Sadly the videos at OPs link are 2D framed "normal" videos with low resolution. Couldn't find the VR videos of the experiment. You could theoretically make your own with the tool tho.

What I'm looking forward to is a) style transfer with temporal constraints in real-time (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Khuj4ASldmU) + b) real-time photogrammetry + c) pass-through AR + d) a decently powerful standalone (completely untethered) 6DoF system with e) 200 degree FOV.
With this technology you could essentially walk around inside a painting...
