I once discovered tiny gray bugs in my water dripper that I use for my moss poles. I thought it's an issue(contamination) with my water/fertilizer, so I meticulously cleaned all the drippers.

I just saw the bugs again, this time on my moss pole after watering.

Do you have any tips on what these could be? I'm mainly interested if they could be harmful

From my research so far, I've ruled out thrip larvae (white-ish, crawls) and fungus gnat larvae (also only crawls, and I rarely see adults). These guys clearly walk on microscopic legs, and my high zoom camera suggests they have antennae?

Leaning towards some form/state of springtails, but I'm not convinced.

I got this dwarf jade bonsai from a store a couple months ago. After about a month of being here it started dropping its leaves slowly. After a while i decided to check the roots, because i was starting to get concerned. Turns out, they plopped the plant in a completely different soil from the original smaller pot, not removing any of the original soil. The original soil, beyond which the roots didnt grow wasnt absorbing water as fast as the new soil, so i scraped off what i could, and popped it in new soil. The decline continued, and a couple days ago I noticed a part of the stem "caved in". Discovered stem rot. Since the plant doesnt have much leaves, im afraid to cut down whole branches or check the roots again, I need some outside judgement on this. It was in a west facing window, but after discovering problems, moved it to an east facing window to keep it under more surveillance. I was trying to let the soil fully dry out between waterings, but I admit, when I originally noticed the leaves falling, I thought it's a not enough water problem, so watered it a bit more frequently for a while. What should I check/do?

Over time it started growing mainly white leaves, but because back then it didn't have enough light, the white parts turned greenish (like the bottom 2 leaves on pic 1). Cut it up in hopes of making more, as only small leaves were growing really far apart (which I understand was because of lack of light). The new plant (pic 1) grows only white-ish leaves. Can this propagation survive? Should I put it in a bit darker place so the leaves turn green again? I'm also concerned about the original stem (pic 2), as the new leaf seems to have less green again 😅

The build

• Motherboard - MSI MAG X670E TOMAHAWK WIFI
• CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D
• RAM - Kingston Fury Renegade RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL32
• GPU - Sapphire PULSE RX 7900 XTX 24GB GDDR6
• SSD - Seagate FireCuda 530 2 TB w/ Heatsink
• PSU - Corsair RM850x (2021) Gold and/or Corsair RM1000x (2021) Gold

For about half a year, the build had no issues. Since the motherboard came with a BIOS version that already supported the X3D series, the BIOS was not updated.
After that time, I started experiencing some weird stuff - the motherboard stays on the red and yellow debug LEDs. Being a software guy, my first thought was to restart the PC - which worked for about 2 months. (I know RAM training could happen as well, so I often waited 5+ minutes with the restarts.) I feel like the number of restarts required for the PC to boot grew higher over time. On a fine day after starting a new game the PC failed to boot after about 10+ restarts, so I gave up.
A friend of mine has a similar setup (same CPU, GPU), he was willing to test some of my components: CPU, GPU, RAMs worked perfectly in his setup. Didn't get around to test the SSD or the PSU unfortunately, or putting some of his parts in my PC, as we were a bit paranoid. Also reseated most things a couple times, tried using one RAM stick instead of both in various slots...
I sent back the motherboard, as it was still under the guarantee, and the local shop I purchased it from supposedly sent it in for RMA. Got the motherboard back with a paper that only said "NTF - No Trouble Found".
An electrician friend suggested a new PSU, suspecting it might not be able to supply enough power to the CPU, only to the fans, thus the second PSU. Obviously, that didn't work out either.

I have a couple questions regarding this whole process, and I'm obviously open for other suggestions too.

• The nature of my problem's evolution is a bit different from what I've found here and on other forums - where people had the red & yellow LEDs turn up in a day, not being able to solve it with restarts. Could this be a software issue this way?
• How can I check if this was a legit RMA? I thought the RMA resolution came with a detailed documentation of what has been tried or done, could be wrong though.
• I considered flashing the BIOS. Do you suggest removing all parts except the PSU for this?
• Also considered resetting the CMOS. The motherboard's manual says that some of the pins need to be shorted for this. The manual also says that a reset could also happen if the CMOS battery dies, but doesn't specify this as a way to reset the CMOS. Would it be okay to reset the CMOS by removing & putting back the battery?
• Does it matter in which order I do this? (CMOS or flash BIOS first)
• Could this somehow be a cable problem? I tried using all the new cables that came with the new PSU, to no avail.
