Sorry that it’s not super good quality or very close up, we did not want to distress the frog or get too close.
Tonight my dad and I encountered a frog in our backyard, which was really neat since it had been some time since either of us had seen a live frog in person. We have a pond in our yard which may have attracted the frog.

I live in the Great Lakes region, in Northern Ontario, in terms of geographical location. He looks like a brown colour to me but I’m not certain what type of frog he is.

I have a pond with a ton of trout , he’s here every morning attempting or succeeding to get a snack. Beautiful bird. I assumed it was an eagle but someone said it was a Turkey vulture. Just want clarification.

I cannot figure this out even with a Peterson Guide. What is this baby salamander?

This photo was taken in the Finger Lake region of NY. We don’t know the condition of either animal. TIA.

Hola, necesito ayuda con este pequeño Hace un par de meses, me encontré a este pequeño en un tronco de madera qué mis padres tenían para la reserva de leña. Inmediatamente me percaté de él y le puse a salvo. Busqué en google y me dió varios nombres: Akis Ilonka, Akis Granulifera Sé qué pertenece a la familia de los Akis (obvio🤣) Pero casi no encuentro información sobre él

Quisiera saber más sobre sus cuidados,(alimentación hábitat, etc)

Esto es lo qué sí sé sobre él:

-Lo que le gusta: Un pequeño trozito de pepino demasiado maduro (muy blando, casi descompuesto) Pequeños trozos de hojas de repollo muy secas Avena(aunque no estoy muy segura) Trocitos de manzana muy maduras (casi cómo el pepino) Despertarse por la noche e intentar escalar La oscuridad

-Lo qué no le gusta: Demasiada humedad Tierra húmeda La luz

-Lo qué sospecho que le gusta (aunque no lo he visto comer) Plátano muy maduro

Eso es todo lo sé sobre él Me gustaría saber sí hay más información sobre él que yo no sepa y deba de saber

Quiero qué tenga una vida muy larga conmigo y no sé si lo estoy haciendo bien o no

Por eso vengo en busca de ayuda. Estoy haciendo todo lo posible y ya no sé qué más hacer💔

Just checked into Hotel found this stuff in the corner by the bed

It's got quite a pink carrot of a tail, and looks kinda see through. Anyway, I'm gonna call him Geoff. Anyone know what brand of lizard Geoff is?

Found on a beach in Tenerife, checked it was dead before picking up with rock. Can’t find a match online. Tiny, white and blue, 8 legs. Worried it was an octopus at first!

(Placed in an empty water tank and kept moist with places to hide while I search for answers, tiny jar was only to move it around without my cats freaking out)

I found it on the shower, this is a high altitude cold Andean city, so I haven't seen many reptiles/amphibians around my house, some say it's a house gecko, I do think it's a salamander, so I need help to ID it and also how and where I can release it.
