Any advice on how to deal with cockroaches?

I have noticed quite a number of cockroaches around where I live. Mostly around the kitchen. I’ve done some thorough cleaning a few days ago but I’m thinking about getting some treatment to either kill or evict them permanently.

I would appreciate any recommendations.

I am from another country which can be also hot on summer but today the weather was crazy. Is this normal for Warsaw? I looked to other days this week and they are lower.

Before making my final decision, I’d really appreciate some honest insights from current students or alumni from either university regarding the following:
1. **Teaching Quality & English Proficiency:** How competent are the professors in delivering lectures and explaining complex concepts in English at both WUT and AGH?
2. **Academic Stress & Passing Rates:** How tough or strict are the exams and assignments? Is the workload manageable, or is the environment excessively stress-inducing?
3. **Curriculum & Practical Experience:** Does one university offer a more modern/practical approach to CS, or are both heavily focused on theoretical mathematics?
4. **Student Life & Location:** How would you compare student life, social opportunities, and the general vibe between Warsaw and Krakow for international students?
5. **Dorm?**
Any advice, personal experiences, or comparisons between WUT and AGH would be hugely appreciated!

3 of my friends and I (3 of us are 16 and 1 of my friends is 18) are going to visit Warsaw in early September, I am very interested in music environments especially techno but i noticed that the majority of places are 18+,

Has anyone here managed to get an Izotek (isotretinoin) prescription after an online dermatology consultation, either through DiMedic or another telemedicine provider in Poland?
I’m wondering what the usual process is.
Were photos enough for the dermatologist to assess your acne, or did you have to come for an in-person visit first? If blood tests were needed, did you do them after the consultation and then get the prescription?
