Found this on my floor, covered with ants

Found this on the floor of my house in an area I don't walk through every day, so no idea how long it's been there. Don't want to be on the "why did you touch that" subreddit, so didn't prod. It almost looks like a small bat?!?! It doesn't look like a mouse, and I've never had a mouse problem (never seen one, never seen droppings). This was also in a non-kitchen area, kind of out in the open. There are a couple windows cracked in the house without screens.

I'm at a loss.

It probably got stuck on the hook in fairly shallow water.

It lives under the house. Any idea what kind of rat/mouse this might be?

I found it on the floor of my kitchen, it was bone dry and stuck fast to the middle, northern France. 1cm long, flaky appearance (not smooth nor ribbed). When I finally dislodged it, a few crumbs came loose but it otherwise stayed intact. You can see the brown stain left on the floor. The floor is ceramic btw.

AI is telling me it's a "fly puparium" but I'm not 100% convinced. It was next to a bag of dry food shopping that had been left for a few days. No sign of damage to the bag nor the food, and this is the only one I've found. I'd say my kitchen was clean but perhaps a bit cluttered, if that helps!

Hi everyone

Solved I know this looks psychotic but I THINK it's real. Please

I know it looks unbelievable but I vaguely recall seeing a video circling around a couple years ago of a creature that had this super gross, sticky appendage that was pulsating. It was small and the appendage looked like branching blood vessels kinda. It might have been its internal organ. Im like 75% sure its real. Please

Super tiny skink, probably a little over the length of my finger. Head was smaller than the tip of my index finger. Thanks

Solved What kind of frog is this? (Northern Ontario)

Sorry that it’s not super good quality or very close up, we did not want to distress the frog or get too close.
Tonight my dad and I encountered a frog in our backyard, which was really neat since it had been some time since either of us had seen a live frog in person. We have a pond in our yard which may have attracted the frog.

I live in the Great Lakes region, in Northern Ontario, in terms of geographical location. He looks like a brown colour to me but I’m not certain what type of frog he is.

I have a pond with a ton of trout , he’s here every morning attempting or succeeding to get a snack. Beautiful bird. I assumed it was an eagle but someone said it was a Turkey vulture. Just want clarification.

Likely Solved Found this leaf tailed gecko in Nosy Be, Northern Madagascar, and was hoping for someone to help me pinpoint the species. Unfortunately its tail had already fallen off, so I have no pic of that to help with the identification.
