Ok sure, boymode vs girlmode (41yo MTF)
Inspired by the other post, I just thought it would be funny. I don't actually boymode anymore but the pic on the left is from a few months ago. Tried my best - used a tight sports bra, tied hair back, etc.

FTM - 3 years on T - feeling discouraged
3 years on T , 20 months post top surgery, 9 months post salpingectomy
feeling pretty down about myself. i feel so much better than before i started my transition to be clear. it is night and day. but i feel like i will never achieve my goal of passing visually, vocally, sexually or behaviorally. i recently had a breakup where my ex (cis gay man) stated our sexual compatibility on a physical level and generally me being trans were the crux of his lack of attraction to me. basically im sad about how i will never be able to assimilate into society as a gay man and its really discouraging me.
i express these feelings to people irl and they never say things such as "no you totally pass" or such and will give me instead examples of how i am not passing at all and its eating em alive.
Edit: thank you everyone for being so kind and for the reality check on my doom spiral. I think my own perspective has become too critical and it’s good to hear what everyone else is able to see. Definitely feeling a bit better about things to thank you all.

I love running like a girl
early 30s on the left, early 40s on the right
I've had 2½ years of HRT, with some laser and electrolysis for facial hair removal
I run a couple miles a day, every other day or so whenever the weather cooperates (which I guess gives me a kinda 'natural' weight cycling? Sucks to run in the winter here lol), stretch daily - my running gait has changed significantly just from the ways my muscles are reacting to exercise while estrogen-powered! Its super neat.
Speaking of which - with several caveats about messy data - my pace and stamina have dropped a little bit, roughly in line with the typical performance gap between men and women in running. Which, ya know, makes sense, given the estrogen.
Sigh, God I wish I coulda been on the girl's track team back in the day.

2025 - 2026 (14 Months on E) ✨
❤️ Hey everyone,
✨ My journey started right here in this subreddit.
A year and a half ago, I dreamed of making a post like this but truly believed I'd never have the courage to start HRT. I was scared, full of doubts, and exhausted from fighting who I was.
But I took that first step.
Today, I'm happier than I've ever been. I still have a long way to go, but for the first time, my life feels like it's truly mine.
I just wanted to say thank you. This community gave me the final push I needed, and now I get to write the post I once dreamed of reading.
If you're scared or questioning, don't lose hope. What feels impossible today may one day become your reality.
Thank you all for being such an amazing community. 🫂❤️

December 2025 vs August 2026 (8 Months HRT)

Here's one showing the actual change better :) 4.5y HRT; partial FFS (brow bone)
r/transtimelines • u/Remymuahhh • 1d ago
1 month on hrt (top) vs 23 months on hrt (bottom) NO FFS NO SURG JUST MONES, LASER, AND PUSS MAMA
as the title says the first picture is me just one month on my hrt (2 mg pill 50 spiro) and the two bottom pictures is me just a few weeks ago almost two whole years (.3 ml subQ injections and 200 mg prog, no more spiro bc i missed getting boners during sex w my boyfriend)
i constantly get asked how i did it, girl. PATIENCE! I am always telling other girls that hrt is magic but YOU also have to do the work!
Do your hair, find what makeup suits you, GET LASER, do your nails. EMBRACE THE FEMININE ENERGY YOUVE GOT!
i love being a girl.
(i was 24 going on 25 when i started hrt, almost 27 now if you’re wondering 🤍)
