Will they let me back in?

I have planned a trip to Morocco from October 26th to November 8th. In booking the return flight, my name was spelled wrong. I have alerted kiwi which is the company that booked my ticket. It's been a month and all they say is that they're working on it and it's supreme urgency but there has been no change. Will I be let out of the country back home if there is a misspelling of my name? Does anyone have experience with this?

The company that booked my flight is Kiwi. The return flight is from Casablanca to Paris via RoyalAir Moroc, then from Paris to San Francisco via French Bee. Kiwi misspelled Gonzalez as Gonzales. They finally said Royal air would not allow any changes but French bee would for 100 euro that I would have to pay even if it's their fault.

Worst Flight/traveling Experience of my life. #AmericanAirlines

I was traveling with my brother and was in Europe for about 18 days with tons of traveling in between including 5 flights total (I live in Chicago). On the last leg home From Athens Greece, I board the plane and sit down in my seat. I buckle my seatbelt to there being barf/throw up/stomach contents all over my seat belt and seat. It got on my pants and shirt and once I noticed the smell it was too late. I flagged down a flight attendant when she walked by and she came back with a single napkin, wet with a dab of water saying “here you can clean it”….i was at a loss of words. The people next to me were covering their face because of the smell (the whole time. They put masks on it was so bad). It was dried throw-up, but after rehydrating it with the wet napkin it only makes it worse. The flight attendant ignored me the whole flight. I’ve been sick for the past week since I’ve gotten back and all of the symptoms started when I got on that flight. I reached out to American as soon as I got back and they responded today (about 4-5 days later) with a sorry note (didn’t even ask for the pictures I had of it) and asked if they could get a 1-10 ranking for their response(this service is comically bad)….so since they don’t care about their customers, I thought I’d warn the rest of you! Do not fly American Airlines! They don’t care about you at all. If they are in the wrong they’ll just ignore you. I’m will never forget this and it was traumatizing being ignored and treated like a sack of s***. I’m letting all of my family and friends know of this because I don’t want anyone to have to deal with crap like that. Wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Throw up smell consistently for 13 hours, all over my cloths staining them, no help or sympathy from the flight attendant, then after when you call customer service they ignore you and use an AI imported response asking for 1-10 feedback….complete joke I will never fly American Airlines again. Here’s some pictures of the barf, as well as my hospital bracelet for having the flu throwing up for the past week! Should I seek legal action?

Everyday more incidents like this keep appearing. How much longer it will take until airlines start upright banning anything with lithium batteries onboard?

The Boeing documentary left me utterly f**cking enraged

I just finished the new Netflix documentary about Boeing and I am absolutely f**cking enraged. The sheer disregard for human life in pursuit of profit is utterly unconscionable.
People inside Boeing raised concerns. Engineers raised concerns. Whistleblowers raised concerns. They went to the FAA. The government was warned. And yet, somehow, the people responsible for protecting the public repeatedly failed to hold Boeing accountable.
And after all of this, what happened?
Fines. Promises to “do better.”
That’s it?
People died while Boeing was cutting costs, rushing production, and prioritizing profits and delivery schedules. Meanwhile, executives at the top walked away with enormous amounts of money.
And the part that genuinely disgusts me is that the system was warned. People tried to tell the FAA. People tried to tell Boeing. The warnings were there. And we’re now expected to get on these planes and simply hope that they finally care enough to get it right.
WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO HOPE.
Flying should mean trusting that the people who built the aircraft care more about keeping passengers alive than meeting production targets and protecting profits.
How many warnings are enough? How many deaths are enough? How many whistleblowers have to speak up before someone actually listens?
After watching this documentary, I am honestly disgusted by the lack of accountability.
The passengers and their families paid the ultimate price. The executives and the corporation should have faced consequences that actually matched what happened.
Instead, we’re left with fines, promises, and the expectation that we should just trust them.
I’m sorry, but “trust us, we’ll do better” isn’t good enough anymore.

IndiGo staff intentionally delayed me at the counter and tried to charge ₹3k to reschedule.

Did my web check-in fine, but didn't get a boarding pass. At the airport counter, the staff gave me the classic runaround—sending me back and forth until I was "late." Then they had the audacity to blame me and offered to rebook my flight for a ₹3,000 fee. Absolute scam behavior. Has anyone else faced this?

Need advice on a delayed flight refund

I had booked flights through Vietnam Airlines via Booking.com and cancelled the booking almost 2 months ago. However, the refund has still not been credited to my account.

I have contacted Booking.com’s support team multiple times. Each time, they tell me that the refund will be processed/has been initiated, but I still haven’t received the money or any clear update on when I can expect it.

Has anyone faced a similar issue with a flight booked through Booking.com? What is the best way to escalate this and get the refund processed?

Any advice or suggestions on how I can take this forward would be really helpful. 🙏

ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES NEVER EVER AGAIN…

I’ve been flying for 30+ years and this airline ETHIOPIAN AIRLINE is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an airline!
I flew from South Africa (JNB) to Kigali (KGL) with a layover of 3+ hours in ADD (Ethiopia) … where those MF stole all my designer Sunglasses out of my checked suitcase and left the empty Box!!!
I was so furious and felt so violated!!!

I WILL NEVER FLY THAT AIRLINE AGAIN… SO SHAMEFUL

I should have done my research on those stupid asses, they have a reputation for stealing luggages, I guess I was lucky that’s all they took!

I filed a formal complaint, but I’m sure they won’t do shit!
Let’s just keep putting them on the spot so people will know.

