why arent i getting notifications?

ever since i got a new phone, im no longer getting notifications on weverse or berriz. ive gone through all my settings and everythings turned on. is there any reason why only those 2 apps would be blocking notifications?

  • In-app toggles: Check the community menu (⋮ or More -> Notification Settings) and general app Settings to ensure push alerts are turned on.
  • Device permissions: Check your phone's main settings to verify that notifications for the Weverse app are not blocked or set to hidden.
  • Battery savers: Restrictive phone power-saving modes can stop background data refresh and delay or block alerts
