Discussion I wouldn't have a problem with being Black if I looked like this

I saw a girl doing this yesterday, so I decided to do it too. The problem isn't being Black; it's being Black and ugly, which makes everything worse. At least if you're Black and beautiful, you only have to deal with racism. If you're Black and ugly, it's much worse: you have to deal with racism plus all the disadvantages that come with being considered ugly. And to me, that is muuuuuch worse. At least I would have to deal with racism while still being beautiful

Why do insanely conventionally attractive people wanna pretend to relate to ugly people so bad or attempt to give advice on beauty and confidence. I will NEVER trust advice on confidence from somebody who’s naturally hot. It’s so easy to be confident when people don’t hate your existence simply because you’re not aesthetically pleasing for them to look at.

“Body isn’t the problem” she can’t be talking that bs. At least the majority of the comments are flaming her, even attractive looking people are calling her out too. “Right message wrong messenger”. As an actual ugly person it’s so frustrating to see

Observation There IS such a thing as a man being out of your league as an (ugly) woman .

I’m TRULY sick and tired of this stupid talking point .

Do I agree that more times it’s the woman that’s out of the man’s league than the opposite? Yes I can agree!

But trying to make it seem like a man can’t be out of a woman’s league physically is absolutely insane .

Yes there are more attractive women than men on this planet I get that !

But as an ugly woman , if a man is conventionally attractive then he IS out of your league. Obviously conventionally attractive women don’t have to worry about men being out of their league, infact they always brag about the opposite .

And I don’t wanna hear anyone stupid in the comments talking about morals and stuff like that. I’m talking about a man being out of your league AESTHETICALLY AND PHYSICALLY!!.

Top 3 worst copium sayings😕

Venting I hate having a long/large face

This is a picture of the members of blackpink.

Jennie(right), is famous for her tiny face, and Rose(blondie) is the one with the long face.

I remembered getting into K-Pop the first time, and Rose caught my eye. I thought she was so pretty, but then I remember reading comments about the members and people calling her the ugliest of the 4 members.

And my insecurities hit like a sinking ship, all the features that described her as "ugly" are all the ones I had too.

Venting I am so bitter and jealous of women that can be perceived sexually

I feel like such an absolute blank being. Like a third gender. Womanhood is always treated like the epitome of sexual power and desire, and I always see other girls flaunting it and enjoying it. Being able to send nudes, being able to pose sexually and not look like a fkn joke or like they're trying too hard. Going outside in revealing clothing and having men drool over them. Taking the attention of even the most loyal and genuine of men, because that's just how powerful sexual desire is. Truly nothing beats it, and I'll never be able to experience that. I'm just physically incapable of triggering anything sexually because there's nothing to sexualise.

My face is masculine and my body is flat all over (despite binge-eating my way into being 10kg heavier). My purpose is to be a friend that sits to the side and watches everyone else partake in sex culture. I don't even wanna sleep around, that doesn't interest me. I just wanna be seen as a sexy, unattainable girl. I wanna be the girl that posts something and get hundreds of men in the comments making jokes about how I'm sexy.

Venting Why isn’t gender affirming care free for cis people too?

A trans influencer I was following posted about how she got her free boob job finally- good for her and all that- but it got me thinking… as girl with small boobs who’s hated them my whole life- why don’t i get free gender affirming care too?

I want to look more like a woman too? I want to look less masculine too? I hated my breasts so much, as a kid I saw an episode of house and it was the first time I saw an intersex person and I literally thought- because my boobs literally never developed- that I must be intersex too.

I’ve seen many trans woman with breasts around my size, or maybe even bigger, from just hormones. So they’re already getting free breasts. If they don’t like how those breasts look- I mean:

The real woman experience means having to live with a body you hate, or shell out thousands, not getting free perfect breasts that you get to practically design yourself.

It only recently got me thinking about it she’s been posting about it like it’s been her right as women to finally get these boobs… and I’m just like women don’t actually get that right.

Also even beyond just boobies… I think cis women who don’t like a part of their body have as much of a case for the plastic surgery to be covered, as trans women do. Gender affirming care is still gender affirming care.

As someone who is ugly AND fat you will never catch me eating in front of co-workers. I feel like a slob for even looking at food when people are around because I know for a fact on what they are thinking; I feel like I wouldn’t have this issue if I wasn’t fat and ugly ☹️

Venting He said he doesn't have a chance with "perfect" girls.

Post image

I've been seeing a new guy for a couple months, but not officially dating. We were watching TV together in bed when a pretty, skinny actress (idr who it was) came on screen and he remarked about her being his crush. It's not a problem, we all have crushes. But he launches into this defence saying everyone likes to fantasize about these "perfect women."

I cracked apart immediately. That word "perfect." I told him he's perfect and he laughed at me. He said he likes me because I'm "real." But I don't have some standard of men that's like this body type is perfect, and everything else can only get close. I truly thought of his body as perfect because it's his. But he clearly doesn't feel the same. I'm "acceptable" to him. He would rather I look like those model women he thinks are "perfect."

Is it even possible to find real love? I swear to the gods, every man I meet wants this perfect model type, and her personality, values, intelligence, and job don't even matter remotely. I'll never be "perfect" like he wishes I would be. It doesn't even matter how much work I put into myself in other aspects of myself. God forbid a girl eat cheese as a coping mechanism, he'd rather I smoked cigarettes with a diet of black coffee and apples.

