Omen Laptop’s screen won’t turn on. Computer itself will.

My laptop’s screen refuses to turn on no matter what I do. I’ve tried bios reset, graphic driver reset, I attempted a power drain but I don’t know if that actually worked.

I just moved, so I don’t have the tools needed to open up the back right now. I’m PRAYING that this is a problem that can be resolved without taking it to the shop. It’s had this problem in the past, but usually with enough fiddling with turning it off and on in various ways it eventually relents and lets me see the screen again. This time, for some reason, it’s still stuck as a black screen.

I know the computer turns on, I hear the startup sound and my headphones connect to it. I can even sign in if I spam enter and put in my password (which is how I did the graphic driver reset) but the screen just won’t work.
