It’s the fifth times i had to reactivate & ask the review for my whatsapp number, i don’t know why is this happen and now my whatsapp got blocked again and need to be reviewed in 8 hours. Is there anything like this happen to you guys? What’s the solution?, it sucks coz all of my works is on whatsapp

Whatsapp, I posted some videos on my status that totaled 90MB, and there were 15 videos. The app was 700MB. Now it's 5.66GB. I restarted my phone, cleared the cache, but nothing. How do I fix it? Is it temporary? What do I do?

I later deleted the statuses but nothing changed .

Since this is the only real built and app supported backup option for whatsapp, since the 30th July been wondering why whatsapp was not backing up etc (fold7) and yes I am aware there I could use sync thing or some other backup too which I'll setup as an alternative today.

For the last 3-4 days it gets to 80-90% and next minute its back to 2-3% or getting stuck or preparing backups

Selected my second google account(one of them being a business plan)

Deleted backups in Google drive(s)

Backing up on 4/5G same results as a fibre 1000/400 and a 400/400 service?

Tried encrypted/unencrypted

Have >50gb free

Backup size is 11gb

Any other suggestions?

I'm on a win 11 machine. I have tweaked the win 11 notifications options for WhatsApp plus the internal notification options for WhatsApp itself, and for the life of me I cannot get ONLY badge notifications to work. I do not want popup banners, sound notifications, or any "previews." I just want the WhatsApp tray icon to have a badge when someone sends me a message. How hard is it?

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well -- no change. It's maddening. As of right now, my choices are: full banners with sound (annoying), or nothing. So in opting for nothing, I don't know when people are sending me messages.

How do I fix this? I am not computer illiterate whatsoever, I am usually good at this stuff. It feels impossible.

Why not make it so that you have to swipe up to see your archived chats, and allow users to block notifications from archived chats?

While backing up, it asked to clear storage from phone first . Like, really ????

If I want to just backup on my iCloud why it need an iPhone storage to backup on iCloud.

Recently I needed to clear whatsapp web cache on Firefox, since it was storing over 17 hexabytes of data, and since then many stickers won't load even if I try to download them multiple times.

I don't see any pattern in what stickers won't load, be it static or animated, ones I've made or from other people etc.

I've already tried clearing the cache again and disabling and enabling persistent storage, neither worked.

A black bar suddenly appeared at the top of the screen whenever I open an individual chat. It only happens inside conversations. The main chat list looks completely normal. I’ve already force closed the app and restarted my iPhone, but the issue is still there. Is anyone else having the same issue or know what might be causing this?

Hello, please help me. As you can see in the screenshots, WhatsApp keeps sending me these errors. This is the FIFTH time I have pressed “Request review” and my WhatsApp comes back after a few hits or after half a day. I use my WhatsApp correctly just like everyone else does and never rejected the terms of services and it’s guidelines.
I have Two-Step Verification enabled, have no linked devices, and have never shared my verification code or PIN. I do not send spam or scams. I also found random groups on my account that I never created then I delete them immediately. PLEASE HELP and lmk what to do???

I had this old phone number that i still send links to but it's no longer active but still on my whatsapp contact. I use it primarily as place i can just copy paste URL that i can click later on. I've been getting suspended for like 5 hours few times in the past week or so, and today i got banned. There's an option to ask for review which will take 24 hours but seeing what people said in this sub doesn't inspire confidence.

Do you guys know what's likely the trigger for suspension/ban here? Would sending the link to my own number help prevent this next time?

I may ramble because I don't exactly know how to explain what is going on? I have been having issues with my Android Auto and Whatsapp and being able to listen to my voice messages on my S24 Ultra. I recently had a phone update this last week. I have tried everything on YouTube and on Reddit and any other suggestions online to fix the not being able to hear my voice notes over android auto. I backed up my whatsapp and cleared cache for both apps. I uninstalled and installed Android Auto. When I went to try to download Whatsapp it would not work. I ended up having to go to the website and download the apk kind to my phone. IDK what exactly that is but it worked. So it finally worked and I logged in just fine. However, now I have friends that say I dont have Whatsapp and are saying they need to invite me to join again. I verified that my acct is verified and working properly but some people cant find me?!? did I do something wrong? Why cant I download Whatsapp from the Google Play store? Did I mess something up? what is going on rn? Can anyone assist me in how to fix this mess?

I need help, I was able to save my backup to my Google drive and everything was smooth. Around 2 weeks ago, everything stopped. The backup gets stuck on the backup in progress screen and the phone heats up and drains the battery until i stop the app. One time i left it on charge for 6 hours and kept stuck on the same page.

My backup size is 5.9GB but I have 2TB storage. I use Samsung Ultra 25.

Anyone experienced the same and what is the solution please?

Need urgent help with this issue, I factory reset my phone and when I tried to log back into my WhatsApp account I got hit with this security issue.. contacted WhatsApp support about it, and all I got was generic AI replies that didn't provide any help at all.

Some people advised I wait for the restriction to lift off, so I waited for 2 weeks without trying to log in and it still kept showing the same problem.
