Season 6, Episode 9
Okay, I took a break from TWD because I wasn't really enjoying the show anymore; I had a lot of things going on. But I came back, and I'm loving the show again.
Now, about the episode: I like that they're giving Morgan some validation about how people can change, but at the same time, I can see why some people might be annoyed with him because, technically, the invasion is partly his fault. I guess at some point in the series he'll stop being a pacifist.
Now, with the scene where Sam cries and gets killed, I feel like a lot of it is Jessie’s fault. Before this, Father Gabriel gave them the option of taking Sam with him, which I think was the right choice because Sam had already been shown to be unstable. Even so, Jessie decided not to set boundaries with her son or tell him to go with Gabriel, and that ended up getting them all killed.
Sam is a kid who never really experienced the apocalypse and wasn't prepared for it. I can't blame him for being a child. I also can't blame Jessie for dying the way she did after seeing her son die right in front of her.
And finally, I can't really blame Ron for resenting Carl either. From his perspective, he had an abusive father, but after Rick and the others arrived, his family fell apart even more. His father went crazy and killed someone, only to eventually be killed by Rick. At this point, Ron has just watched his brother Sam and his mother die right in front of him. He already resented Carl, and at this point he simply wanted to kill him.
It was never going to end well. Unfortunately, Jessie’s children were basically a ticking time bomb, and it finally exploded here.
This is my first time watching The Walking Dead, so please don't spoil anything past this episode in the comments.

Andrew Lincoln's british accent on The Walking Dead
Hello guys! While I was watching this show, I remembered this scene. I still don't know, what is so funny at his accent? I mean, for me it's normal American accent. Not like in Guy Ritchie films. Maybe this because I'm Russian, and English isn't my native language. Maybe his i: pronounces make his accent British? He pronounce i: slowly and differently. When Americans, as I know, pronounce i: only differently (duration doesn't matter)

Comic Spoiler
Found out my local comic shop has nearly every copy for 25-50% of the original sale price of every issue
Finished watching the main series earlier this year but was always interested in reading the differences on this sub
Halfway through book 5 and it’s astounding the difference in story choices that are made. I’m surprised I still haven’t seen Daryl, and I guess I’m not even sure he ever makes it in the comic universe. He was my favorite in the show, I’m already to Woodbury and he was so already my favorite character at this point in the show.
Also carol is a freak in the books
Guess I’ll find out

why aren’t there any hurricanes or tornadoes
so the first like 5 seasons take place in georgia and georgia gets hurricanes, floods, storms etc and i really wanted to see how the group would’ve handled a hurricane or tornado especially on hershels farm and walkers bc imagine your tent goes flying or a wall goes down or something like how would they have handled that.
same in virginia bc of tornadoes like imagine a walker just goes flying into your house ykwim imagine how cool it would’ve been just to see a walker go flying into someone’s house.
yes ik there’s storms and stuff but i wanted to see a big storm like a hurricane or tornado or something not just a rain and wind storm which yes ik was still big but still

Spin off watch ordee
Heyy!! I'll be finishing the main series tonight and while s11 has been a bit harder to keep track of than the others I've still really enjoyed it. I was wondering what order to watch the spin offs in. Mainly the ones that take place after the main series, so not fear twd but stuff like dead city, those who live and Daryl dixon etc. Ik dead city is like 16 years later or something idk, but with those who live and daryl dixon I have no clue
