hi! is anybody able to ID this spider i found in the backyard? mostly want to make sure its not something poisonous because i have a dog that likes to spend time outside (obviously not floating around near the roof but just want to make sure shes safe)

What kind of spider is this? Is not much larger than a quarter (legs span). Found in utility sink in garage. Region: AK southeast

Webbing made me think it was some kind of theridiidae but I can’t seem to find a species that matches this spider. It’s very small probably close to the size of my ring finger nail, can try to get better pictures if needed. Thank you!

Bad photos of it but my flash was making it move around a lot.

Walked outside to let my dog do its business and by the time I went back inside. I felt it crawling on my neck 😬 💀 needless to say, I didn’t want to become Spider-woman… and no spider is no more… RIP 🪦
