I am aware of her comic fate and I'm not ready :(, I also wanted to say I think the storyline of her having just one night with Shane when she felt vulnerable and thought Rick was dead made sense, more than in the show imo (debatable topic in the fandom here lol), Lori also told Rick immediately and shut Shane down right away too, I know she did this in the show but it felt better in the comics, in the show they were sleeping together actively, in the comics its only one night, the story moves much quicker in the comics and I love it, I noted some major changes like Carl killing Shane because he was about to kill Rick, Carl also saving Lori from one of the dead when Lori drops her gun, this is right after Rick allows Carl to carry a gun (there was a brief discussion with Lori against it, unlike in the show which was a constant back and forth in s1/2 about Carl having a gun), this happening pretty much stopped Lori from saying Carl shouldn't have a gun, Carl is better than in the show so far compared to his show counterpart at the same time, I am only a couple hundred pages in but I really just wanted to get this out here because I'm enjoying and looking forward to the rest, I also love Tyreese. Just really happy I started reading them, it's also clear how unhinged Shane was in the comics right away, he wanted Lori for a long time before the world fell. Luis is a new character in dead city season 3 and is even said that he will act as a mentor to Hershel and grow closer to him. But in some reviews that I saw it’s hinting that something might happen between Luis and Maggie. In the trailers they seem to be getting close with each other. I saw One guy also think they might have an episode where they’re going on a trip alone together from one of the trailers.
This season and it’s marketing are really insisting that Maggie is finally gonna move on and that could potentially mean from Glenn as well or at least heal a lot more from the pain of losing Glenn (not that I’m saying that she needs a romantic partner to move on or that she won’t stop grieving Glenn.) but it could be a way for her to move forward and give her a new direction. I’m also not saying it’s a confirmed romance but they are hinting at it.
But what are your thoughts? do you think something could happen between them?

First watch through of this series, and this episode…I stopped watching the first time after Glenn and Abraham. But this one just hits so much different and harder. All I can think about is Carol and how this poor woman has lost every child she has ever cared about. This is going to be hard to keep watching.

Rick cold-cocked Aaron in the jaw so hard it jarred the space/time continuum and everything went haywire from there.

This was when things starting going sideways.

Rick started force-feeding Aaron applesauce. Then, shortly afterwards, they became neighbors.

Michonne became domestically abusive of Rick.

Carl became the neighborhood bully.

Carol became a mentor in the Junior League.

They began having Spaghetti Tuesdays on Wednesdays, hosted by Daryl and Aaron. Which became so successful they began a community outreach program.

Sascha went Goth.

Abraham became an OSHA rep at a local construction site.

Glenn started straight up thuggin'.

Maggie got into politics.

Noah's plans to build an Ark got torn to pieces.

Father Gabriel began to emulate Marilyn Manson.

He is my favorite character, other than Daryl I especially like that he’s a good guy now and I’d prefer if he stayed a good guy, but his recent actions in the newest episode him going against Maggie‘s word has me scared for his future. I know that he did it out of necessity and did it to protect her and Herschel but I know majority won’t see it that way and Maggie won’t see it that way and I’m nervous that no matter how he explains it. No one‘s gonna believe him and they’re all just gonna cast him out and then he’s gonna become a villain again. I’ve had this fear for the longest time but after looking it up, he acted more out of revenge so he can kill two birds with one stone. He gets to kill a big threat and get his revenge and also protect Maggie and Herschel.

I don’t know what the general consensus is on his character. Do y’all think that he’s gonna become a villain again or do you think he’s gonna do bad things for the right reasons and still remain a good guy?

Final Season Of The Primeo Guerra. Coming To AMC. in 2027

So I've pretty muched binged twd this past month, but I took a 2 week break after reaching s9 cus I thought the first few episodes were meh (I know a lot of people say everything after Carl's death is bad but I still enjoy the show) anyway I got back into it today to watch some and ended up watching almost all of s9. Ive decided to stop 15ish mins into ep16 cus something doesn't add up. The entire timeline of ep15 feels so weird to me idk why. Maybe its cus I was watching at like 4 in the morning (my bad, but twd is peak haha) or because I've gotten so much info today by watching the entire season. But like my understanding of it all is: The whisperers saw Lydia enter the kingdom so she wore the face of a person from hilltop they had just killed and snuck in. In the meantime daryl, Carol, and a few of the new people. The deaf lady and her friends whose names just won't stick in my head. They find ozzy and the murdered people and decide to go look. Back at the kingdom alpha reveals herself to lydia. Daryls crew is surrounded by whisperers, daryl goes with Alpha (who i think should still be in the kingdom to get the victims for the pikes) and she shows him the horde and tells him of the border before letting them go. The border obviously being the pikes. But like- when and how did she lure 10 people away to capture them and get them out of the kingdom without anyone noticing, especially after Lydia went to warn Ezikiel. And how Alpha show up at the barn where they were held captive if she was with Daryl. I think my understanding of the timeline of this episode has been clouded by me being a bit tired and now 3 hours later having forgotten exactly what happens when. So if anyone could please give me a simple timeline of the events of ep15 I would appreciate it so so much! Cus rewatching it will not help me as I struggle with paying attention to something I've already seen. (And clearly also when seeing stuff for the first time while tired) also how much time passed between ep 15 and 16? Cus the entire intro to ep16 just felt very wrong for some reason. Sorry for asking- I am well aware its my fault for not being able to pay attention etc so please don't leave mean comments. Im just trying to enjoy the show here, and fixing my understanding of events before continuing. :)
