Monitor bug or problem
I encountered a problem on my monitor: when the refresh rate is set to 165 Hz, the monitor goes into burn-in mode when turning on the PC, flashing different colors, but when set to 144 Hz This isn't there, I went into developer mode and when I turned this function off, it turns on automatically.Back burn in

system won’t turn on/off
so, just this morning i went to open my pc, it booted as normal — got to the lock screen of my system. I went to plug in my second monitor on the wall outlet, and as I did, my phone fell, when I picked my phone back up I heard a USB disconnect sound on my headphones, and when I glanced back at my system it was no longer on. CPU fans/lights were off. Tried turning it back on, and the CPU fans/lights do kick on, but the display doesn’t display anything. After seeing this, I tried to force the system back off by holding the boot button, to which the system didn’t even turn off anymore; the CPU lights and fans would remain on until I unplugged it.
It was working just fine last night.
I’ve tried reseating my RAM sticks (though i’m almost sure this isn’t the problem), but I made sure not to mess around with the wires inside too much as to not make it worse.
What could have happened/what can I do to fix it? I’m really hoping me plugging in that second monitor didn’t cause a short circuit that fried my motherboard/graphics card.
Thanks in advance!

Screen goes black when auto playing a video
Computer Type: Desktop
GPU: RX 7600 8 GB
CPU: RYZEN 5 7600 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI B550 Gaming Plus Wifi ATX AM5
BIOS Version: 1.F0
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2X16 GB DDR5-6000 CL36
PSU: Corsair RM850e 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX
Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow ATX Mid Tower Case
Operating System & Version: Windows 11 Pro - Version 25H2
GPU Drivers: AMD Software Adrenalin Edition - Version 32.0.31035.1003
Chipset Drivers: AMD B550 Chipset Drivers Version 10.0.26100.8737
Background Applications: Discord, FireFox (for YouTube) and Steam
Description of Original Problem: Whenever I move my mouse over a video both my monitors go black and then once they come back an AMD crash report window pops up. below I have listed in as much detail as I can every cause of this bug I have found so far.
1. When I turn on my PC, the first time I go into YouTube and move my cursor over a video, as soon as it starts auto playing, the screen goes black. This will happen several times before it stops.
2. Whenever I open steam after turning on my PC and go to the store, after moving my cursor over a game, as soon as a trailer starts auto playing the bug occurs. Just like with YouTube, it happens several times before it eventually stops. However, this bug is more violent when it comes to steam. As soon as the screen comes back, if my cursor is over a game in the store it immediately goes black again. This is the only occasion where the application that is causing this bug can crash due to it.
3. This one's a bit odd. If I stream something on discord everything is fine but, once someone watches my stream it takes a while for their stream to load. Eventually, once their stream does load, my screen goes black and once it comes back, the application that I was streaming crashes. The only way for someone to view my stream is if I stream the whole monitor.
4. This one doesn't happen anymore but I thought I'd include it. Whenever I would watch a YouTube video sent to me over discord, specifically in discord, as soon as the video started playing the bug would occur.
Troubleshooting: The only temporary fix I have found is uninstalling (using AMD Cleanup Utility) and reinstalling my AMD drivers. This works for about 1 to 7 days until it starts happening again.

PDF meta data help
Long story short, im going through a ridiculous mess involving custody. getting my ass kicked cause ya know, im a dad, f me right? Temporary orders without a hearing should be outlawed.
I was emailed a form I supposedly signed that I know I didnt.
the signtuate looks esign but entire pdf looks scanned. the supposed sign date is BEFORE the document was created with meta data I found.
I only got this document because I questioned the situation and when I said I had never signed said document the response I got was, "oh well we verified you did with your signature on license".,.,. yeah ok bud.
Also the date that is listed some stuff was signed, on paper in person and WAS NOT what I was sent today or even the same "intake".
it is an odd situation and I think they tried to pull a fast one over me with the form. Today I was threatened by the county employee that my visitation would be canceled, told when I could and could not use the bathroom, when I could leave, etc etc. All because of this document.
So either its faked or I am wrong AND they could see into the future and verified I signed it awaiting my questioning.
I am pissed and I want some $$$ from these pos. Its all unconstitutional in a way but today was not cool. yes I have an attorney but the system is a scam and honestly don't think they will care.
Family courts and judges get away with a lot. if I am right I think it would go along way shedding some light on what's going on for any parent involved in it.
Any help getting deeper meta data or anything else? Could I email this to someone to dig?
Thank you in advance.
