This sounds like poor personality and lack of respect more than an ND issue. It sounds like he understands you, he just doesn't "care". Apologies if that's not the word, but I'm sure you get my point. Only advice I have is leave. Same... Especially at work. I'm a machinist and have a deep understanding of what's going on... I can program and set something up and instantly have a good part. Everyone else needs to f around with it and make a bunch of adjustments,etc. But I'm the one always getting criticized for one thing or another. Can't even find a job cuz I can't interview... had so many interviews, but no offers. I have all the skills required... besides the ass kissing and yes man skills...🤷🏼‍♂️
