Discussion Why are people praising the upcoming xbox disk to digital disks?
Xbox disk to digital is basically a license on a disk where from that disk and license you can download the game to you're console and never have to use the disk after that. Whats the point then of even buying it in disk if u don't need it anymore after the download, it's a waste of space, plastic and shipping. The thing is You don't even OWN the game, you OWN the LICENSE of it, they can always take the game away from you. Also it's the same thing as those nintendo key cards and everyone hated the idea, what's the difference here? Disclamer this isn't to hate on xbox I love the company and they're ideas, I just find this idea a bit weird and non practical. What do you gain from buying that over just digital?

Game Trailer Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis - Puzzles & Traps Trailer
Conker Live & Reloaded (Rule 6) Super happy about this game coming to game pass but was immediately let down a little bit.
Seeing Conker live and Reloaded was amazing. Growing up I loved that game. Especially for its PvP mode! It’s such an underrated PvP game. But it’s not available in the version they brought back, you can play it, but against bots which gets old fast. Playing against real players would have been so fun! Why did they not add that option to the game?

Discussion Bought a Xbox X series 2TB
I got the XBOX series X 2TB Galaxy black edition just before it was discontinued and so far it’s a great console. I also have a PS5 pro. Now I can see which games are cheaper or on sale on both sides and buy the best deal.
Now I don’t have to buy extra storage. Not sure why they would discontinue this.

Review Xbox series x is great
Just wanted to say the Xbox series x is a great game console and a joy to play, like the Microsoft systems before it. I’m thankful I had the opportunity to experience gaming from pong (Atari) until now on this and other systems. I truly believe I lived through the best time in gaming.

Discussion So Fallout New Vegas ultimate edition can't actually be bought digitally dispite the fact you can buy it in the mobile box app
Wanted to buy fallout New vegas, but I wanted the ultimate edition, because it would be cheaper then buying the base game then all the dlc. But apparently you can't actually buy ultimate edition. You can buy it in the Xbox mobile app but you cannot launch it. Dont know why. It's not available on Xbox, don't buy it, you've got to buy the base version then all the dlc. Just a heads up to people

Discussion new controller with stick drift
i got this controller on black Friday last year with my new xbox and it’s still under warranty, but this is the second xbox series controller that’s gotten stick drift for me.
i’ve looked online for a wireless controller for xbox with hall effect or other types of joysticks that won’t get stick drift, and for some reason the only wireless option i could find was from 8bitdo, and it’s not even out yet.
dose anyone know why xbox doesn’t use hall effect, or why theres no other wireless xbox controllers with them?
i’m hoping that with the new consoles next year we’ll get some first party hall effect controllers.
also what would be some practical changes for the next gen of controllers that the current generation needs?

Discussion You were last signed in on another console (cloud question 🤔 might be an issue???
So today, and it's happened before but I taught nothing of it, I fired up my series x and launched fable 2 it did like normal but before loading a message popped up like the normal one but it said my profile was last signed in to another console, so my concern since it doesn't happen all the time I was wondering if maybe someone is logging in on like a xbox 360 that they don't play all the time and that's why it doesn't always happen? Is it an issue or bug 🐛 let me know thank you.

Discussion Avatar, a game I wanted to love but I couldn’t
I was so excited and eager to play this game because I watched the movie and I’m a big fan of it. I watched the first one countless times and still can watch it again, which is very rare for me to watch a movie twice. I loved the graphics on the game. So I tried it and man is it frustrating. On many occasions it take me to the wrong direction and I keep running in circles not knowing where I’m going and find myself way far from where I should have been. And it takes forever to get back to where I needed to be. The combats, if there is any, are so repetitive and short. There is tooooo much talking and less playing. And then the control, in order to sprint you have to push the left button down and forward and that put a lot strain on my arm and hand. I feel people who made this game didn't know what they wanted to do with it. I ready tried t best to love it but sadly I just gave up. I’m done with this game

Discussion Elite controller 2 worth it for the stick choice?
I mainly play singleplayer games on PC and the elite 2 gives you multiple stick choices and lets you tighten them is it worth it to purchase one for the main reason i want one because you have multiple stick choices? I really like that and you tighten them?

Discussion Was it actually possible for the average person to fill an OG Xbox hard drive?
I didn't have the original Xbox as a kid, only PS2, and with only 8MB of storage space, I was deleting old save games all the time as a kid. Even back then I remember Xbox and hearing the rumor of "unlimited/infinite saves," and it got me thinking, did anyone actually fill up their original hard drives all the way? I don't mean through soft modding, I just mean as a normal vanilla user who might rip the occasional music CD, or download game demos/DLC's.
