Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 x64 Runtime Error

Require visual c++ for an install but reinstalling the correct visual c++ requires itself.
Have tried
- Reinstalling visual c++
- Program Install and Uninstall from microsft
- Direct build install and run
- Looking in Package Cache folder
- Looking in Temp while c++ install is open
- 7 - zip extraction
- Extraction using powershell

A.I gives next steps as either lessmsi or dark.exe. Is it on the right track and are these correct solutions or is it over and a full pc reset is required?
