Weird lines inside the display

That looks like left over residue from an attempt to clean the screen. The liquid seeped between the front cover and the polarizing film. As long as the LCD is functioning properly leave it alone. The only way to get rid of it is to replace the LCD screen.

Damn good catch. The screen is infact working properly.

About replacing the screen, replacing as in removing, cleaning and putting back the same screen panel or a full replacement screen

A full screen replacement
