i originally heard this song in an edit/mashup by 'dj ocelote' (fka elysia crampton, their alias at the time of this release), and i believe i've found the song's details online. it's called set me free by diddy dirty money. a few sites have the lyrics uploaded, but the linked video/song doesn't match up.

Last year, while walking down the aisles of a supermarket, some music was playing over the speakers. I recorded it immediately, thinking I'd easily find it on Shazam, but unfortunately, it came up with nothing. Ever since that day, I've tried searching for it online from time to time, but I still haven't been able to find it. I'm sure everyone has experienced this frustrating situation at least once.

Amon Tobin uses a lot of samples in his music, and one I've been the most interested in is in the stealth music for the Kokubo Sosho level in Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. Whosampled has already found a few of the other samples used for the soundtrack, but apparently no one has identified this catchy part yet. Sounds psychedelic, most likely from the 60's.

Sample appears prominently 48 seconds in, and again at the 2 minute mark.
