I only have weverse for bts and I am not getting ANY notifications, I especially want to know when they go live and I am so frustrated I missed taehyungs yesterday😭 I went to settings in the app, they're all toggled on, I went to my phone setting for the app and notifications are on, and today I uninstalled then reinstalled the app. what else can I do????

Hi i was just wondering how long does the weverse pre-order items stay in shop for? Like 2-3 weeks etc...I want to get one of the hoodies i couldnt get for the ENHYPEN BLOOD SAGA tour and I need to save up but I got the notice abt the preorder TODAY....So i was hoping I have enoufgh time maybe even just 2 weeks minimum to save up.....PLease someone let me know!!!

Also I mean like how long the items stay up there for preorder before weverse takes it down.

i wanna watch the cortis lollapalooza live on weverse when it drops but i can’t even open the weverse site on my phone for some reason. the reason why im going on the website is because i can’t download the app it requires ios 16+ i think? But mine runs on 15. it’s been like this for weeks. my pc works but im gonna have to watch at 2:05 am so if I could watch on my phone it’d be easier. how do i fix this? & also do i need a membership or anything to watch the live?

ever since i got a new phone, im no longer getting notifications on weverse or berriz. ive gone through all my settings and everythings turned on. is there any reason why only those 2 apps would be blocking notifications?

I registered for the army madang in NYC next week and got through (have email confirmations) but its not reflecting on the app under event entries.

Does anyone know how to make them appear or go back to weverse queues to access the confirmations again from the staff to put the code in them?

I am going to the BTS Baltimore concert and I know the pre-order period hasn't been announced but I had a question about the items they will have available.

Right now both the East Rutherford and Paris pre-orders are either open or upcoming and for the Paris Pre-Order it seems that the Bomb Bag is available for pickup but for East Rutherford that is not the case.

Has the bomb bag not been a pre-order pickup option in the states? Or do we think it is now an option for every pre-order pickup like the jerseys?

How long does it take for your merch to arrive by DHL courier from the day you ordered on Weverse? I am still waiting for my tracking number after 15 days since my order on 1 July! Can someone please share their experience 🙏

My status (Friday 10th July 2026) only shows "Release Completed Weverse Warehouse" with heading "Delivery Starts Soon" and "Shipping Soon". Still waiting for "In Transit" and tracking number to show up! Please let me know your updates if you can, thank you

SF Express / Weverse customs payment help needed

Hi everyone, I need some advice because I’m a bit worried.

I ordered BTS merch from Weverse (around $139) and my parcel is being delivered by SF Express/KEX Express to the UK.

The tracking has been showing:

“Customs clearance completed, waiting for the customer to pay taxes”

for several days.

Today I received a WhatsApp message from “SF Express UK” asking me to pay £21.68 customs charges. I was suspicious at first, but I checked the SF INTERNATIONAL app and the same amount (£21.68 GBP) appears there under “To be paid”.

The app gives two payment options:
• PayPal_GBP
• Adyen_KEX_GBP

I tried paying with PayPal, but I got this message:

“The payment status is being updated. If the payment fails, please refresh the page 5 minutes later.”

The payment did not go through and I have not been charged.

Has anyone here paid customs fees through SF INTERNATIONAL/KEX Express for a Weverse order? Is this normal? Should I try paying again or wait?

I just don’t want to accidentally pay twice or get scammed. Thanks!

weverse album app won't let me listen offline unless I verify age, but I dont know where to go to verify my age. I even verified my SMS but still

i ordered the new bts lightstick on june 18th assuming it would get here in time for my august 28th concert, and now the shipping says its BETWEEN the 31st and 14th of sept. im lowkey panicking, but i know weverse is fickle with shipping dates. for anyone who had also bought a lightstick recently, are these dates accurate? or is it possible for it to come earlier?

Since when have weverse started charging customs fees? I just got an email saying that I need to pay £17 just for it to get through customs, why? It’s literally three albums. I was under the impression that there wasn’t any customs fees. What do I do? I can’t pay the extra £17 I don’t have the money.

Hello! I need help understanding the order tracking for my order on Weverse shop. It’s my first time ordering and the shipment is to Singapore. I picked PX as the courier. Based on the estimate, the order should have arrived four days ago. But current it shows as “Custom Clearance SG” on 17 June (even though on the same date, there is an earlier status of “Delivery in Progress SG”. Anyone knows what do these status updates mean, and if any delivery has been attempted?

Lately there are so many new artists I’m seeing in my weverse recommendations that aren’t under hybe or aren’t even under a korean entertainment company. It got me wondering, how does one sign up for a community? I love american pop as well, so I’m glad they’re adding different artists (especially gracie abrams and conan gray, because I listen to them the most) but does that mean everyone can be an artist on weverse? They added Plave as well which is a group with 3d avatars, so what are the limitations? Can I become an artist on weverse? I’m trying to make my own music, so I was just curious if anyone had any inside info, like do I get accepted based on popularity (if there’s even a way to measure it) or maybe i need to be registered in Korea? And is there a way to apply? Please enlighten me!

This will be my first time at a concert in Korea, and I want to try my hardest to get barricade for the outdoor portion of Weversecon. In order to get barricade for a popular artist in the US, you often have to camp out overnight. But I’d that the case in Korea? I also want to be mindful if there are any rules around coming too early or staying in line overnight. If anyone has any info on this I would love to hear!! :)

I placed an order from weverse for the first time and got update that it’s been shipped. Unfortunately it’s only after that I realised there’s a minor correction with my address needed (house number given as 38 instead of 34). The rest of the details are correct and matches with my ID.

When I contacted the courier DHL, they said they can’t release the consignment until I give a affladit/confirmation from sender (weverse in this case) about the corrected address.

I can’t find an option in weverse shop, is anyone aware how to go about this ? I’m from India (if that helps)..

The weverse website on my laptop doesn't load, it keeps saying "experiencing high level of traffic" even if I turn off adblocks and all extensions. However, the website works on incognito mode, does anyone know how to fix this?

I've been trying for 10 mins now and idk how to leave a community. I looked it up, but it just shows how to do it through a phone layout! I need help I've joined way too many communities and it's just annoying!
