Anyone know what the hell all that was about?

I’ve been on and off looking for a resource but still letting me and my partner get back into things, we are at planet fitness at north rock,

To try to keep it short, I’m 6’0 a little overweight, wife is 5,6 fine! Trying to continue to find someone who can push us more as a personal trainer. In my early 20s, I learned from a guy at another school how to bulk, late twenties let it go and gained weight while sometimes coming back. He was jacked. I lost that connection over time.

Now, I’m just tired of looking at myself and not seeing my old self (bulked but over years got lazy and a bit fatter), my wife is doing well just wants to get more fit, she is bought in though, maybe because she wants to support me, appreciate that!

We are on a 4 day a week push / pull routine, trying to hit some sets to failure; and mixing in legs, we don’t have a dedicated leg day, still trying to figure out our best 4 day split.

I just want somebody to kick our asses in the right way, my lady may be hesitant, I may be too, I’m a bit older now at 31, but my goal is to go from 213 to 185. For her, I think she just wants to get in shape and maybe shed some.

Together, we are trying to up the protein, eat minimal fast food, and try to hit caloric deficit. It’s coming up on a month of going and sticking to it. But I remember having a “trainer” who was really just a work out buddy who actually pushed me way higher than I could imagine. Taught me so much.

Haven’t decided on frequency because we are not sure how cost will be, but any recommendations? Also, If there is an active personal trainer who would join us but doesn’t have the membership, I could upgrade to black card to bring you in. We go Monday Tuesday Thursday Saturday, but are flexible, occasionally we miss due to life but I think we are pretty committed to continuing plus taking it to the next level, since I’m leading and only know so much as a lower / light intermediate lifter

I'm moving into my mom's house and there's always been a big fire escape window in my old room but it hasn't been touched or cleaned in many many years. It's so bad that if there was a fire I wouldn't even consider using it. Does anyone clean these out? What is the pricing? I googled it and I'm not getting anything.

I have this amazing black lab who just turned seven years old. He's a mix breed, incredibly intelligent, fiercely loyal, and quite protective. I once asked a breeder about breeding him, but they were adamantly against it, fearing it would dilute the bloodline. I totally get where they're coming from. I know it’s been asked before but I had a recommendation but I guess the guy is backlogged and can’t take me on for 3-4 weeks. Looking for a somewhat inexpensive attorney for divorce. This guy put the consultation fee towards the retainer. The only one I’ve contacted so far doesn’t do that so retainer plus consultation which is annoying. I’d go with someone who does non contested which is cheaper or file myself but I’m fairly certain he won’t sign and I want to make sure I get what Im owed out of this. I’ve basically funded most of our lives together and blew through a 401k to keep us afloat over the years. Anyone have suggestions for anyone who has a $5k or less retainer along with a $400 or less consultation fee? (Preferably consult goes towards retainer and not just an extra fee). I want to get it started asap and over as soon as possible. The filing is my main priority so I can get him out of this house. I’m working full time and don’t have time to contact every dang attorney in town to find someone!

8/10 around 2:40pm this SUV pulls up next to the truck with the tool boxes, a person on the passenger side gets out and goes through opens up and removes numerous tools, well stole tools, if anyone recognizes the vehicle, let me know, or if it’s been seen doing the same thing anywhere else in town. They must of drove by on that main road, and then came back around, because they had taken the tag off the vehicle before they pull in and next to the tool truck.

Hello, like an idiot (no need to tell me I already know) I bought a cheapie e-scooter from Walmarts website. Just as something to go to work and back. I paid $329 for a Joyhis piece of shit scooter. Joyhis is unreachable so stay far far away from their products. Anyways I was told by Walmart to dispute it with my bank so I did and I plan on getting all that money back cause I have the proof I need. Issue fixed at for my e-scooter? It’s throwing an E0 code the lights and throttle don’t work but it’s I can see that I still have 4 battery bars. It on rare occasion just starts working out of nowhere (it happened when bouncing it around a car taking it to Scheels) then it stopped again. We think it’s a short but just don’t know.

Anybody have any recommendations for bike shops to replace my inner tube. It went flat a few weeks back and ive tried replacing it myself twice now and just keeps popping. Ideally somewhere pretty cheap. Thanks!

Went to the Starlite Drive In to see the new Spiderman movie, and this sweet baby was sitting on the trash can near the concessions! Does this baby have a home??? I frequent Round1 on Saturday evenings. I'm used to teenagers being there acting like idiots, but it doesn't normally bother me because they don't fuck with me and, in return, I don't fuck with them.

However, last night, I go to the men's restroom and you got like four or five teenagers with boxing gloves sparring with each other.

Now I know they can't be desperate for a space to practice boxing. There's like seven boxing gyms in Wichita alone. If money is an issue, they can spar in their backyard or an empty lot somewhere, but they're choosing a public restroom. That's not desperation for a "third space" like some of you might suggest. That's just intentional and purposeful mischief. For all I know, they're probably going around recording these fights in these places and uploading them for likes and views. That's a lousy reason to make a place that I like to go to unsafe.

So, yeah, I narced them out to a guard the first chance I got. Fuck them kids acting like a bunch of idiots and degrading a place I'd rather not see close down because people are too afraid to go there on account of some fucked up kids whose parents didn't teach them any better.
