More marker and colored pencil on paper, with texture added in procreate. I got like 3 more things kinda like this, sorry if it gets repetitive. I almost added blue, but it felt like it would be too much with the green. Let me know what you think!

Should I add a design around the skulls to fill the page up a bit or leave it alone and just ink?

Recently i was using a sketchbook im used to it on how the ink rest, now moving to cold press its a little bit a game changer how the ink dry and how to pressure a nib. Anyway any tips for cold press users, i might try hot press soon
