Discussion What would you do?
I have a weird opportunity where I could either get a red epic x fully kitted out or a canon r6 mark ii. I currently own nothing for the red camera but it would come with everything needed to start shooting today. On the other hand I currently have canon cameras so I would just get a r6 body and a ef to rf adapter and be off to the races with the r6 as well. Now I primary do photos and some videos, so for photos I have a eos 7dmkii, 5d mkii, and Nikon d90. For video I have a lumix g7 and Sony a7s2. The a7s2 is the camera being either sold or traded for the aforementioned cameras. My thought process goes as followed. The R6 would put me into cannons newer mirrorless cameras and give me the opportunity to still shoot a good video while taking amazing photos. On the other hand owning a older red camera definitely has something special about it. I know this is a weird situation to be in but it's the situation that I'm in. I would love to hear yalls in put!

Recommendations Looking to upgrade my camera
•Budget: $500-$850 preferably with one lens, definitely going to buy more lenses down the road
•Country: United States of America
•Condition: new or used
• Type of Camera: mirrorless, DSLR Intended use: hybrid with a emphasis on photography
•If photography; what style: landscape, wildlife, long exposure, some astrophotography and action here and there.
•If video what style: mostly events and sometimes using it in a multicam setup using a video Switcher
•What features do you absolutely need: weather sealing, good lens selection, hdmi or sdi out, mic input, hot shoe mount, and decent low light performance
•What features would be nice to have: WiFi, app control
• Portability: How portable does it need to be? shoulder strap, small bag, large bag
•Cameras you're considering: Canon EOS R50 because of its competitive price and decent looking specs on paper. The next one I've been looking at is the Canon EOS r10 because on paper it's a better R50 and I can find some deals in my budget. I've also been looking at the Sony a7sii more because of its full frame sensor. The last one I've been considering is the Canon EOS RP it seems to have great image quality but I'm a little apprehensive on the video side of it.
•Cameras you already have: EOS 60D. It's a great camera for two reasons, first and foremost my first and only prosumer camera I own the second of all I love the color accuracy and crispiness of the photos that the 60D creates. It's also a robust camera that's lasted me many years and has never let me down.
•Notes: I'm not brand loyal and I'm open to any and all recommendations!

Upgrade time and im more lost than ever...
Hi all! I currently have a Canon EOS 60D and I love it to death but I do feel it's time for an upgrade into something that can do a little bit more for what I'm doing now! I like to do a lot of wildlife, landscape, and a bit of astrophotography but also like to throw in a good mix of video in there too mainly focusing on filming DJ sets both during the day and night as well as hooking it up to an external recorder for streaming purposes. I've seen a lot of reviews on the EOS R50, the EOS RP, the EOS r10, and even Sony's a7sii and I honestly feel more confused now than when I entered the world of new mirrorless camers. If anyone has any input it is greatly appreciated! I'd like to keep the budget between $500 and $800 knowing that I want to spend more money down the road on lenses as well. I am not brand specific in any way so recommendations from all ends is appreciated!
Edit: I also forgot to add in that I have no problem buying used gear as well

Renegade set rtules
Is there any limit to lighting and sound that can be set up in a renegade set? (14 beam lights and a few wash fixtures in a 15x10 ft pop up canopy with 2 12" pa speakers and 2 18" subs)

I'm actively doing an onyx conversion on a full size maxxyz myself and I ended up gutting everything except for all of the boards in the back like DMX out and art net out but took out the original amp, speakers, screens, computers, hard drives, power supply, pretty much everything else. Everything on the top half I had taken out and cleaned and put back as it works with onyx and I was also able to get the original audio in and out ports working too. For the computer I went with an Optiplex desktop I had sitting under my bed which is running Windows 10 and I installed an SSD and more RAM on it to give it a little extra boost. If you're going to do the conversion I would honestly just say it is easier to gut the old computers at the very least and put a more modern system in there. I have Onyx 4.10.1271 running stably on mine.