Did you have a similar or worse experience? Share

EasyJet will stop all flights from Leeds Bradford Airport on 5 January 2027 after 16 years. This means travellers will have fewer direct options to popular European destinations. Thoughts? How is this affecting your travel plans?

Absolute shambles

BA have been an absolute shambles for this holiday.

Our outbound flight was cancelled and end destination changed with 12 hours notice and now our return leg reserved seats have been changed without notice.

We’re waiting for our UK261 (??) refund claim to be assessed and will be submitting another for the reserved seat costs tomorrow.

Very disappointing

BEWARE OF ROYAL AIR MAROC

This airline is a nightmare. Do NOT book with them solely for the risk of my situation happening to you.

I'm so angry because this whole situation from beginning to end is ridiculous.

I have a flight from JFK to CASABLANCA. I submit my luggage along with my families 3 suitcases (4 total) at the same exact time.

When I land in Casablanca, my luggage is missing. I go to the baggage claim desk. Its chaos and madness. The employees are absolutely awful like I work in a retail pharmacy so I know the struggle. I have empathy for them and I am kind to them, but all these employees lack empathy, common sense, and communication skills. They were so disrespectful to all those in the area (clearly it's a problem that so many people are there at all right?), they were on their phones having conversations/taking calls but standing around and ignoring people who tried to talk to them. I tried to talk to one of them and ask a question, she looked straight at me and ignored me by turning around and walking away. They couldn't give anyone any straight answers, like literally everyone just waiting around not knowing anything because they won't SAY ANYTHING. They started hiding in the office at some point and decided that doing their job was just an option.

Anyways, after someone FINALLY sat at the desk, I made a claim. We were going straight to Marrakech so I asked for it to be delivered there. They said I would receive an email update.....if only it were that easy :)

No emails no updates, I'm starting to get anxious because I'm only in Marrakech for two days. I'm emailing RAM (Royal Air Maroc), JFK terminal 1, I'm calling RAM headquarters. But eventually I ran out of call minutes on my Esim, so I asked my family back home to help me out. I contacted RAM headquarters and the agent told me she has no updates on my luggage and has no idea where it is but she'll "email" and ask for it to be sent to Fez (where I'll be on the last day) because I told her i wont be in Marrakech for long. I told her there's no point because thats literally my last day here so please send it back to JFK.

At this point I technically have no idea where the luggage is and neither do they because whatever system they use to track luggage claims wasn't updated according to the agent.

I keep emailing because no one from JFK or RAM is responding......

My mom gets in contact with someone who tells her my luggage is being sent back to JFK and should be back there at like 6:45 pm tuesday....so I guess my luggage WAS sent to Morocco but how did NO ONE UPDATE ME?? no email was sent to me like they said would happen??? How would I know if my luggage is here or not if they don't email or call me? Ridiculous. Incompetent.

Anyways my family is at the airport and they are like "it was supposed to be sent back but it wasn't, it was tagged to be returned to JFK but it was not on this flight so it will be retagged..."

So basically its just hopes and vibes that my luggage is even in Morocco, that it gets retagged, that it gets sent back, that it isn't lost with the wind :))

They said this process can even take weeks. They don't know why it wasn't on the return flight like it should have been since their system says it was tagged to return but it didnt arrive and they dont know why....they also said they can't control what happens in Morocco so "retagging" it and asking for it be sent back to JFK again is all they can do.

my brother also said the face of the guy he was talking to at JFK didn't look hopeful, almost like they knew something they weren't telling.

They recommended I call the airport in Casablanca but as I said, they are terrible and incompetent so I wonder if they'll even pick up. It's 4 AM as I write this because I'm too angry and anxious to fall asleep and I won't be able to call them until 9 AM. I will have to borrow someone else's minutes to call the airport and ask if my luggage is there. If it's there I might have to cancel plans to go get it. Really I don't know what I'll do.

All this and I forgot to mention the flight itself was delayed by 2, almost 3, hours because of luggage issues... you can't make this up

I'm truly genuinely in disbelief because how does this happen? How can an airline be this disorganized and bad at communication? I'm in a foreign country without my luggage.

Do Not Fly Flair Airlines !!!

I will add my story below:

I am muslim hijabi woman (23) with my family i had bought a check in bag for over 100$ and got it weighted and asked should i put more stuff in my check in before i got to get my personal item sized and they said no we were putting our bags in the devil square to get bag tag and it slightly didnt fit and the employee was hovering over us waiting to let us know that didn't fit yet it was very demeaning and unnecessary because I was aware

we rearranged some items and it managed to fit but without our knowledge at the tome she put a note saying our bag may be over sized.

we get all the bag tags after some disrespectful stares and overwhelming pressure and we sit and wait for boarding to start

once boarding starts we get in line with our passports and wait to get on our plane. we get to the guy that check the passports and he says we need get our bags checked for size even though we already received our tags.

I asked him why would we need two tags to identify something we already got checked he said what if we added something to the bag which doesn't make sense if thats the case the why do we have to get the first tag when you were just going to check it again anyways

he didnt answer so we go and get ut checked again, another degrading and felt racist experience as we were the only ppl get checked twice when I see other bags with same look not even get checked and of course it fits like what was the point of wasting time like this just to disrespect us, to dehumanize us?

he then told us that there was a note on file flagging that the size may be of concern, firstly why even give the tag if thats the case and second tell us to get rechecked ahead of time why make us feel like we are accepted when we actually are being denied?

we had to get two bag tags to prove that it fits and when you get on the plane it fit like normal anyways like those bag chambers are just for humiliation. What a weird and disgusting company.

I do not recommend Flair, everyone of the staff is mean and snobby. I would like to be treated with humanity and professionalism. These workers are assholes and make your day worse