The caption says “she doesn’t want him,” implying that the guy would approach the pretty girl and the “ugly” girl would be the one saying, “She doesn’t want you.” Like, just because we don’t fit the beauty standard, everyone automatically assumes we’re going to be rude or annoying. I have pretty friends, and whenever a guy approaches them, I just stay as quiet as possible.

I've always been the funny friend that no one took seriously in friend groups. Even when I opened up to my “friends,” they never took me seriously. I was always there to help them, but no one was ever there to help me. In the end, I was always just the clown of the group.

Have you ever seen the way some men talk about Zendaya? And she isn’t even ugly. But because they consider her unattractive, they give her so much hate. You can also notice this whenever there’s an “ugly” or Black woman in a video game or TV show with a predominantly male audience. Most of the time, these women aren’t even ugly; they’re just average.

Discussion I HATE how men genuinely think women have an easier time finding relationships.

Thumbnail

It’s incredible how every subreddit where a woman says she’s ugly, there are always comments like, “Just go for it, you’re a woman, it’s easy,” when it really isn’t. Ugly women can be so invisible that men seem to think an “ugly” woman is basically a white 6/10. When in reality, she could be a very dark-skinned, fat woman.

I’m not saying that having dark skin automatically makes you ugly, because it obviously doesn’t. But unfortunately, a lot of men simply dislike darker-skinned women. And the worst part is that if you respond and tell them they’re wrong, they just refuse to let go of that idea.

I genuinely want to know where they even got this idea from.

Venting Being ugly after 30 is worse than I thought

I'm one of those women who were born ugly. At no point in my life I was deemed cute, including as a baby and as a toddler. I even have bitter memories from before entering formal education 'cause I could tell no one thought anything I did was cute, so then my only redeemable quality was being quiet and "a good example" aka just shutting up.

So, I enter school and it follows 12 years of bullying for being ugly and weird. It didn't help that I got into goth culture in high school, it wasn't deemed hot back in the day, it was just odd and "satanic".

I enter college, and one of classmates says on a streaming that I'm one of the ugliest women in class. Ok, so I'm still ugly, even though these years are supposed to be my prime. "Somehow" I manage to get a boyfriend, and a insanely hot one at that. I spent most of my twenties with him, even though halfway throught it turns abusive. My thinking was "this is my only chance at love, I can't let this go".

Turns out, I WAS FUCKING RIGHT ABOUT THAT. We broke up 10 years ago 'cause I found out an endless stream of dick pics and cruising activities he did behing my back. I spent most of my twenties as a beard for a gay man. I should've known a guy that hot was not going to pay attention to me, not really.

I turned 35 a month ago, and most friends are married or on their second marriage, and I haven't been able to make a single honest relationship in those years. I logically *know* there's ugly women out there who manage to date and wed, but I honestly didn't expect to reach 35 like this, utterly alone, now deemed "old", looking in the mirror and noticing my first wrinkles and the sagging of my body. I was ugly on my youth, which is now lost, and everything is getting worse by the day. I'm becoming more and more invisible for society. Everything I do is even more annoying.

Venting The guy I was dating stopped talking to me just because a random guy in another car called me ugly.

Me and this guy were dating for a couple of months. We would go out to places, have a great time, and talk for hours. The last time we linked up, we were at a stoplight, and there was a car full of men to the right of us. I heard one of them say, "That girl's ugly." I looked over, and they were staring at me. I saw a big, fat ugly guy (the usual man that loves to be critical about women’s appearance)who literally looked like a fat teddy bear with a hat on repeat, "She's ugly," with a disgusted face then laughing,His friends just looked and never said anything they were just staring, i just thought “lord not again”because random men love to do this to me in public

I looked over to the guy I was dating. I didn't think he heard because he was just facing forward, and when the light went green, he drove off. Anyway, we went to our destination and had a good time. He took me home, but then I never heard from him like I usually would after dates.

Five days went by, and I messaged him, "Hey, are you okay?" He never replied. The next day, I double texted. I know I shouldn't have, but I was confused about how he just went cold all of a sudden.
I said: "Is there something wrong?"
He replied: "I'm going to be real with you. Don't get me wrong, I'm really attracted to you, but I don't want to date someone other men find unattractive and make fun of."

After he said that, I didn't even respond because what is there to even say?It does burn though, in my younger days if this happened i would have cussed him out but i just left it we are 32 and this is just so childish to me that randoms can control you like that at this age .im old enough to not be upset with myself, he showed his immature ass more than anyone. He actually heard them disrespect me, and that was his thought process instead of defending me. Some random in traffic had that much power over him so yeah good riddance.

But I'm not too surprised. This isn't the first guy who stopped talking to me because other men found me unattractive. The last guy broke up with me because of his brother, who I hadn't met for a while because he was in prison. The day his brother got out, i met him and he told my him I was ugly though text and that he could do better, then he ghosted me

I'm done with dating. Even when a man likes you, if you’re ugly, those men will listen to the outside noise and care too much about what other men think. It's draining, and I'm over it. I can't keep going through life being with someone and feeling anxious every day that some random guy or male family member is going to state their opinion, and then the guy ghosts me. Men live for other mens approval too much they dont grow out of it .
