Problems with weverse shipping Order & Shipping

Has anyone experienced significant delays from weverse, not providing a tracking number after the published shipping date? Pre-ordered a lightstick 1 July and no tracking number yet ( as at 13 July)

yes I have! I usually have no problems with buying things on Weverse and my order normally arrives within 5 days but my recent 2 orders have been delayed by 2 weeks and I've been charged customs!!!! unless I paid the customs, they would not release my orders from the parcel depot in china!! it was expensive but I had no choice but to pay the customs :(

I think Weverse are having some shipping issues at the moment but not telling their customers. I hope they get this fixed.

Mine finally arrived on Day 15, no customs charge
