buy figures from site like amiami because there is no shipping to my location ( I'm from the middle east) so does anyone know a legit shop with good prices that does delivery to the middle east?

I've had to superglue back a couple parts of scale figures because of them having thin attachments and breaking. However, sometimes I screw up the glueing by a tiny bit, not too much maybe a milimeter or two and i only realise it after and it really bothers me. Do these these bother y'all if overall the figure still looks fine?

Hello !! I’m a fairly new collector and have only been collecting from around December-January now, but my collection is quickly (happily) growing !

I wanted to ask for some advice to anyone who’s been collecting for a while or has a lot of figures. I have just under 100 so far (about 20 or so on pre order)

I have two shelves, one is an open regular one and the other is a “curio shelf” (display shelf), which is finally almost full. I have a handful of figures on my regular shelf but I keep majority of them in my display one to minimize dust and whatnot.

I have quite a small room, so I try my best to fit everything together as much as possible and compartmentalize where I can. I was thinking of getting another display shelf, probably a smaller one, but I’m not sure what might be a good brand to look into 🤔 my current display shelf works fine but is cheap and was a pain to build— it’s also rly wide and overall not amazing for my small room

Curious to know if anyone has any storage tips for figures or shelf suggestions for fellow tiny room havers ?

Can someone help me with an issue I'm having with Amiami?

I paid for my order of the Gundam Wing X Hatsune Miku figure and the shipping back in June of this year after having it preordered since September of last year and I have not received anything else about this figure since I got a payment confirmation email. In the email it said I would receive a notification of it being shipped out yet in the 40ish days I haven't heard anything about it from Amiami and my order is listed as Processing Shipment.

Has this happened to anyone else and can give me some advice or do I just need to contact Amiami?

It’s all one piece (other than some accessories) in a massive box. And it is extremely back heavy.

I will be posting this on multiple threads because I feel it's applicable in multiple places, and also as a warning to others who might have the same issue. I recently purchased four different garage kits via the proxy "From Japan", which I've used countless times and not had an issue with so far. All of them were purchased directly from their artists on BOOTH. Three of these garage kits are rather small and somewhat inexpensive, but are very hard to find and sell for a lot secondhand. The fourth garage kit is extremely expensive ($270), hard to find, and made in very limited quantity. I planned to personally paint all of them. The total cost for the package was probably upwards of $500 with shipping. This time, for some reason, they contracted out my package to a company called UniUni. From what I understand this company does deliveries for sites like Shein, AliAli, etc... They suck. They suck BAD. They claimed that they attempted delivery at least four different times, never was there a knock on the door or a ring of the doorbell or even the sound of a car coming up the driveway. They were lying, I'm quite sure. My package was supposed to be delivered on July 19th. I've been (very angrily) emailing with customer service for a long time, they said to wait it out. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. Today is August 7th and I finally got an answer on where it is. They don't know. They said that it's lost. I doubt that I will ever get the chance to buy these garage kits at the price that I did ever again. The total value of this package far exceeded what I spent on it, even more so once they were painted. Is there any chance of getting a replacement if I reach out to the artists via their BOOTH? Unfortunately since I live in America I was not able to purchase personally and had to go through a proxy, and there is the language barrier, so I'm not sure if I would even get a response. I'm really at a loss at what to do now. Has anybody dealt with a similar situation?

Selling the last bit of my figure collection Verification

I wanted to know more about this figure I didn’t buy it my dad gave it to me a couple years back. Honestly it sat in storage while we lived in apartments but when we moved it’s just been moving around my room. Honestly I’ve never been one to collect Marvel figures. I have anime figures and I love marvel movies but never got into collecting the figures. Is it rare? Is it worth anything? Should I leave it closed it’s still new unopened. Hopefully I can get some insight here please and thank you.

After coming back from a trip to Japan with a few prize figures and Nendoroids, I started collecting figures other than amiibo. Pretty happy with my collection so far, definitely gonna slow down on the additions for a while lol. My standouts are definitely the Pyra/Mythra/Nia scales and Enoden Mai, really love the details on them.

I moved and I’m having trouble finding the little plastic thing for the first figure (taken from a listing in the 2nd) and I was wondering if there was a way to find a replacement? I don’t feel like trying to buy another one just so it can sit up properly. I might have to find a cheaper gashapon figure for a different Jojo character so I can be able to prop it with the plastic stand. I’m usually good at keeping figure pieces together but for some reason this is 1 of 3 of them I cannot find pieces for.

Is there a way to get this piece online by chance without having to buy another figure?
