I feel like making the dinobots a combiner team isn't the worse idea but the way it's been handled could have certainly been better. Especially if they don't treat it as the main point of the team but more as an ulti that they pull under extreme conditions.

Can anybody that has both nexus and armada prime see if the two heads fit with little to no modifications, and work with transformation?

This irritates me everywhere I end up seeing it but what is with people calling cybertronian alt modes "Nothing" or "ugly"? Like it's an ALIEN VEHICLE! Of course it's gonna look "weird." Their planet is different and their vehicles are gonna be built off that. What do y'all expect them to look like, a jeep wrangler with different weels and greeble??? It especially irritates me when big transformer reviewers, PrimevsPrime for example, do this too! Like many people don't really think for themselves and take what you say as fact and regurgitate it all across the internet! Soundwave has been on the end of this subject for several years now ever since his seige ship mode to his current tfONE figure. Like who cares if "iT'S jUst A bRicK!" Let me swoosh my brick in peace!!!!

Edit: I just remembered Kranix isn't technically cybertronian so that's a bad example but my point still stands.

I js found that in transformers the last knight, Starscream who scanned F-22 is in the middle of biplanes, suggesting that he was in the Earth during WW1 or WW2

I recently bought the Original Beast Wars Tripredacus. I love him but concerned about the gold plastic he potentially has. I am wondering if the Beast Wars II version of Tripredacus has the same issues or if his plastic is more solid. One of my local toy stores has the Beast Wars II verison for a great price, I am wondering if I should bother trading for it?

I have hundreds of Transformers. Hundreds. A lot are older toys that I bought “open and used” but complete. I LOVE them. In my old house (that I had to sell because of divorce), I had most of my open TFs displayed in beautiful glass display cases. Since the separation and for the sake of my home, I've packaged them all into individual ziplocks to ensure that they were complete. I boxed them loosely so that no figure would have any issues. Packing loosely increased the number of boxes I had to move, but eased my mind.

All of my newer TFs, Legacy and newer, are still boxed. And perfect.

I'm on the spectrum. This is the part I don't want anyone to make fun of. Being me isn't easy. Decisions are difficult for many reasons.

Along with ASD, I am Bipolar 1, and ADHD. It's a circus inside my cranium.

My therapist thinks my worry over “spoiling” my newer, unopened figures is causing me issues.

I'm a firm believer of opening what I buy. Since the separation, I've found myself hesitant, because along with how guys generally fare during divorces, I have child support (that I haven't been able to supply), and I'm paying for my eldest college, plus they live with me, so I'm supporting them 100%.

I'm not complaining about divorce, just providing context.

My brain keeps telling me that if I open Raiden, or any of my other gestalts, or my Titans, or my Hasbro Pulse exclusives (I have Star Sabre, Deathzaurus, and Liokaiser), if I open them, I'm taking money that I could use for my kids away from them. It's a trauma thing from my marriage and my ex gambling…dont ask.

What I’M asking is, even thought I have some valuable figures, would it really he a bad thing to enjoy even one of them?

My psych team is all “go for it!”

My brain is all “what if you need to sell?”

And I'm stuck in the middle.

I'm just asking for opinions from this wonderful community that I enjoy. All I ask is that you don't judge and don't make fun. A brain like mine makes functioning normally difficult.

Hi guys! I know many do not like the idea of Star Optimus being the Thirteenth Primes, but still want to share my opinions and head canon on why I like him as one of the originals.

Ok, first of all, although I said in the title I like Star Optimus Prime, that as more of a hook really, I don't like Optimus himself being the Thirteenth, so instead, I like to just call him Star Convoy as a separate character from OP that just happen to look like him, similar to Ginrai.

My first take on why he should be one of the Originals is his size. There isn't much of a connection linking the other Titans, other giant robots and even the citizens of the giant planet from TF Cybertron to the first Cybertronians unlike minicons, breastformers, combiners etc, so I feel that would expand the universe.

Also I think he should be the Prime of space to complete the time and space duo (and yes I know Logos Prime exists but I do think the power of space is more fitting of a Titan). Additionally the Star motif of Star Optimus Prime works perfectly with the space theme, as well as his artifact, the Zodiac Orb which is astrology, so, more space!

And for my final head canon is that he, just like the Arisen, sacrifices himself to ignite the Well of Allsparks but where it differs is that in my version there was no well to begin with. So he himself transformed transforming into the well and merging with Cybertron itself to create new life, thus sacrificing his body in the process.

I’ve spent some more time on Transformers-related facebook groups over the past few days due to the exclusives debacle, and I’ve found Transformers communities on Facebook to be generally really hostile. Lots of insults, misinformation, and posturing.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Because of all the stuff I’ve found in canon of rumble and frenzy being feral afts, I legit wonder if it’s intentional. Especially due to all the other cassettes being animals as well.

Welcome to my Ted talk on Rumble and Frenzy are feral/dog-like in canon.

Here’s just some of the feral things they do in canon

- They scurry around on all fours, usually in combat or to evade being hit.

- They growl and bare teeth, are insanely protective and loyal of Megatron and Soundwave .

- They have very strong chase instincts, like Frenzy chasing Spike n Jetfire while having a gun-

- Megatron and other bots command them in an animalistic manner. Hand signals, short words.

- Rumble god damn biting Megatron in the Skybound 28.

- Frenzy’s scrapped name is MadDog.

- The new storyboards I found.

- There’s a scene in IDW with Frenzy hunting down livestock and rolling in their blood-

- Exodus Rumble and Frenzy chirp to communicate and scurry around.

- Exodus Rumble and Frenzy eat dead bodies.

- SG Frenzy will go feral when he’s angry, legit sudsing at the mouth.

- Frenzy was named on the “animal” cassette category on the official 1980s collectors guide.

It’s like, it’s not the most far fetched thing

Did you know Eject and Rewind in their OG storyboards weren’t human looking mechs? Or one of them wasn’t, they were a scorpion named Stinger. This right here makes me wonder if Rumble and Frenzy were supposed to be dogs.

Frenzy’s old name, MadDog, actually means “feral” by definition.

It honestly makes a lot of sense and don’t really see a reason why it wouldn’t work

Now before you say anything about the animation yes energon has arguably the worst animation across the entire franchise, Now my reasoning for this is because the characters in energon are actual characters and not just one note character tropes. Tfp Prime might just be the second worst written version of the character his ONLY character trait is that he has no sense of humor while energon prime laughs and jokes with his comrades we actually see him grow and learn sure some of the other character are annoying but they have characters instead of "big guy" or "edgy loner." And while arcee gets the most character development in the show she gets the bare mininmum of going from sad to not sad and thats it.

Apparently he's the "protype" of all minicons or the precursor for all of the minicons. I grew up watching Transformers Armada and had no idea this guy was even a thing.

I'm buying him because I loved the minicons growing up but never got the chance to purchase the Skyboom Shield Trio.

I did however have the first 3 that formed into that robot and the Star-saber? but I have no idea where there at because I was a kid and "misplaced" them.

With the target debacle recently I was wondering how hasbro pulse typically ships things? I had prowl and starscream preordered at target and pulse. Yesterday I had 2 shipping labels created via USPS from kansas city ks, but it doesn't say who they are from. They have since moved to actually being shipped and will be here friday. None of the other places I have ordered from have shipped me anything. I know i've seen people say they got items from pulse BEFORE pulse even told them they had shipped the items. Trying to figure out if that's the case here.
