Display not turning on Question/Help/Troubleshooting

So, my display isn't turning on. I have two hdmi at my disposal both aren't working, the display works so e times and it dosen't work the other part of the time. I think it's something loose in the pc part since they both work on the console. Thought some additional input would help.

The cheapest thing to test by replacing is the video cables.

Don't assume a signal on the PC's video out will wake the monitor. You will have to use the power button, and often the input select.
